On a very normal day in world 8, Bowser was sitting on his throne as usual while his kids were off somewhere doing mischief. One of his servants, a blue Hammer Bro, ran up to the Koopa king and looked a little flustered from the running.

''King Terribleness, detective Waluigi is here. He wants to search the castle for clues on his current case!'' He panted.

Bowser was suprised to hear that the detective had travelled all the way over to his castle to search for clues. Nontheless, he let the detective inside and he immediately started searching everywhere. No corners were left out of his sight.

''So uhh... what kind of case is it you're trying to solve this time?'' Bowser asked as he followed Waluigi close behind to make sure that he didn't try anything funny.

''A dissapearance.'' He shortly replied. This made the king a little annoyed. ''Well, what kind of clues do you think can be found inside MY castle?'' He asked.

''You never know.'' The detective answered him while inspecting the throne carefully. Bowser got even more annoyed, could he at least give him a little more information? He was the one that marched into the castle just like that.

''Do you have any secret rooms?'' Waluigi then asked. Bowser got a little stunned hearing him finally ask something. ''Uhh, I can't tell you, or else they wouldn't be called ''secret rooms''.''

The detective sighed angrily. ''I'll have you know that hiding anything that can be of help to solving a crime is not a good idea since its punishment is very high. So if you have any secret rooms, it would be best to show them to me now or you might get into prison... again.''

Bowser was defenseless on that one. He had to show him the secret rooms or else he had to spend even MORE time in prison than he had already done. He lead Waluigi to every secret room he had in the whole castle, that was when he realised how many of them he actually had. And some of them wasn't even used! What made him think that he needed THAT many secret rooms?

After an hour of searching, the detective was getting ready to leave again. But Bowser was qurious. ''Sooo... did you find any clues?'' He gently asked.

''Not exactly anything of interest, but you could maybe clean the kids' chambers a bit. They were pretty dusty.''

''But, what made you think that you'd find any clues in my castle? I don't think that a kidnapper lives here or anything.''

The detective stared at him with no emotions in his expression. ''King Koopa, I'm going to be honest with you. I was lying before about this new case I was working on.''

''WHAT?!'' The king burst out. ''What do you mean by that?!''

''Peach sent me, she was worried that you were soon going to kidnap her again. And since you trust me more than Mario she asked me to investigate your castle for anything unusual. She knew that you would let me in.''

And without saying another word, Waluigi turned around and calmly started walking towards the exit. Bowser was baffled, but then quickly became angry. ''H-Hey! Stop! You can't get away with that!'' He said and ran towards him to attack. But the detective was prepared for something like this to happen. He calmly took out a tennis racket from under his long coat and threw a Bob-omb up in the air and hit it so it flew towards the king and blew up in his face. But Bowser was stubborn and tried attacking again, only to be faced with a big piranha plant that looked very hungry for some dragon-turtle. The detective held the pot that the plant was planted in and gave a slight grin towards the king.

''You should know that attacking someone that works with the police is not a good idea.''

He calmly walked out of the castle, still holding the pot with the piranha plant and petting its head gently. Bowser stared at them both angrily but didn't do anything more to stop them.

''Your majesty, are you alright? The blue Hammer Bro asked him. The king growled. ''Peach was smart this time to use Waluigi against me. But I'll get revenge, prepare to kidnap the princess. We'll head for her castle in three days.''

Wow! We got to see the more awesome side of Waluigi in this chapter! I really liked writing this one, it was funny to write about Bowser trying to hurt Waluigi but failing miserably instead. xD
