*we see izuku looking out the window watching the world go passed him it's Been 6 years since he's been out of that prison the car stopped at a red light and izuku saw kids running and playing heroes and villains making him chuckle it was catharsis to see*

Masaru: you're oddly quiet

Izuku:sorry just... enjoying the outside how much longer till i have to put the handcuffs on?

Masaru: probably best you do that now

*Izuku does so as the car starts running again*

Izuku:you think I'll be a freeman?

Masaru:there's not a chance in hell of them winning this trust me but be prepared for them defaming your character

Izuku:i can live with that what are they gonna do? Use the fact that i killed in a death tournament against me? It was either i kill or i die i literally didn't have a choice and I only killed 2 people in the whole tournament

Masaru:really thought that would help in your parole trial

Izuku;which makes me scared that this won't work that I'll be back in jail..

Masaru:don't think that the second you start thinking you won't win you've already lost

*They didn't a lot more after that they just enjoyed the radio izuku turned the window down and enjoyed the air hitting his face while listening the song play*

*when the song ended masaru spoke again*

Masaru:alright we're here

*The door opened and two police officers grabbed each of izuku's arm and helped him out he still winced tough*

Masaru:I'll see you inside and easy gentlemen he's arms are burn you know this!

*They turned izuku around and saw there was a huge crowd waiting for him*

Izuku:it's kinda sick that people find the day that could change my future entertaining don't you men feel the same?

*They didn't talk and just walked with izuku to the court room where a large number of people were in the court room like it was the biggest event of the season they sat izuku down to his side and Amy insecurities he did had in the back of his mind was gone since walking to his side, he saw his family rooting for him, inko Midoriya,Ryuko Tsuchikawa, Mitsuki bakugo, Chizome Akaguro and masaru bakugo who was sitting next to him they got up as the judge walked in*

Guard:all rise for the honorable judge Vincent

Vincent:you may all sit down we're here today for the trial of izuku Midoriya vs UA plaintiff state your claim

Masaru:we would like to sue UA and every single member of there staff for the utter and complete incompetent actions for my client and prove my client izuku Midoriya is an innocent man

Vincent:defendant please your case yo the court

Murdock:my defendant did nothing wrong and we will prove that without a shadow of a doubt that izuku Midoriya was the traitor of UA and should remain in jail for risking the lives of the former class A now this generation new pro heroes

Vincent:very well let's start start the case

*The case started both side started giving there speech with Murdock dancing around the issue of the proof izuku was in and out of the court not really bothering to listen until his name was called*

Murdock:i ask Mr Midoriya up to the stand

*Izuku got up and stretched as he walked to the guard who was holding the magneto bible izuku puts one hand on it*

Guard:you promise to tell only the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help you god?

Izuku;i do man i would kill for a smoke right now..

*That got a few chuckles from the crowd as izuku sat down*

Murdock:izuku Midoriya is it true that you were born quirkless

Izuku:yes for a large number of years i was quirkless toshinori Yagi gave me his quirk ofa for a point in time but then unjustly took it back

Murdock:you say unjustly but why should you be a holder of such a great power when you obviously wanted more

Izuku; don't understand the question

Murdock:is it not true that as any quirkless out there you would do anything for a quirk or multiple quirks?

Izuku: false permission to speak freely your honor?

Vincent: I'll allow it

Izuku:bakugo Katsuki the rising star in the hero world once told me "if you want a quirk jump off a building and hope for a quirk in the next life" but i didn't so no Mr Murdock i wouldn't do anything for a quirk i do have standards

Mudork:really then how do you explain this?

*Video started of izuku's fight vs Toshinori*

Masaru:objection relevance?!

Izuku: it's alright uncle I'll answer that was a death match and the only way I could win was if i took quirks from AFO...

Murdock:so you admit you've taken quirk from AFO!

Izuku:you didn't let me finish

Izuku: life is never that simple judge Vincent can i give my full answer?

Izuku:thank you like i was saying i did take the quirks but i made sure he gave me a temporary version of the quirks that would only last until the fight was over

Murdock:that being what it is you still accepted quirks from that man who's do say you didn't betray your class for more quirks!

Izuku:my blood tests that said I'm still quirkless

Murdock:no further questions your honor

Vincent:then defendant you've dance around the issue long enough please present your proof to the court that izuku Midoriya is the traitor

Murdock:yes your honor

*Murdock showed the evidence to the court a fury of emails photos and video evidence that showed izuku being the traitor that caused a huge uproar to the crowd with Vincent slamming his gabble*

Vincent:ORDER! ODER IN THE COURT!

*Slowly the crowd calmed down*

Vincent: Mr bakugo your response?

Masaru:oh gladly your honor and make sure nezu doesn't try to cut the cámaras cause my evidence will prove once and for all that izuku Midoriya was an innocent man

Masaru:if it will please the court your honor does emails you see there I've checked the dates and they were written the day my client was beaten like a dog and sent to jail without trial

Masaru:I'm getting to that judge Vincent just painting the court a picture as i was saying the emails were made the same day of the attack the photo does can easily be modded to put my client in the picture see evidence b your honor and you will see the original pictures notices the fact that izuku is not in any of them and before Mr Murdock begins ive got the chief of police testimony that my pictures are the original

Vincent:i see and the video Mr. Bakugo?

Masaru:ah yes the multiple videos that showed my client with the league of villains if it will please the court i ask Trevor Slattery to the stand!

*Trevor got up from his seat and went to the stand with masaru following*

Masaru;now Mr Slattery can you please tell me your profession and quirk?

Trevor:of course I'm a actor maybe you've seen a few of my films like

*Trevor transformed into enji Todoroki*

*Trevor turned back to normal as masaru turned to the court room more importantly to the Camara*

Trevor:now Mr. Trevor does the date xxxx xxxx xxxx ring any bells?

Trevor:yeah the Todoroki family asked me to do a few films for them

Murdock; objection!!

Vincent:denied continue

Masaru:gladly your honor Mr Slattery what were this films?

Trevor:oh well it was 6 years back my memory is a bit fuzzy but if i remember correctly i was asked to act as this green hair kid

Murdock:you honor! There's no prove that he's telling the truth! Are we just suppose to accept his words as fact?!

Masaru:oh what a world would that be if we could just believe our fellow man but i know that's not the world we live in so if it will please the court your honor please look at the screen there you will see multiple receipts and paychecks that came from the Todoroki bank account! You can't believe a man's word but you can't deny the numbers that lay before you!! Izuku Midoriya was framed by the Todoroki family!!

*The crowd started screaming while judge Vincent slammed his gabble over and over again*

Vincent:ORDER ORDER IN THE COURT!!!ORDER I SAID!!!

*it took a while but soon the people were silenced does who didn't were kicked out*

Judge:that is a huge allegation Mr masaru do you have any proof?

Masaru:i do mr Slattery you may sit back down

Trevor:got it

Masaru:Fuyumi Todoroki will you please come to the stand

*Fuyumi got up from the back and took off her hoodie*

*She walked and sat down on the stand*

Masaru:i know this is very difficult for you thank you for you're cooperation

Fuyumi:it's fine my...my family has done a lot of wrong it's time someone finally starts paying them

Masaru:of course now can you tell me the events and the proof that your little brother and father set this whole thing up?

Fuyumi:it was years back shoto Todoroki my brother wanted momo yaoyorozu for herself and enji Todoroki my father wanted the yaoyorozu name and company but as long as Mr Midoriya was in the picture that would never happen so...

*Fuyumi took a deep breath and hugs her self*

Masaru:take your time

Fuyumi:thank you...my father hired Mr Slattery to act as izuku Midoriya as if he was a traitor but..it goes deeper then that there was never a traitor in UA that was a lie my father made up since he was the hero number 2 at the time his word was seen as fact after that my father and brother started planting the seeds of doubt to the UA staff and the hero classes giving them false proof always anonymously but it was always them each week they would sent out a email, a picture something that would show parts of izuku's body or likeness to make them believe izuku was the none existent traitor they did this over a year until almost everyone all but 2 believed it except tsuyu asui and...momo yaoyorozu she was the last one to believed it she fought against the fake proof but when they released the final video she stopped the final video showed izuku's face completely working with LOV and accepting quirks from AFO after that...you all know what happened...

Masaru:thank you for your bravery miss Todoroki

*The crowd started acting up again and judge Vincent was slamming his gabble trying to calm them down as Fuyumi walked off the stand and stopped for a second next to izuku even with all the noise izuku heard her*

Fuyumi:I'm...so sorry...

*Izuku closed his eyes and nodded as Fuyumi left the courtroom after that there was nothing much left except to wait for the judge to make his decision*

Judge:i have made my decision in the case of izuku vs UA i here by clear izuku of all charges further more...

*Izuku was frozen everything else he said came as a blur does words repeating in his head he was taken out of his mind when masaru pats his back*

Masaru:don't worry after this suing UA and it's staff will be a breeze

*Izuku nodded as the guards took his handcuffs off and izuku got up he felt someone touch his shoulder he looked and it was tsuyu tears threatening to escape her eyes with a wobbly smile*

Tsuyu:is....is it really over Kero?

*Izuku smiled and kissed her forehead holding her face*

Izuku:yeah...it's over..

*Tsuyu started to give wet croaks she hugged izuku as she cried in his chest izuku hugged her holding her tightly they both felt other people joining the hug, inko,Ryuko, chizome,Mitsuki and masaru after 6 years izuku Midoriya was now a free man*
