The whole group including Count Bleck and Tippi were on the beautiful place called Chara's Star Palace. It represent that Shi_Chara (Me) has owned this place for a marriage moment and can be for anyone who wants to marry someone. Count Bleck was waiting for Tippi, but he was so nervous. 

Count Bleck: Do you think she will accept it??

Mr. L: Fingers crossed!!!🤞

Count Bleck: Ok. Fingers cross for hope...

*With Tippi*

Tippi: Ok. I'm prepared for this, and I'm ready for this!!!

Tippi found Count Bleck waiting by the pond. 

Tippi: Blumiere!!!

Count Bleck: Timpani!!!

They both ran to each other and hugged for a few seconds.

Count Bleck: I missed you~~

Tippi: And I missed you too Blum~~~

Count Bleck: *Hold Tippi's hand* Tippi? We have been dating for almost 15 years right??

Tippi: Yes Blumiere. Before that when we turn into pixels.

Count Bleck: And I have something for you that you might want.

Tippi: And what is it Blum??

Blumiere proposed to Tippi with a small rainbow box, inside was a ring that Nastasia had give to him. 

Count Bleck: My lovely Lady Timpani, my only girl who I loved. I will say this once, Will you marry me and we can be a family together until we die together. 

Tippi  gasps then cries of joy.

Tippi: Yes!!!! Yes I will marry you!!!! *Jumps into Blumiere and hugs him and kisses him all over him*

Blumiere kisses Timpani on the cheek then kissed her passionate with all of his heart to her. 

Behind a tree was Nastasia, Mimi, O'Chunks, Mr. L, and Dimentio were watching as peeking at the two lovebirds. 

Nastasia: Looks like there will be some wedding bells~~~

And everyone else agreed.
