This is to bring in notice to all the winners  and future  winners  of The Meteorite Awards.
Its been hectic  from both sides  to  complete  ur all requirement  that we  mentioned  in prizes chapter  about  making graphics/themes  nd bios without  any  proper details .

Well  so to avoid confusion  we have come  up with this idea for  making u all fill forms.
So, If a winner  wants a pfp/bio/header/banner/book cover  to be done then they should  fill this form stating all requirements.

Also the ones  who have already asked  us in pms are requested  to once again state  requirement  by filling forms or ur order will not  be processed on time.

Ones filling an incomplete form will be rejected  nd asked to fill again!
