"Hey. What are you two doing here?"

Startled, Logan and Iris turn around to face a man, with a stern look on his face he again calls out to them,

"What are you staring at? I asked why are you guys here instead of section five?"

Iris gulped. She looked over to Logan for help, who clears his throat and replies,

"We were about to head there just now."

"Well be quick, those nerds need these things quick or you know how angry they get."

He grumbled and left the confused Iris and Logan

"What do we do now?"

"We go to this section 5, the people behind all of this are probably there."

He mumbled at Iris's whisper

"Look, over there."

Iris motions at their left where there is a lift with a blue board for directions at its side.

"Section five is in third floor. Let's go then."

They get into the elevator but before the doors could close, two people wearing black suits come inside. Giving a polite greeting nod, they return to their conversations which Iris and Logan were listening to.

"They say its gonna cost another $4 billion."

"After the loss of $1.5 billion, I can't believe they need that much."

"This project is going way too long for now."

"We already have other projects to get to. We can't keep sponsoring this for so long. At this rate, the project aside, we will go bankrupt."

"No, I believe this is the revolution once it's completed. Trust me. Private companies as well as even all the governments in this world will pay us trillions for this. And I am not even taking about billion."

The lift then reaches the third floor and they get off.

"Did you hear that? Just what is this project?"

"Must be some weapons."

Logan answered the shocked Iris's question

They look at the board pointing to left saying section five but they follow the two guys from before and go to the opposite direction. Those two guys while chattering head into a private room with a huge metal door. Iris and Logan unable to go inside or hear anything, decide to go back to the section five and while delivering whatever it was that they were pushing they might be able to get some new information.

When entering they are met with a woman who was wearing different clothing than anyone else. Above her blue shirt and white jeans, she wore a white lab coat. She was also wearing a mask with hair protecting plastic hat.

"Are those for the A93XR1E?"

She glanced at the cart they were pushing. Not knowing what she just said, they still nodded at her question.

"Good. Give it to that guy over there."

She points at a guy filling out a form, his back was facing them but he was wearing the same uniform. The woman waits for them to go to him and then turns around and starts walking into some alley.

"Hey...."

Logan called out to the guy, but stopped talking when he and Iris noticed who it was. Their eyes went round at the surprise.

The guy in question turns around and recognition dawn on his face upon seeing his daughter and former student. He was not expecting to see them at all and for a few moments, he kept blinking to know if this was for real or not. He had not seen them for such a long time that he was having a hard time believing they were right in front of him. His green eyes sparkled exactly like the girl in front of her while his brown short messy hair were hidden beneath his cap. His face looked as if he hadn't shaved for a few weeks.

"Dad?"

That's all he needed to know he wasn't dreaming, his daughter calling out to him.

"What are you two doing here?"

He hissed, pulling them at the side

"It is you.."

Logan mumbled. Iris's face lit up and she excitedly hugs her father. Who quickly pulls her away.

"Sorry, not now...there are people watching....and I don't want to blow my cover. Just what are you two doing here?"

"We came to bring you back."

"Why?"

"What do you mean why? Do you not want to come back?"

Seeing the disappointed look upon his daughter's face made him sigh.

"No...that's not it. I am asking why are you doing this? They all think I am dead..."

"Well..."

Logan looks around. He wanted to explain but this didn't seem like the place for it.

"Where is your ship at?"

"It's at the opposite shore...."

"I'll meet you there after my shift ends. Now, quickly get out of here."

He hugs them both briefly and then pushes them to go.

Logan and Iris quietly, successfully manage to sneak out and meet up with Luke and Alex who were waiting for them all this time behind the bushes. They tell them everything and they go back, deciding to wait for Nick.
