I'm back. I think. School was busy. All of these assignments due on the last week and then finals on the last three days-what in the world?!

Welcome to high school: the end of chill days at the end of the year.

Also, the end of free time in the summer, because I have a ton of homework. But, not so much that I won't be able to write. I'll just be stressed out, I think.

Anyway, as some of you know, I live in California. California usually means sun and heat and stuff. Yes, the temperature gets as high as 120 in the summer, usually around June. Meanwhile, I am still pale as a cloud.

But, lately, the weather has been just plain weird. On Monday, snapchat and everything was full of people complaining about the weather, which hit 107 degrees Fahrenheit. On Tuesday, it started raining, which is very rare in the place I live in. Snapchat was full of people being confused about the weather, which hit a bit over 70.

So, how does it cool down approximately 40 degrees in 24 hours?

And today, we had a flash flood. So hallelujah, yet wow. Maybe the drought is over...? XD

Anyway, here's the story from my point of view. >:-)

I was napping. (Yeah, I've been a rock lately.) I was even dreaming for like the first time in months when I was awoken by a HUGE boom. There was a flash of light, and the power went out for a second. The house even shook. I thought we were having an earthquake and suddenly, it randomly starts pouring rain.

And it got worse.

Way worse.

I swear, I've never seen anything like that in my life. Who would've guessed that the worst rainstorm I've ever seen was in a small California town that barely sees like 5 inches per year?

My whole garage was flooded. Luckily, we didn't get much in the house. There was at least three inches in the deepest parts. I blame the idiot who paved he driveway aiming downhill.

Like, seriously? XD

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read that. I realize you may not have any interest in my town's bipolar weather, but it was very exciting. I legit thought I was gonna die. No joke!

I'll be sure to think of something more interesting to write about next time, but this has been a very long and exciting day for me. Lol.
