Ruby: so, what's next?

View flew over to the massive library of alternate universes, grabbing the one he desired and returning to the main area with the audience.

View: Next we will see a, variation, on the fight between Cinder and Jaune during the fall of beacon.

Cinder raised an eyebrow, a variation could mean a lot of things. Could she be losing to the blond idiot?

It seemed she was not alone in her thoughts, as Ozpin spoke up

Ozpin: Variation, what do you mean by that?

View hummed along as the lights dimmed and the film began

View: I guess you'll just have to see

The scene opens on Jaune arc laying in a puddle of his own blood, with a long stab wound going from his shoulder to his waist. His eyes drift along the destroyed Ozpin's office, landing on the form of cinder fall leaning on Ozpin's former desk.

Pyyhra cringed at the sight on screen

Pyyhra: seems Jaune tried saving me again, if cinders  powerful enough to defeat Ozpin why did he think he had a chance?

Qrow sighed and took a swig from his flask

Qrow: when blue balls over there-

View perked up

View: Hey!

Qrow continued, ignoring the floating balls protest

Qrow: said this was gonna be different, I was hoping cinder was gonna get her ass kicked.

Cinder scoffed

Cinder: as if that would happen

Cinder was looking out into the remains of the once great beacon academy, a sick smile on her face. Which immediately soured upon looking at Jaune

Cinder: You were a fool to think you could face me.

She walked over to him, stepping over the puddles of the boys blood.

Cinder: you costed me my prize, my mistress wanted me to eliminate that Nikos girl. But instead, you decided to play hero and come up here to face me alone.

Pyyhra's breath caught a hitch at the mention of her name

Pyyhra: Why me?

Ruby looked in fear at the screen

Ruby: is Jaune gonna be ok?

Yang put a comforting hand on her sisters shoulder

Yang: even if he's not, it's not our Jaune remember?

Ruby lowered her head

Ruby: still....

Jaune spat some blood at cinder, only succeeding in staining her shoe somewhat. Jaune face twisted into a smug grin

Cinder looked taken aback by this sudden shift in mood. The boy was dying and he dared smile as if he was winning?

Jaune: do you believe in karma?

Ren: that's a, strange thing to ask.

Roman chimed in

Roman: especially since it's probably gonna be the last thing he ever says.

Goodwitch narrowed her eyes

Goodwitch: that was unnecessary.

Roman shrugged

Roman: truth hurts.

Cinder didn't waste a second answering, shaking she was very done toying with the blond boy

Cinder: No.

She raised her blade high, preparing to end the boys life

Jaune: you should

Saphron: that was strangely ominous.

Ruby appeared right at the doorway of the destroyed headmasters office, Pyyhra and Weiss in tow.

Ruby: No!

She tried to run at cinder and tackle using her semblance, but she was too slow. Time seemed to move at a crawl as cinders blade entered Jaunes head, going right through his eye, and killing the blond.

Ruby shivered slightly at the sight, but besides that gave no other reaction. Most of Jaunes close friends had almost been decesenxitsied to him dying. That's didn't mean they liked it, or didn't care, but it had been happening so often they had learned to accept it.

Juniper on the other hand still shook with rage and guilt every time she saw her son die. She was her flesh and blood after all, it was a normal reaction.

Ruby still was successful in one thing however, tackling cinder and sending her into the headmasters desk. The fall maiden quickly recovered and jumped back up, facing her three new combatants.

Cinder: so this is all beacon has to offer? Pathetic, I truly expected more.

Pyyhra and the others got into battle positions. Each drawing their weapons

Nora jumped up and down

Nora: break her legs!!

Ren sighed, this was getting old

Ren: please Nora, sit down

Nora shook her head

Nora: how can I! I must be the cheerleader while they kick cinders ass!

Cinder smirked as the dragon grimm flew up and curled itself around the tower

Cinder: as much as I would love to stay and fight, I have more important matters to attend to.

She stepped onto the dragon, smiling at the pissed off beacon students who knew they were no match for her and the dragon.

Ruby attempted to once again speed at cinder, only to be slammed back by a wave of fire thanks to our resident fire bitch.

Yang grew angry at the spectacle on the screen

Yang: fight them you coward!

Raven raised an eyebrow

Raven: she could easily defeat them, it makes no sense not to.

Qrow: don't underestimate them

Raven rolled her eyes

Raven: They're children, even without the fall maiden powers she just got cinder is a very powerful individual.

Qrow scoffed

Qrow: well maybe if you were around you would have been able to see how strong your daughter and niece really are.

Raven didn't have a comeback, instead opting to continue watching.

The Grimm dragon roared and took off, leaving a fuming ruby Weiss and Pyhrra behind. Ruby and Pyyhra both attempted to shoot at the escaping maiden, to no avail.

Pyyhra threw her sword and shield onto the ground, a very pissed expression on her face

Pyyhra: godammit!

Nora looked surprised a the screen

Nora: I think that's the most angry I've seen Pyyhra!

Ren rolled his eyes slightly

Ren: she did just watch her partner die

Goodwitch was glaring at the screen, where was she right now? Shouldn't she be protecting her students?

Cinder arrived at her mistress palace, her dragon letting her off at the entrance before flying off to who knows where. Cinder pushed the large doors of Salem's castle open and walked down the large corridor leading to her mistress's thrown room.

Yang chuckled slightly

Yang: They call that Salem person mistress? Kinky

But as she reached the base of the corridor, a voice spoke out of her

???: Hey buddy

Cinder spun around to the mysterious voice, her maiden powers acting up as she does. Her eyes widen in fear at the thing standing in front of her

Cinder: impossible

Standing in front of cinder is Jaune arc, the very man she had just killed not even a half an hour ago.

Jaune was wearing a blood red scarf with a white hoodie and shorts. He had a large smile on his face, one that seemed unnaturally large. He also still had his large chest wound, with it bleeding onto his white sweatshirt. His eye, where cinder had stabbed him, had some strange white blockage over it. His other eye had a hint of red in it, that seemed to be intertwined with the blue

Jaune: Better believe it

The audience looked at the screen in complete confusion

Neptune: how the fuck!

Weiss: He's literally bleeding from multiple fatal wounds! How is he even standing?

Yang shrugged

Yang: I'm more confused by the fact that he someone made is all the way to Salem castle that fast.

Ozpin looked slightly concerned at the screen

Ozpin: this seems, familiar.

Cinder looked scared at the arc boy, who was just standing there, hands in pockets

Cinder: how? I killed you!

Jaune shrugged

Jaune: dunno, guess I'm too stubborn to die.

Cinders eye lit ablaze as she prepared to finish off the arc once and for all

Cinder: it doesn't matter how you came back from the dead, I'll be sure to send you back.

Jaune chuckled

Jaune: you can try

All color seemed to fade from the world as cinder prepared for battle, while Jaune just sat there calmly

Nora jumped up, again

Nora: YEAH KICK HER ASS JAUNEY!

Ren just sighed

A strange message appeared before cinder and Jaune

*Jaune blocks the way*

Cinder eyed the message, but ultimately decided to ignore it

*Jaune is DETERMINED to stop you*

Jaune; so you think it's all fun and games right? Your own personal genocide, killing whoever you please?

Ruby: wait I recognize him! He's a one of those Skeltons we met!

Velvets ears perked up at this discovery

Velvet: Wasn't he the one who said his wounds were because of ruby?

Coco nodded

Coco: yeah, he said his name was Geno right?

Ren: well it isn't completely impossible that there's multiple versions of that version of Jaune right?

Sun: wait, so your telling me there can be Aus of Aus?

Ren nodded

Ren: it seems like it

Sun: well then there can be Aus of Aus of Aus of Aus of Aus o-

He was cut off by a swift hit on the back of his head via Neptune

Neptune: stop, your making my head hurt with all this au-ception

Emerald stood up and began to cheer for her leader

Emerald: kick his ass cinder!

Cinder attempted to hit Jaune by sending her glass blades at him, only for Jaune to easily dodge

Jaune: what? You thought I was just gonna stand there and take it?

Cinders eye twitched slightly, she was growing quite annoyed with this boy

*Twilight shines through the corridor*

Jaunes left eye was engulfed in a bright blue flame, as he summoned a wave of bones behind him.

Jaune: I hope your good at dodging, actually never mind I hope your terrible at dodging.

Jaune, with a wave of his hand, sent the bones flying towards cinder.

Ruby: that semblance is so cool!

Winter looked completely confused at the screen

Winter: it doesn't make any sense, how does him dying not only activate his semblance but revive him?

Ozpin coughed slightly, becoming increasingly nervous as the similarities between his "semblance" and this versions of Jaunes.

Qrow shot Ozpin a look, but said nothing.

Jaune sent the wave of bones towards cinder at high speeds. Cinder scoffed, and using her fall maiden powers took off into the sky

(Yes it's stupid and doesn't really make sense, but it's part of the show)

Cinder: that's the best you could do?

Yang: Hacks! I call hacks!

Ironwood: that is concerning.

Goodwitch raised an eyebrow

Goodwitch: how so?

Ironwood: she already shows mastery of her ability's to some extent, yet she just got them.

*Jaune won't let you win*

Jaune: you'll find I'm full of surprises

Jaune reached out towards cinder, and a red heart appears outside of her chest

Cinder: what the-

The heart shines blue, and cinder is grabbed by an invisible force, sending her downwards.

As she fell, multiple razor sharp bones came out of the ground, preparing to impale her.

Cinder is just barley able to stab one of her glass blades into the wall, stopping her from landing in the bones that would have meant her death.

Winter: does he have two semblances? That's the only explanation I can think of

Ruby: that's so cool!

Qrow nudged Ozpin

Qrow: you think the kid has, you know what?

Opzin shook his head

Ozpin: it's not possible, but then again my belief in what is and isn't possible has been shaken severely

Cinder pushed herself off the wall and back onto the floor, taking a flaming arrow and notching it onto her bow

Jaune: you really think that's gonna work?

*The end is near*

Cinder sprints at Jaune, sliding under the bones that had been sent towards her snd letting the arrow fly.

Jaune just chuckled and moved slightly to the left, the arrow completely missing him

Jaune: nice shot

A red heart appears before cinder, and she is held down on the ground by an invisible force once again, this time however the force didn't let up, holding her in place.

Mercury: could he do that the entire time?

Roman laughed

Roman: looks like he was pulling punches with you cinder!

Cinder shot Roman a death glare

Cinder: not a word.

Cinder attempted to struggle and tap into her maiden powers, only to realize there was no way out of the invisible hold she was in.

Jaune took his time strolling towards cinder, who could only make out his faint shadow from the floor, which was followed by another shadow.

Cinder shakily raised her head as high as she could, only to see a dragon skull like thing floating next to him.

Jaune seemed to notice her gaze and smiled

Jaune: I call it a Gaster blaster, neat isn't it? Wanna guess what it does? It blasts ya

Yang: three semblances?!

Mercury; that's bullshit dude!

Qrow turned and spoke in a hushed tone with Ozpin

Qrow: still think the kid doesn't have you know what?

Opzin shrugged

Ozpin: I guess it's possible in this world, there is no other explanation

Cinders eyes widen and she attempts once again to break out of her attackers hold, but much to her horror the grip did not weaken

*there is no escape*

The skull next to jaunes mouth opens and a large blue glow Emanates from it.

The light grew brighter and brighter until a large powerful beam was fired from it, taking cinder and a good portion of the floor away.

Roman: cinder went out like a chump!

Cinder was staring at the screen in disbelief, she had won so much and lost it all just like that

Cinder: I don't want to hear anything from you Roman!

Jaune watched as the  fall maiden power flew away in the wind, looking for a new host

Jaune: get dunked on
