I'm so glad he said yes to help me. Amanda was saying this in her head since she couldn't talk in the class. When this class is over it will be the end of this week and I'll survive my first week of this new school

-bell rings-

She ran out the door as fast as she could just  to get home to her mom and could get ready for tomorrow for when Alex gets to her house.

"Hey mom I'm home.......??? Her mom wasn't home. She looked for her and then she saw a note in the kitchen.

Amanda, went to the store to buy some food there is pizza in the fridge if you ever get hungry I'll be home by 5pm so don't worry I love you! And hope you had a great first week of school.

"Well I guess that means I can call Jake" Amanda said to herself.

She went to her room on to her computer and started calling Jake on Skype.

Amanda- hey Jake

Jake- Hey how was the first week of your school?

Amanda ugh! Don't even make me get started on it! It was the worst school I've been to

Jake- did you at least make friends?

Amanda- uhhh.....yeah......

Jake- are you lying?

Amanda- no I made like a few but not a lot

Jake- well how many?

Amanda- four

Jake- hey that's not bad! At least it's better than zero

-someone comes from the front door-

"Amanda! I'm home from the store and I need help!" Her mom says.

Amanda- ugh sorry Jake I got to go help my mom out anyway grocerys

Jake- that's ok you wanna FaceTime tomorrow?

Amanda- can't I'm babysitting my moms friend's daughter with one of my friends 

Jake- on well ok then I'll see you later

"So what's going to happen tomorrow?" Amanda asked her mom.

"Well my friend is coming over at noon so you would need to tell your friend to get over here at 11am and she'll pick her up at 5. But I have work at 6am so I'll let you sleep but see your alarm to 9 am" her mom said.

"Ok I got it do you want me to go text him now?"

"Yeah just do that so they know what will happen" Amanda then rushes to her room to go and text Alex.

Amanda- hey Alex come to my house at 11am since my moms friend is coming over at noon

Alex- Ok sure thing! Just text me your address

Amanda- ok it's -gives address-

Alex- on thx I'll see you tomorrow at 11am make sure you don't stay up all night
