Days later, with Aizawa

*We see him driving in his car with a serious but slightly sad expression on his face as a Spanish-sounding song played on the radio. Something about that song made this trip all the more difficult, but he couldn't turn it off for some reason. He reached his destination and parked the car in front of the establishment. Getting out of the car, he walked inside, stopping in the check-out part as the security searched for anything that could be used as a weapon.*

Guard: What's the reason for your visit?

Aizawa:seeing an old friend...

*The guard didn't say ask anything more than that, giving Aizawa the ok. He continued his walk to the visitation area. He sat and waited a few moments, glancing around him. He wasn't alone for the visitation. The sound of an alarm rang, opening the door. A group of people came in order, each going to their respective table. Aizawa took a deep breath as the person he waited for sat down in front of him.

Aizawa:hizashi.....

Flashback

Judge: I have made my decision in the case of Izuku vs. UA. I am here to clear Izuku of all charges further.

Nezu turned off the TV with a sigh before turning around and seeing his staff all having different reactions on their faces. The worst was Nemuri Kayama, who was crying, and Toshinori Yagi, who had a haunting look on his face, still not believing the news.

Nezu: Well, this is certainly troubling news.

Hizashi: I just can't believe it.

Nezu: Yes, this is quite troubling news. Everyone, please go home for today. Tomorrow, I'll announce what our move will be. Aizawa, stay a moment.

*Slowly everyone left, with Toshinori being the last one still having a haunting look on his face, as then he decided to go to a bar where certain past users finally got tired and decided to have a little chat with him.*

Nezu: This is bad. really bad Aizawa, we're talking about losing a lot of money, our position as the number 1 hero school, and the respect of the community as a whole, and that's the best option scenario if Midoriya decides to settle, which, given who his lawyer is, I don't see that happening.

Aizawa: You're calling the Hero Association; how did it go?

Nezu: Not good, not good at all. I got my ass chewed out for about an hour, and they sided with us all the way. There's no option for them to push us under the bus and deny any liability, so them helping us out is completely off the table for most everybody.

Aizawa: I have a feeling I'm not going to like what you have to say next.

Nezu: I myself am not a fan of the idea but it's the best outcome, toshinori as the number 1 hero will not go to jail that's just a fact he is to important and will probably just be served with a hefty lawsuit as for us? i have enough blackmail to keep you and me out of jail

*Aizawa eyes widen at the implications*

Aizawa:sir what you're asking me is...

Nezu:to leave you're friends and fiance out to dry yes, for us to be free the association will have to put all of our....mistakes on other people

Aizawa: I... sir, i can't leave Hizashi like that!

Nezu: something you humans came up with to not feel lonely, yes, but honestly, think about it: 30 years in jail or being a free man and still having your job. What's it going to be?

*Hizashi slammed his hand on the table making the guards get close to him, hizashi sighed and raised his hands to show them he's calm making them back down, Aizawa looked down ashamed*

Hizashi: why are you even here ?

Aizawa: I just wanted to see how you were holding up, and I know I'm a scumbag for doing this now and not 6 years ago. I was just scared. I'll fully admit to being a coward. I admit to doing a lot of awful things for you, but I can make them right.

Hizashi: how? How exactly are you going to make it right? I don't know if you noticed, but I still have 24 years left to go, and no, I'm not getting out on good behavior seeing as I had a lot of fights here since I don't know if you noticed shouta, but a lot of criminals we've put away are here. Hell, look to you're right and you'll see one of the villains we arrested.

Aizawa did just that, and sure enough, there he was talking with his mother. Aizawa sighed and looked back at Hizashi, who had his arm crossed.

Aizawa: it's.....a long shot but nezu is working on it he calls it a villains reformed programs if we can get the approval of the hero association....

Hizashi:Masaru will shut it down since he will see it was just an attempt to get us all out of here, so that's not going to happen.

*We see Masaru in his chair his feet on top of his desk while he cracked nuts, on the other sided laid the hero association, the school board association, UA and his teachers, not to mention a couple other lawyers representing the students, the students were there with there parents, all in all around 30 to 50 were there while Masaru just cracked nuts without a care in the world while the judge was in between them unlike the first trial they all agreed of making this one a private affair they've been at it for almost 15 hours with Masaru not giving them an inch while the lawyers came back time after time with a new settlement offer *

Sakura: Now, Mr. Bakugo...

*Crack*

Sakura: I understand that your client was the victim.

*Crack*

Sakura: And we've all come together with a settlement that I'm sure Mr. Midoriya will appreciate.

*Crack*

Hizashi: Aren't you going to eat those nuts?

Masaru: I don't like to eat them; just crush their papers, please.

Sakura gave Masaru the settlement papers. Masaru gave a quick chuckle before butting the papers through a shredder.

Masaru: you really think this is just about the money? No this is about justice i don't know when you heroes lose that sending an innocent man without trial to the most dangerous jail in the world but i still have my Sense of right and wrong that's why I became a lawyer and right now? I'm a lawyer with all the cards in the game if we accept the settlement no one will be punished and that's just isn't fair don't you agree? I mean my client suffered in every aspect imaginable he has multiple permanent disabilities, disabilities that could've been avoided if say recovery girl over took her hypocritic oath seriously but she didn't, disabilities if say you all did your jobs and actually investigated the claims but you didn't, disabilities he could've gotten treatment if he wasn't denied medical care when it happened which is illegal on so many levels, but let's move pass the injuries how about we go in to the fact that you put my client on the most extreme prison ever build when he should've been placed in a regular prison, or how about the fact that his name was sneered by everyone to the point that it will never be fixed honestly you're honor there's absolutely nothing they can say that will save them am i allowed to talk normally?

Judge; I'll allow it.

Masaru: You all fucked up, and you're not coming out of this without punishment, you absolute sacks of shits.

Lunch rush: Now wait just a minute, we're just as victimized as Mr. Midoriya; we were tricked by the Todorovi family!!

Masaru: And soldiers kill the innocent because of orders. Do you see the problem? You all followed blindly the fake crumbs Shoto and endeavor Todoroki left for you and never once considered questioning them. Never once did you look further. You all are so desperate to put a face on the problem that you took the first person they gave you.

Sakura: enough, please, then what is it your client wants?

Masaru:first of all the maximum amount of monetary value giving everything you all did you're settlement is a slap in the face it's not even 40% of the money he will be rewarded once we win in a few moments, the maximum amount of jail time for the teachers and the revoke of there teaching license and hero license

Sakura:that's absurd!

Masaru: And what you all did wasn't?

*Crack*

Masaru said in the most bored tone he could muster as he yawned and looked at Sakura in the eyes.

Masaru: You have absolutely no defense. You are all worse than the students; they didn't know any better. You all should've known better. Instead, you took the first solution that came into your laps, and the cherry on top is the now-captured league of villains. They even said it themselves. They never had a mole in UA. They didn't need to. They just used the fake news to scare you all so you could add the oh so many deaths they caused to your already bloody hands.

Masaru glanced at the students who flinched.

Masaru: I've talked to my clients beforehand on what to do with you all, and you all are lucky and should count your lucky stars that the woman Tsuyu Asui is next to him to calm him down. He's not going to pursue criminal charges, only monetary charges, and to be left alone. You all will pay up the ass for what you did, but you won't go to jail and won't lose your hero license since again, that fault is on the adults, not you all. So you can all go. We'll discuss the amount at a later date. Just be prepared since he won't be coming cheap.

The parents took a breath of relief and walked off with their children and lawyers, and then Masaru took his attention back to the other group and noticed something that made him frown.

Masaru:where is nezu, Aizawa and toshinori?

Sakura;due to there importance to the Japanese government they were deemed to important so you can't prosecute them the government has agreed however in exchange Midoriya will be allowed to have a restraining order on them and be giving a large some of money from each of the 3 savings and paycheck for the next 30 years

Masaru: Hm, so the big fish got away, huh? That yellow-haired man looks crushed. What's wrong, buddy? Oh, let me guess you were involved with one of them.

*The smug tone in Masaru's voice made Hizashi bawl his fist as he remained with his eyes on the ground, still shocked and utterly betrayed by the situation.*

Masaru: I've had enough judges. I've given you all the evidence. Even the most corrupt judge in the world couldn't deny the charges, so please, if you will

Judge: Do any of you have anything else to add?

Sakura: No, you're honor

Judge:then i award Mr. Midoriya the amount in full further more the heroes of UA present will have there teaching license and hero license revoked and have to live out a 30 year sentence without parole with 15 on good behavior this case is over

The judge slammed the gabble, and Masaru looked at everyone with shocked faces.

Masaru: Now please do me a big favor and kindly get the fuck out of my office.

Present

Hizashi: That man spent more than 15 hours without a break and won everything. He's going to win this too. My only option is to live out this sentence and mentally hate myself every day because I trusted you and not Nemuri. Never come here again, shouta, because the man you loved died and you killed him.

*Hizashi got up and left with the other inmates leaving shouta Aizawa there alone with his thoughts and his regrets

Meanwhile, Nemuri is in Jamaica.

*We see her on the beach in a bikini, her once dark purple hair now bleached to a bright blond, her face almost unrecognizable with all the plastic surgery she's done to not even look the same as she was.*

Gaby:mommy mommy i found a sea shell!!

Nemuri: That's great, honey. Come over here and show mommy!

*Nemuri took her sunglasses off and got up with a loving smile seeing her daughter run up to her. Life for Nemuri was good, or as she's now known, Mirasol de los Santos, life was real good. Her life as Nemuri Kayama left was just a distant memory, a dream really. As she felt her husband kiss her cheek, Mirasol smiled, thankful she made the right choice and ran away.
