Waterfalls
((A/N giving you some little info here before we continue :)
This takes place in a Pacifist route. Frisk has met all of the monsters but has yet to fight Asgore, causing Flowey to kill him and steal the souls thus turning into Omega or Photoshop Flowey like many like to call him XD
Ana is a purple soul thus she has more perseverance than the average human. Since the purple soul keeps you trapped in a determined spots, Ana will only move to certain places in a battle.
Ar is a green soul. She will be kind to even the devil himself. Her weapon is unknown for now and her defense is her umbrella.
Play the waterfall as much as you like or when the characters arrive to the ground where many Echo Flowers are planted. Spear of Justice is for the next chapter :) ))
Ana's P.O.V
As we walked towards the waterfall we heard footsteps coming towards us.
We turned around to see Frisk running over to us. "I'm coming with you, is that okay?" She asked.
Ar smiled and nodded. "Definitely! The more the merrier!" She replied and Frisk gave her a small smile.
I had my hands in my pant's pockets and looked at Ar.
She looked human. I mean..she's been in good behavior, she's..nicer than in her last run.
I just find it hard to believe that she'd ever want to kill people and monsters.
...
That doesn't mean she's completely off my grid now. There's a 50% she might be faking it all, waiting to lure us and strike.
Dying feels weird.
I'm no Frisk, but I remember timelines very vividly.
Getting stabbed was the worst feeling ever. You can't do anything. All you can feel is pain and whatever light you have inside you feels like it's being ripped out of your body.
Then..you feel empty.
Those around you can't do anything to help you..because when your health hits zero..
It's game over.
"Hey Ana?" Ar called out and I looked up.
I was so lost in thought that I didn't realize we were in the entrance to the Waterfall.
A few monsters were hanging around, talking and relaxing. Frisk was sitting near the edge and looked at the water flow.
"Now you were like me! Staring off into distance for minutes!" Ar said and laughed at me.
I rolled my eyes. "Yeah, yeah." I said playfully "Welcome to the waterfall." I said. Ar's eyes were practically sparkling.
It might have just been the crystals on the walls reflecting on her brown eyes. "Can I live here?" Ar suddenly asked.
Frisk looked at her and I laughed. "Well, we haven't seen the rest of the underground!" I replied.
She looked at me with a serious face. "I choose to live here." she muttered in a very creepy tone.
I put my hands up in defense. "Okay, okay!" I said and she started laughing.
We all started walking when we noticed Sans in the sentry station.
"hey gals, where are you heading?" He asked lazily, he had a bottle of ketchup in his hand.
I still don't know how he's capable of drinking that.
One, that's ketchup and it's freaking disgusting. Two, he's a skeleton. If I remember correctly, they don't have organs.
He tells me it's magic but I'm sure there's another reasonable explanation.
"We're going to Waterfall!" Frisk informed. I had to grab Ar's hoodie since she was about to keep going without us.
I kept looking at Sans and ignoring her pleas to let her go.
"that sound like fun, although that place is too big for me. i get bone tired from walking." Sans said, looking at the water.
I rolled my eyes. "We all very well know you don't walk to places Sans." I replied and he chuckled.
Frisk turned to see if Ar had listened to any of that but she was still trying to reach the prettiness of the Waterfall.
"say, let's grab a bite. it's almost lunch." Sans said and walked away from the station. I poker faced. "It's not even ten." I replied but walked after him anyways.
Ar was wailing and I had to practically drag her across the snow, Frisk following behind in case I needed help.
💜
Grillby's never seizes to amaze and comfort me.
Honestly, out of the entire underground, my favorite place has to be Snowdin. It's small, cozy, it's cool, everyone is super friendly and there's never a dull day.
Ar was petting all the dogs and encouraging their poker game.
Honestly, who wouldn't?
Frisk was eating a hamburger—after having her previous be destroyed by a ketchup landslide.
Sans just ordered another ketchup bottle. Honestly, what kind of person eats condiments?
I don't go around eating salt and pepper..although that would probably stir up my allergies.
Ar finally joined us at the stools; she sat next to Sans. "I've been to many restaurants but never one this awesome!" she said, looking around.
She ordered some fries and Grillby started making them.
"Cozy and friendly is what we do here, kid. Everyone's family and close friends." Sans explained, emphasizing the word friendly.
Guess he doesn't trust her too much either. At least she didn't notice, she was using the counter to make music.
She got her fries and started eating them, denying Sans' offer of adding ketchup.
Good choice.
"Good, don't let him trick you." Frisk said and glared at Sans.
He just smirked at her.
Ar's P.O.V
"So, Sans..do you know the Waterfall?" I asked between bites. "like the back of my hand. i've got a few jobs there" Sans replied.
He has a job? 'Surprising, isn't it?' Surprising indeed. He's incredibly lazy.
"It's really quiet and peaceful. There's a lot of water."
"Water you talking about Sans? I thought it was dry!" I replied with a smirk.
"...nooOOOOO—" Ana groaned. "heh! nice one kid!" Sans encouraged.
"She's been corrupted, it's too late." Frisk said, patting Ana's back. "You couldn't save her." she said dramatically.
I laughed at their antics.
They must have fallen a long time ago in order to have such strong bonds. "Oh, you wouldn't believe it!" Then my theory was correct.
"oh! i can't believe i forgot. Ar? have you ever heard of a talking flower?" Sans asked, everything somehow went awfully quiet.
"Um.." I started. "I swear if you say—" "Yes." I replied, mostly to spite Flowey. "Unbelievable." I tried not to giggle.
"You know about Echo flowers?" Ana asked curiously. I nodded. "Yes, I do." I answered.
No I did not! Why did I lie? "Welcome to the compulsive liar club." I'll be Vice President!
"so you know all about them. they are very intriguing flowers. whisper something to them, and they'll repeat it over and over again." Sans explained.
I tried my best not to look amazed. "lately, my brother has been receiving...information from these flowers. flattery, mockery...predictions."
I didn't say anything but I think I have a pretty good idea on who did that.
"i think someone's using an Echo flower to play a prank on him. if you could, can you help me find out who it is?" He asked me yet his gaze seemed to be fixated on the flower crown.
Flowey shifted closer to me. "Uh..sure! Why not?" I answered with a smile.
💚
Ana and Frisk had to take care of something with Sans back at their place. They told me to stay in Snowdin until they came back.
Needless to say, I'm already entering the Waterfall.
Whoops.
I don't know why but it's calling out to me.
That and I think it might be a hallucination but I saw that girl again.
I took the knife from my pocket and looked at the etched name on it. Was her name Chara?
"Yes it was." Flowey answered out loud, creeping onto my arm so I could look at him.
"Chara Dreemurr. My best friend." he said, his face morphing into the girl's.
I looked at him curiously as I walked into a tiny forest of plants that reminded me of tall algae. "Your best friend? What happened to her?" I asked.
Flowey's face morphed back to normal. "What always happens." he replied quietly. His eyes then turned black with just small white dots and he pulled the creepiest smile.
It was black and it seemed like it was cracking into his face. "She died." he said and broke into a laugh.
I was kind of creeped out by him. "It's always sunshine with you, isn't it?" I asked.
He was about to say something when vines came from the ground, pulling me close to the ground. "Hey! What are you—" "Stay quiet." he whispered and I did as he said, begrudgingly.
Someone was talking on the ledge above us. I couldn't see them; it was too dark.
The voice seemed familiar though. They said something among the lines of..a human not being bad?
I heard armor shuffling and small footsteps walking away. Balancing my weight to my left leg, I accidentally pricked myself with a thorn "Ow! Fuck!" "MORON!" Flowey don't shout in my ear—er, mind!
I looked up and saw the armored figure leaning over the ledge. They had a red ponytail coming out the top back part of the helmet. They seemed to have a glowing white dot in their eye socket.
I tried to move but froze when I saw they summoned a glowing blue spear and searched the plants from above.
After a while they stopped looking and walked backwards, disappearing into the shadows. I crawled out of the small forest and sighed in relief, closing my eyes.
"Yo! Did you see the way she was staring at you?" Someone said, making my eyes open in surprise.
I looked to my right to see Monster Kid, a small monster with no arms.
"You must be a human! I've seen her stare at other humans that way before! It's sooo awesome!! We should go find her!" M.K said and started to run, only to fall on his face.
"Are you okay?" I asked, reaching out to him. He quickly got back up and smiled. "Yeah! I'm okay! Let's go!" He said and ran ahead of me.
I smiled and followed after him.
"He's so annoying!" Flowey complained quietly as we watched M.K push some flowers into the water, making them bloom when they touched the water.
"Leave him alone, he's just a kid" I argued, crossing my arms.
M.K finished building the bridge and looked at me. "Ladies first!" He said. I smiled gratefully at him and walked across the river, surprisingly not falling off.
We walked into a bigger area; it appeared to be a puzzle. "Hm..not even in the Waterfall I'm safe from these.." I said, while M.K was trying to figure out how to build the bridge.
💚
After ꚌӉЇЯꚌҰ bell rings, M.K and I managed to build the proper bridge. We started crossing it when my phone started ringing.
-"Hello?"
-"Hello Green! Don't ask how I got your number! I just did!"
-"Uh....okay?.."
-"A-Anyways...what are you wearing? I'm uh...asking for a friend!"
-"I'm currently wearing a red ribbon."
-"Ah! I see! Wink Wink!"
Then he hung up.
I looked at my phone as if it were the most foreign thing ever. "Are you okay?" M.K asked, tilting his head.
I smiled at him. "It's alright, don't worry. Let's keep moving." I said and we walked to the next room.
I felt like I was above ground again. This cave had stars on the ceiling.
ҋө.
They aren't stars, those are crystals. I looked down and saw multiple Echo flowers. "Want to listen to a story?" M.K whispered, motioning to the flowers.
I nodded and we sat in front of each Echo Flower, listening to its tale.

I backed away from the Echo Flowers and sighed sadly. "You guys have..been here for a long time.." I said, just realizing this.
M.K nodded. "Yeah...but I believe one day we will escape! It's just a matter of time!" He said.
Such an optimist.
As we traversed through the area, I saw ҪӉДЯД staring at me from the corner of the room.
Her mouth was etched into a smile, black liquid dripping from it.
