JUDGING CRITERIA

Does the cover look appealing? Is the title catching with the book? Does the blurb make you want to dive into the story?

How is the writing style? Is it too boring, plain or smooth, expressive?

[∆]Characterisation

Are the characters expressing any emotions, feelings? Do they remain same throughout the story?

[∆]Grammar/Vocabulary

Does the story have proper grammar with punctuations, capitalization or too many mistakes? Does the sentence make sense?

[∆]Plot Structure

Does the story have a proper starting, ending?

[∆]First Impression

What was your first impression? Is it attractive, boring, catchy, readable?

[∆]Character Development

Is there any character development throughout the story? Is the development to fast or going with the flow?

[∆]Plot Development/Plot Twists/Climax

How is the plot development? Can the MC complete their task? Was there any twist? What about the climax scene?

[∆]Element Of Surprise/Attractiveness

Was there any surprise? Was it guessable?

[∆]Uniqueness

Was it unique/creative/original? Were the characters, plot, settings different?
