16 years ago...

You walked with your mom hand in hand as she carried a tray of homemade cookies. Your sister was busy with some of her friends while your dad was still working. Not that he really needed to.

Y/N: Why are we going to Mai's house?

Your mom smiled at you.

Mom: Because her granddaughter just moved in with her. She just lost her parents so we're going to go say hi. She's your age.

You just nodded as you walked up to the old woman's door. Your mom knocked and you stood up straight to make sure you gave a good impression. The door opened and you heard the old Korean music Mai always played. Mai herself stepped out with a smile.

Mai was the only woman in town who was a fox person. You always liked to watch her tail since it was something so, weird. But you also liked it.

Mai: Maria.

Mom: Hello. Me and Y/N decided to come by and give you some cookies.

Your mom lead you inside and the adults walked towards the kitchen. You were going to follow but you stopped when you noticed someone was sitting on the couch watching the TV. You walked over and saw that they were watching Odyssey. That weird sci-fi show your mom always watched.

You looked at the couch and found a young girl sitting there. Like Mai, she had fox ears but unlike Mai, her tail seemed to be clear and made of diamond. But, you couldn't understand her.

Mai: Oh, I see you met Ahri.

You looked over to see Mai walking into the room. Mai said something to the young girl and she nodded. She got off the couch and walked over to you.

Mai: <Yes, dear.> Y/N, this is my granddaughter. She'll be attending school with you starting Monday. Do you think you could help her out?

You nodded and looked at the young girl.

Ahri seemed surpised at her language being spoken back to her. You just smiled and held our your hand.

Woah! Finally done with bouncing around. Anyhow, about 7 hours after you completely planted an illegal gun on Boy Toy Roy, you opened your eyes to see that you were finally landing in Demacia. About time.

She threw her bag onto the couch of the suite before she jumped face first into the pillows. Everyone filed in one by one until it was just you. Unlike the girls, you and Jinx only had backpacks with everything in them. Which helped since you still had to pack some stuff for the animals.

You shuffled to the side as the four guinea pigs filed in with little suit cases of their own. Totoro watched them from your shoulder.

Y/N: Just make sure they're safe on this trip.

Totoro hopped off your shoulder and followed the guinea pigs. You sighed and placed your backpack down on the floor before you pulled out your phone.

You sent a quick text to your sister to let her know you made it to the hotel as well as Jayce. You then put your phone away and noticed that everyone was already getting comfortable.

Y/N: Alright. So this suite has three rooms meaning we'll have to bunk. So...

Akali: I call dibs on Mr. Y/N!

You felt your eye twitch as everyone looked at her.

Jinx: Wait...

Kai'sa: But...the rules...

You blushed a bit as she walked over and sat next to you.

You all looked at her as she began to make herself a plate.

Akali: Ha. She woke up and chose violence.

Eve leaned on you as she read the magazine she bought downstairs. You got your food and ate as you all began to lounge around.
