"Where is he?"

Logan and Iris had again sneaked into the building. Iris had the bomb in a brown satchel she was carrying, while Luke and Alex were waiting for them on the other side of the lake, near the cruise.

"There."

Logan whispered, taking a glance at Nicholas who was standing behind a tall green plant, next to a blue board on which it was printed with white, SECTION ONE.

"We brought it here."

"Good. I will create a distraction in a few moments, Logan you cover for Iris while she plants the bomb."

"Got it."

"How much time is on this timer?"

"Round about three minutes..."

"I see. We will go out the front door before they know it. Although just in case, you guys do have a weapon with you or not? Because if for some reason, we will need to use it, then head to the third floor and jump into the lake from the open window. Got it?"

They both nodded in return and started separating into their own paths. Iris was waiting to slip near the mechanical giant.

Nicholas who was carrying two boxes, suddenly slips and falls. The boxes fell open and hundreds of paper flew up in air and fell down. The people passing by started helping him, picking them up and giving it back to him as he apologised.

Meanwhile, seeing this as a chance, Iris started planting the bomb while Logan stood in front of her like a wall, holding a paper board, pretending to do something while keeping an eye out for anyone who would approach them. She was just pressing the last code of it when a voice startles her out of nowhere,

"Hey! Just what do you think you are doing?"

Iris gulps but doesnt turn around. She continues to insert the code as Logan shields her and deals with the un-welcomed guest.

"What do you mean?"

"Step aside. You're hiding something behind you.

He states, with his demanding voice and sharp gaze in his eyes. He then pulls his wrist wrapped with the communicator device close to his mouth and says,

"We have a...."

Before he could finish, Logan double turns and kicks him in the face knocking him out.

People who were before helping Nick, turned their attention to the unconscious guy in front of Logan.

The security was now coming to get both Logan and Iris, as Nicholas finally blows his cover by knocking out two guards.

He motions Iris and Logan to go with plan b, while bringing out his gun given to him earlier by Logan and shooting at one of the guards before he could fire back.

They run up the stairs instead of waiting for the lift. Upstairs, a shooting war starts, the guards fire at the three people while they shoot back along with covering themselves. They were also moving closer to the open window which expose the lake and the forest.

"Jump!"

Nicholas says to Iris who was the nearest to the lake. She hesitates because she didn't want to jump without both of them.

"What are you waiting for? Jump, now! We are right behind you."

Logan shouts, when Iris jumps. Logan is about to jump as well, when he notices Nicholas run further inside.

"They're trying to diffuse the bomb..."

He heard him mumble before he runs down the stairs. Logan who was at the edge of the building, turns around.

"No, Nick, stop..."

Logan tries to rush after him when the bomb goes off. With a huge explosion, Logan gets pushed back due to the force, and he fells into the water.

Iris who had reached the other side of the lake, and has just gotten out of water, sees the explosion and mutters,

"No...Dad...Logan..."

She sees Logan's unconscious body fall in the water with a splash. The rumbles of the building also fell a few feet apart. She immediately dives back into the water followed by Luke.
