Day 1...

You sat on the cold wooden floor with Jinx and Totoro as Kai'sa ran everyone through the dance again. It seemed so simple yet when you and Jinx tried it, you got so frustrated you just gave up.

Jinx: How does she do it?

Y/N: I have no idea.

Luckily, Eve and Ahri already had experience in choreography. Akali also knew how to break dance so she was definitely able to catch on pretty quickly.

Kai'sa: Alright, from the top.

Jinx clicked play on her phone and the music started back up. You watched the four girls move and dance as they were instructed. However, they weren't exactly in sync.

Kai'sa: Stop!

Jinx stopped the music and Kai'sa groaned as she pointed to Eve.

Kai'sa: Your two beats behind.

She then pointed to Akali.

Kai'sa: You're three beats ahead.

She then pointed at Ahri.

Kai'sa: You didn't nothing wrong and I love you. Again!

Jinx sighed as she hit rewind and then play for what felt like the 100th time.

Y/N: She's really serious when it comes to dancing.

Jinx: I know. She's probably worse than the Captain.

You both shivered at the thought as Totoro slept peacefully.

Day 2...

Eve: Ladies, we have reached a critical moment in our career!

The girls stood at attention in front of Eve as she stood next to a chalkboard she had you and Jinx drag into the house. Eve wore a military style beret while the others wore tanktops and green shorts.

You and Jinx sat off to the side with Totoro on your head. He was playing with your hair.

Jinx: I think I actually do have PTSD.

Y/N: I am getting flashbacks.

Eve: This video will be our first official appearance to the public as KDA. As such, we need to look our best. Failure is not an option!

Ahri/Kai'sa/Akali: Ma'am yes ma'am!

Eve flipped the board over and smacked it with her hand. Her golden claws chiped the board. On it, "Dress to Impress".

Eve: Our outfits for this video will be an everlasting impression!

She kicked the board away to reveal a display of various outfits.

Eve: This drill will be a simple one. You will pick out an outfit. After that, I will disregard your choice and give you the right one.

Ahri/Kai'sa/Akali: Yes Ma'am!

You and Jinx just shivered at the bootcamp memories.

Day 3...

Ahri: During the opening verse, I think it would be neat if we all posed in front of all these lights.

Y/N: Uh, okay?

Ahri: And then, after that, let's have Akali in a train during her rap verse.

Y/N: Uh huh.

Ahri: Maybe show Kai'sa walking through a tunnel? Like, she's leaving the void.

Y/N: Ahri?

Ahri: Yeah?

Y/N: It's 2 AM. Why are you in my room?

You were laying in your bed, blankets pulled up to your chin, while Totoro slept on your chest. Ahri had came in without warning about half an hour ago and started throwing out ideas for the video.

Ahri: We need to figure out the budget.

Y/N: Me and Jinx are already doing that. And why couldn't this wait til a more reasonable hour?

Ahri smacked the wall.

Ahri: We need to do this now!

Y/N: Ahhh!

Totoro: <Squeal!>

Day 4...

Akali: I don't think I like this one.

You crumbled up the paper and tossed it away toward the ever growing pile. You and Akali have been working on designs for both the KDA logo and all the art for her train scene.

While the two of you drew up ideas and designs, the others were with Jinx looking at the sets being made.

Ahri: Why did I get stuck with the laundry mat?

Jinx: Because you woke Y/N up at 1:30 AM and didn't leave until 4. He said this is your punishment.

Ahri: <Whine>

Eve: I dunno. It could work nicely. Maybe we could have a basket with your old "Pop Star Ahri" outfit.

Kai'sa: Oh! Like you're cleaning away the past!

Ahri's face lot up when she was suddenly hit with a whole storm of ideas. Jinx just rolled her eyes.

Jinx: Artists and their deeper meanings.

Day 6...

You sat on the top of the ladder with a bag of cans over your shoulder. A mask covered your lower face to filter out the spray paint your were using while Totoro watch from the ground.

Totoro: <Meow>

Y/N: Yep. I know how to spray paint.

Totoro: <Meow>

Y/N: I learned a lot of things from the army, yeah. But art, I learned that from someone else.

You finished the final line and placed the can back into the bag. You climbed down the ladder and took a step back to admire your work.

Y/N: I haven't done this in a long time.

Ezreal: I can tell.

You looked to your right and found the blonde staring at the messed up marking.

Ezreal: Looks like shit.

Y/N: You look like shit. They'll know what it is.

Ezreal: I hope so.

You punched his shoulder before reaching up to your radio.

Y/N: This is Villian 1-4. We just finished the last mark.

Darius: Copy that. Do you have a visual, Outlaw 1-4?

Graves: I have visual on two ugly mother fuckers, over.

Darius: Good to see your eye sight hasn't gotten worse.

Y/N: Ouch.

You and Ezreal laughed as you picked up your bag. Ezreal headed out of the alley as you looked at your work one more time.

Kai'sa: Wow.

You snapped out of your thoughts to find the dancer standing next to you. Her eyes were transfixed in your dragon logo.

Y/N: I know. Not the best ever but with enough editing...

Kai'sa: It looks great.

She turned to you and you could see the smile on her face. You both smiled at each other in the middle of the train cart set which was covered in paint.

Day 10...

Y/N: You want, what?

Akali: Neon. Like, a lot of it.

You were on the couch doing some work on your laptop when Akali popped up out of nowhere with her sudden idea. You and Jinx looked at each other.

Y/N: Can we afford that?

Jinx just shrugged.

Jinx: Jayce did say we have access to everything we need.

You looked at your computer and gave it some thought. Finally, you shrugged.

Y/N: Sure, whatever.

Akali: Yes!

Day 12...

Director: And cut!

Kai'sa groaned as she marched towards you and Jinx in anger. You were shooting the scene where Eve is driving down the tunnel and Kai'sa avoids getting hit. There was just one problem with that.

Kai'sa: She went too fast again! She's trying to run me over!

Y/N: No one is trying to run you over, Kai'sa. I'm sure it was just an accident. I'll go talk to her.

You left the two and headed over to where Eve was waiting in her car. You knocked on the window which rolled down to reveal Eve sitting there.

Y/N: Stop trying to hit Kai'sa.

Eve rolled her eyes behind her glasses.

Eve: She always thinks I'm trying to kill her.

Y/N: Are you?

Eve:.....Maybe.

You hit her head with your script.

Day 16...

Y/N: Akali, stop eating. Your scene is next.

Akali looked at you with her cheeks stuffed with cookies and childlike eyes. She was cute, but you were too annoyed at this point.

Y/N: Drop the cookie.

Akali looked at the cookie in her hand then back at you.

Y/N: Akali...

Akali slowly began to raise the cookie to her mouth as you glared at her.

Y/N: Akali, if you eat the cookie, I swear to whatever God you believe in...

Akali got the cookie to her lips and slowly pushed it into her mouth. She then swallowed everything she had in one go.

You both stood there, you with your hands crossed, and looked at each other. Akali started to reach for another cookie.

Y/N: Akali!

Day 20...

Director: And cut!

You and Jinx threw your papers into the air with a cheer while the four girls all celebrated. The shooting was done. It was all over.

You did it.

Now it would be edited together and made into KDA's first ever music video.

Ahri: Yes!

Y/N: Woo-hoo!

Totoro: <Meow!>

Akali jumped on Jinx, Eve and Kai'sa hugged, and you and Ahri high fived.

Y/N: Now, we wait to see what happens.

One week later...

You were sitting by the pool with Totoro and Kai'sa when your phone went off. You picked it up and looked at it through your sunglasses.

Y/N: Video's ready.

Kai'sa: What?

You tossed your phone to her so she could see the text.

Y/N: Video's ready.

Kai'sa sat up and screamed as she took your phone inside to show the others. You just smiled as you stared at the beautiful blue sky.

Y/N: I think this is going to be amazing.

You sat on the couch with your laptop connected to the TV as everyone gathered into the living room. No one has seen it yet so Jinx suggested you all watched it together. Kai'sa made popcorn, Eve made the drinks, Akali got the blankets, and Ahri suggested you use the TV.

The six of you were all huddled on the couch. There wasn't much room.

Akali: I don't want to be that person but, uh, can someone move over?

Eve: It is a bit cramped.

Jinx: We have no other place to sit beside the floor. Someone buck up and sit on someone's lap.

Without any hesitation, Ahri moved to your lap and placed Totoro on hers. Now there was more room, but your personal situation was an entirely different issue.

Akali: Someone hit play!

Jinx: Yeah! Let's get this party started!

The girls all cheered as Ahri leaned forward to hit the play button. In doing so, she ended up running against your lap. Lord have mercy on your soul. Please don't get a boner.

And so, Ahri clicked play.

You all watched in silence as the music played and the video showed off all your hard work. This was more than just a music video.

This was proof.

Proof that KDA was going to be something so much more.

And so, you smiled.

When it ended, no one said a thing. Well, Akali did. Of course she did.

Akali: THAT WAS AWESOME!

Jinx: That was, really neat.

Eve: I am so proud. <Sniff>

Kai'sa: Everyone moved in step. Everyone moved in step!

You and Ahri didn't say anything. She simply turned to face you and smiled.

Y/N: Everything you could want?

Ahri: And more.

She kissed your cheek and you smiled as you rubbed her ear.

It was two days later when you were in your room doing your morning warm up. Simple push-ups and sit-ups. Nothing too extreme.

Your record player was playing some old school funk while you watched a video on your phone which was on the ground. Suddenly, you had a phone call. From Jayce. You accepted.

Y/N: Hey, assmuncher.

Jayce: Hey, dickface. Have you seen the news?

Y/N: No. You kill someone?

Jayce: Not yet. It's good news, though. Looks like your girls made a massive fucking splash.

You raised a brow and stopped your push-ups. You rested on your knees and picked up your phone.

Y/N: What do you mean?

Jayce: Jeez, old man. You gotta keep up with the times. Go to YouTube and see how many people have seen the video.

You followed his instructions and looked at the view count. The video was posted two days ago. It now had 2 million views.

Y/N: Holy shit.

Jayce: Right?! Plus, critics are in love with them! You should be getting a bunch of messages pretty soon about interviews and guest appearances.

Y/N: Already?

Jayce: Hell yeah. These girls are a hot item right now. Everyone wants a piece of the pie. And now you can give your girls the platform they need to say what they want to say.

He had a point. Interviews and talk shows. They can reveal themselves to the world and tell them who they really are.

Y/N: I'll keep an eye out for that. Thanks.

Jayce: Don't thank me. I just gave you guys the money. Good job.

He hung up and you broke out into a smile. You slowly stood up to your feet and silently cheered.

Y/N: They did it. Holy shit. We actually did it.

Indeed you did. However, this was only the start. Hope you're ready.
