After Mal helped YN getting to bed she went her dorm and Evie and Jane were there with her

Ben: sleeping it's like in the middle of afternoon

Mal: well turns out he didn't get no sleep last night

Back in YN dorm he waken up from the sounds of people screaming he got up and put on his helmet YN looks outside and sees multiple Necromorphs moon's in the sky and Necromorphs killing people

YN: no no how are they here

YN runs out of his dorm with his plasma cutter he saw a Guardian Necromorph on the wall he quickly kills it as he continued running in down the hallways and he saw the bodies of his father Carver Ben Audrey and the VKs but not Mal

YN: no no no not again not again this is not real it's just an another nightmare

YN starts hitting himself

YN: come on YN wake up wake up

YN heard a screamed and he quickly runs and investigate the scream as he saw Mal

YN: Mal

YN quickly runs to Mal then they were both hit by a tentacle knocking them to the ground as YN starts crawling over to Mal

YN: grab my hand

Mal: YN please help me

As soon YN was gonna grabbed Mal hand a tentacle grabbed her and pulled her down a hole

YN: MAL NO

YN got up and turn around as he saw the Hunter how was it still alive it died on the Ishimura the Hunter then slabs YN with it blades and lifting him up then start stabbing him rapidly then cut off his legs and arm YN looks at it in it's eyes as the Hunter cut his head off

YN screamed and he woke up from a another nightmare he was breathing heavily and sweating then he looks outside and sees no Necromorphs moon's in the sky just a normal Moon and no Necromorphs then a knock was heard on his dorm door he hesitate to open it so he slowly opened the door and sees Mal in her pajamas

Mal: YN are you okay I heard screaming

YN: I-i fine

YN is breathing heavily and Mal let's herself in his dorm

Mal: YN did you have a nightmare

YN: y-yes

Mal: YN what is going on with you first you were tired and now you had a nightmare YN please call me I want to help you

YN: Mal I have PTSD

Mal was shocked that YN has PTSD that's why he's been getting nightmares

Mal: YN I'm so sorry I didn't know how long you've been like this

YN: since I was 12

Mal was shocked again he had PTSD since he was 12 that is a really young age YN then lays down on his bed

Mal: what's your nightmare about

YN: I saw Ben Audrey you're friends and you die right in front of me then a monster killed me

Mal: YN I'm sorry

YN: I hate my life if I didn't miss that day I would be normal right now

Mal: that day

YN: back when I was 12 I went with my father on a repair Mission and I saw horrible things that would never want to see I saw people die and my mother was dead

Mal: oh my god that's horrible

YN: Mal can you stay with me I'm afraid to sleep alone

Mal: okay I'll sleep on the floor

YN: no it's okay you can in the bed with me

Mal: okay

Mal lay down on YN bed and gets in the blankets YN starts to falling asleep Mal sees him shaking in his sleep but she rubs his head then that helped him calm down Mal smelled then she started falling asleep then she saw something on YN back it was like a strange bar of light she was confused of what that was on this back she'll ask him tomorrow
