You felt something start to brush against your cheek as you slowly opened your eyes to the morning light that was shining through the window. You directed your eyes to the coffee table in front of the couch. Totoro was sitting there staring at you with a look of curiosity. He then reached out his paw and smacked your cheek again. In th background somewhere, you think you heard a toilet flush.

Totoro: <Meow>

Y/N: I'm up.

Totoro: <Meow>

Y/N: Yeah. I'm hungover.

Totoro: <Meow>

Y/N: Don't you judge me. You shit in a box.

Totoro: <Meow>

Y/N: Yeah, I guess I do have to clean it up. Got me there.

You sat up as Totoro jumped into your lap. You petted the feline as the bedroom door opened. Sona poked her head out and she spotted you which made her smile.

Sona: Hey. You're awake.

Y/N: Yep. Is Jinx up?

Jinx: I'm right...<Bleeegh!>

The toilet flushed again. Sounds like she was having fun. Sona sighed before she stepped into view. She had a yellow shirt on with a black cat on it. Besides that, she wasn't wearing much else. Actually, she looked cute. Like, really cute. When did you suddenly have such attractive women around you?

Sona: She's been like that for a while now. How are you?

Y/N: I'm fine. I learned to drink in moderation.

Jinx: What's moderat....<Bleeeegh!>

You awkwardly laughed out of embarrassment while Sona sat next to you. You did your best to avoid looking at her since her shirt was now riding up a bit.

Sona: You guys are heading back to your place later, right?

You nodded while Totoro hopped off your lap and onto Sona's. He began to nuzzle against Sona's breast which made her laugh. She petted the cat as you looked at your phone. You had a missed call from Ahri and a few texts from Akali and Eve.

Y/N: Seems like I need to make a call.

Sona continued to hum a song while she lifted Totoro up in the air. You stood up and walked to a different part of the hotel room and hit Ahri's name. It rang twice before there was an answer.

Ahri: Y/N?

You had to move the phone from your ear a bit. Everything was a bit too loud right now.

Y/N: Yep.

Ahri: Where are you?

Y/N: Me and Jinx stayed over at Sona's room. We'll head over to the house in a bit. Jinx just needs to, uh, finish her business.

Jinx: <Bleeegh!>

Y/N: Jesus Christ, that poor girl.

Ahri: So you're still at that girl's place?

Y/N: Yep.

Ahri: Oh......

You stayed silent as you waited for Ahri to finish her statement.

Ahri: I guess we'll just see you later when you get back. Stay safe.

Beep.

You looked at your phone and saw that she had hung up. Why the hell was she upset? It was your day off.

Sona: Who was that?

Y/N: One of the girls.

Sona was still hugging Totoro, who was in heaven, when she stood up.

Sona: You can head back. Jinx can stay here until she feels better. I'm not leaving until tomorrow.

You smiled at the suggestion. It was still your day off but you could at least head to the house and work on your bike. Or maybe you could call Vladimir about the meeting. Funny enough, your phone pinged. You pulled it out and saw that Vladimir had texted you.

The meeting was happening tomorrow.

Y/N: Huh. Nice.

You looked back to Sona.

Y/N: I appreciate the offer. I guess Jinx is in your cure.

Jinx: You're leaving...<Bleeegh!> me?

Y/N: Jinx, bud, you did this to yourself. Remember to tie your hair up.

Jinx: Asshole. <Bleeegh!> I don't have anything else to throw up! <Bleeegh>

You parked the bike in the driveway and pulled your helmet off. You shook your head a bit as Totoro hopped out of your bag and onto the ground. You hopped off the bike and picked the cat up so he could sit on your shoulder.

You opened the front door, but it was oddly quiet. You knew the girls were still here since all of Eve's cars were still in the garage and Akali was on the couch playing God of War.

Akali: Yo! You're alive.

Y/N: Barely. You taking over my Xbox too?

Akali: Yep. Everyone's still asleep.

Y/N: Ahri isn't. She called me earlier.

Akali paused the game and turned around to look at you.

Akali: I've been in here, by myself, for the last two hours. <What the hell>?

You just shrugged as you took a seat next to her. Akali resumed the game and you watched her play. You wondered why no one was out doing anything yet. It was kinda early, only really 8 am, but Kai'sa woke up early like you and Ahri was clearly awake.

Just then, you heard a door open. You looked over your shoulder to see it was Kai'sa. She actually looked like she just woke up judging by her attire and her bed head.

She walked over to the kitchen and opened the fridge. After pouring herself a glass of orange juice, she noticed you and Akali.

Kai'sa: Oh. Uh, hey.

Y/N: Hey.

Akali: S'up, hoe?

Kai'sa: When did you get in?

Y/N: Just now. Jinx is still over at Sona's room. She, uh, she got a bit sick.

Understatement.

Kai'sa nodded and started to drink her OJ as she thought about the night before.

She wanted to get closer to you. Maybe she could, ask you to go somewhere...with her...like a dat.....

Eve: Oh, look who decided to come back. Nice to see you didn't end up dead in a ditch.

The three of you looked over to where Eve was now standing. Looks like she had been up for a while now since she was the only one who was dressed in actual clothes. Well, so were you but they were also the same clothes you wore last night.

Y/N: Yep. Not dead.

Eve: Yeah, thanks for telling someone. Ahri was just about to bounce off the walls last night worried sick.

She was worried? You were a grown ass man, who served in the army, and had a fellow veteran at a venue downtown. Plus, you were drinking. You didn't want to send a drunk text. And you were safe about everything as well.

Y/N: Well, I'm fine. Sorry for making you worry.

Eve blushed at your apologie.

Eve: I-I said Ahri was worried. I couldn't care less.

You and Kai'sa looked at Eve oddly while Akali paused her game and slowly turned around confused.

Y/N: Uh, okay?

Eve realized what she said and blushed a bit harder.

Eve: Not that I don't care about you! You're our manager and you need to take care of yourself. Just send someone a text or something next time.

What?

Y/N: Uh, sure. Whatever. I'll be sure to do that next time.

You just turned back around and contiued watching Akali play. Eve covered her face and groaned in embarrassment. In truth, she was still thinking about the night before regarding her out of control fantasy. And since she didn't want to believe it was her own fault, you were the only one she could blame.

And in truth, she was the one ready to bounce off the walls in worry. Not that she would admit it.

Eve entered the kitchen where Kai'sa was silently thinking to herself. Before long, another door opened and Ahri stepped out. Kai'sa looked well rested, Eve looked ready to do what she needed to, and Akali looked comfortable. Ahri looked dead tired.

She looked over at the couch and saw that you were now back. Instead of saying anything, she walked over and gently pushed your head. Totoro sat up and greeted his "mother" which made Ahri smile.

Ahri: <Hello, baby. Good morning.>

She got the cat from your shoulder and held it like a baby as she walked to the kitchen.

Ahri: <Sweet fur ball. Mama missed you. Did you have fun?>

Totoro: <Meow>

Eve and Kai'sa watched the fox make herself some toast while still holding the cat. She looked like a full fledged mother.

Kai'sa: It still amazes me that she speaks Korean when she wakes up.

Eve: She just doesn't care to put the effort for English so early. I'm surpised you and Akali aren't the same way.

Kai'sa and Eve looked at the youngest member as she killed a frost troll with a wicked laugh. You just smiled like a proud parent.

That smile, that damn smile, made Kai'sa's heart beat faster and Eve found her mind racing again.

Ahri: <Mama's furball~>

Totoro: <Meow>

Ahri stood beside her friends as she ate her piece of toast with Totoro on her shoulder.

Ahri: <Where's Jinx?>

Kai'sa: <Y/N said she was still at their friend's room. Something about her being sick.>

Ahri: <Oh. It's their day off anyway.>

Wait, it was. Eve and Kai'sa suddenly realized that you would be free for the whole day without Jinx around. Ahri let out a yawn as she looked at the back of your head. She may seem extremely calm right now but the truth was, she was trying her hardest not to yell at you for making her worry.

It wasn't like she could tell you what to do on your own time. You were as much as an adult as she was, or maybe even more, but that didn't stop her from being concerned about you. Then there was the fact that she still felt responsibly for what happened. Not that she really knows what it was you went through.

Maybe she could talk to you in private today?

Maybe Eve could spend some time with you today?

Maybe Kai'sa could get closer to you today?

Akali: Hey, Y/N?

Y/N: Hump?

Akali: Wanna go on a date today?

It was so silent, you could hear a pen drop. The three older girls stood there frozen with faces of shock while you sat there like nothing had just happened.

Y/N: Sure. Let me take a shower and we'll head out. What do you want to do?

Akali: There's a movie I wanna see. And I also found this place uptown that supposedly has really good noodles.

Y/N: Cool. Go get ready. I'll be back in a bit.

You stood up and headed to your room for a shower and a change of clothes. Akali turned the Xbox off and headed to her room to do the same. Meanwhile, Ahri, Eve, and Kai'sa stood there in silence.

Ahri/Eve/Kai'sa: She beat me to it.

Sona: You doing better, hun?

Jinx laid on her side as colorful bubbles covered her mouth. Her eyes were dead and she was groaning.

Jinx: Why~?

Sona: It's because you might be a borderline alcoholic.

Jinx: Uuugh~

You rode your bike through the city with Akali holding onto you as you made your way to the theater. You left Totoro home with Ahri since you couldn't take him everywhere.

Y/N: So, what movie do you want to watch?

Akali: It's a horror movie called Hereditary.

Y/N: Oh. Sounds interesting. I haven't seen a horror movie in a while.

Akali: A friend of mine told me it was pretty good.

You nodded as you came to a stop. You both got off and you looked at the theater.

Y/N: So, just out of curiosity, why'd you ask me out?

Akali just shrugged.

Akali: We both had the day off and we don't really hang out. I mean, you're pretty close to the others.

Y/N: Really? Hm. But, why is this a date?

Akali: I haven't been on one for a while. Actually, I technically never been on one that wasn't in a group. You're a good dude so I figured you'd be a good first date.

That actually made you smile a bit. You both headed inside and you got a pair of tickets for the next showing.

Y/N: Want snacks?

Akali: Oh! M&Ms!

Y/N: Okay.

Once you had your snacks and drinks, the two of you headed to the actual movie itself.

Meanwhile, back at the house, Ahri sat on the couch with Totoro on her lap asleep. Eve was reading a magazine next to her and Kai'sa had gone outside to sit in the sun.

Eve: You've been awfully quiet today.

Ahri just hummed as she petted the cat.

Ahri: I'm just, hanging out. Having a good time with my baby.

Totoro: <Meow>

Eve looked at her than at the cat. She then sighed as she closed the magazine. She turned on the TV which showed a round table type show.

Host 1: Now, we have something interesting to talk about. As some of you may know, "Pop Star Ahri" and the Diva Queen herself, Evelynn, were spotted together at a club named Primal the other night. This raised some brows since they were with four other unknown individuals.

Host 2: But then we learned the name of two of them. Kai'sa and Akali. Kai'sa is known for her dance studio in Piltover where she is regarded as one of the best dancers in the country. Akali was also revealed to be the 15 year old rapper who made waves on the internet.

Host 1: Indeed. So many questions were raised that night with no answers given. Only a name. KDA.

Host 2: So what is KDA and who were the other two people seen with this group?

Ahri and Eve looked at each other as a picture of them in the VIP area showed up on the screen.

Ahri: Kai'sa!

Kai'sa poked her head in and saw the TV. She entered the house and stood there as she looked at the screen.

Kai'sa: Why are we on the TV?

Host 1: Well, we recently had a development in this mystery thanks to a series of tweets following a concert. Preforming at this concert was DJ Sona. After the show, she was spotted speaking to two individuals who are the same mysterious people spotted with KDA.

The picture changes to show you, Jinx, and Sona toasting your drinks, clearly drunk.

Host 2: Reports state that the male is the manager of KDA while the blue haired girl is his partner. Their names are still unknown as is the true purpose of KDA.

Host 1: I do know one thing. I'm excited to find out.

The three girls sat in silence as the TV played.

Totoro: <Meow>

Eve: Wow. Looks like the cat's out of the bag.

Ahri: <This is earlier than I thought.>

Kai'sa: I only been on TV once. This is, almost impressive.

Looks like the world knows KDA exists now.

Eve: Wait, Akali doesn't know about this.

Ahri and Kai'sa suddenly realized the same thing Eve did. If people know about them, Akali would be recognized in public.

All: Oh no.

Y/N: Thanks for asking me to watch that movie. I'm now disturbed for the next four years of my life.

Akali just smiled as the two of you walked out of the movies. The movie was, ah, interesting. Definitely not gonna rewatch it anytime soon.

Akali: I liked it.

Y/N: Do you like stuff like that?

Akali nodded.

Akali: Growing up, I wasn't really allowed to do a whole lot. My dad ran a dojo so if I wasn't at school, I was there. He was in the military, like you, so he was kinda strict. As I got older, though, he kinda got more relaxed. Movies was one of the things I was allowed to do.

Y/N: You and your dad, are you two close?

Akali gave a so so hand gesture.

Akali: He means well and I know he loves me, but we do disagree on a lot of my choices. He wanted me to continue my studies and go to college. Instead, I moved out and moved in with my friend. Though, he did always encourage my rapping.

Y/N: He did?

Akali: In a way. He said it was good to write my emotions down and to use any aggression I had in creativity. I would still have to sneak out at night to go to rap battles, though.

Akali smiled awkwardly as she recalled the way she had to climb out her window without waking anyone up.

Akali: What about you? I don't think you ever mentioned your parents before. You said you had a niece once?

You nodded.

Y/N: My sister is older by three years. She got married and had a child in the same year. I've never met her husband or my niece before, though. All that happened when I was still in active duty.

Akali: And your parents?

Akali watched as you suddenly got quiet. She wondered if she said something wrong, but you just shrugged.

Y/N: Haven't talked to them in 7 years. Just like my sister.

Akali looked at you for a moment and saw the distant stare in your eyes. She knew that look pretty well. Her father would have the same look when he was thinking about something in the past. A memory that he never liked to talk about.

Akali faced forward and suddenly spotted something.

Akali: Hey, want some ice cream?

You snapped out of your thoughts and looked ahead at the ice cream shop. That's right. This was still technically a date. You smiled.

Y/N: Sure. I'll pay.

Akali: But you paid for the movie. And the snacks.

Y/N: Well, I kinda got to take care of you still. I'm pretty sure Ahri and Kai'sa would kick my ass if you didn't have a good time. Eve would probably kick my ass just because.

Akali: She is pretty scary.

Y/N: Without a doubt.

The two of you sighed as you recalled the Diva Queen. You swore you could hear her evil laugh.

You and Akali started toward the ice cream shop, but you suddenly noticed a few people looking at you. You stopped walking and looked around as you realized everyone was looking at you and Akali. She noticed soon after and the two of you stood there as people began to take our their phones.

Akali: Uh, what's going on?

Y/N: I don't know.

Your phone began to ring and you pulled it out. It was Kai'sa.

Y/N: Hello?

Kai'sa: So, uh, me and Akali were on the TV. And so, um, people know who we are. They also know you're our manager.

Oh. So everyone recognized you from TV. Akali moved closer to you before she whispered to you.

Akali: I suddenly don't want ice cream.

Y/N: Yeah. Me neither. Thanks for the heads up, Kai'sa.

You hung up and turned to Akali.

Y/N: You want to go?

Akali nodded. You both headed back towards your bike, but you spotted a news van park nearby. Two people jumped out and you suddenly recognized the logo. It was that one gossip show.

.....

Oh shit.

You grabbed Akali's hand and made a break for it as the camera man and host began to chase you down. You jumped on the bike and Akali followed. You started it and sped off as Akali pulled on her helmet.

Jinx: Thanks for taking care of me. And sorry for throwing up so much.

Jinx was now wearing one of Sona's cat shirts as she sat on the couch with a glass of water in front of her.

Sona: No problem! Anything for a friend.

Jinx: Good to know I have one. I can't believe Y/N ditched me.

Sona: I'm sure he didn't really ditch you.

Jinx: Then where is he?

Sona:.....He made sure you were in good hands.

Jinx: Thanks, All-State.

Sona just laughed awkwardly.

You and Akali decided to not go to the noodle place today. That would have to be another adventure. Instead, you both returned to the KDA house tired.

Akali: That sucked.

Y/N: Absolutely.

You both entered the house where you found Ahri and Kai'sa playing with Totoro while Eve watched TV.

Akali: We're back.

The girls all looked at the two of you and saw how exhausted you were.

Ahri: Rough day?

Y/N: Rough decade.

You rubbed the back of your neck and let out a yawn. You never did get much sleep last night.

Y/N: I think I'm calling for today. I'm too damn tired to do anything else.

Eve: Aw. You poor baby.

Everyone looked at her as she kept her eyes the TV. You could heard the sharpness in that blank statement.

Y/N: Thanks. You guys should get a lot of rest too. Tomorrow we have the meeting with Lost Heart.

The girls all suddenly looked at you in surpise. Oh yeah. You never did tell them about that.

Ahri: Wait, you got a meeting with the CEO?

Y/N: Yeah. So, uh, yeah. Get some rest.

You gave a curt wave and turned to leave, but Akali stopped you by grabbing your wrist.

Akali: Wait!

You looked at her as she blushed a bit.

Akali: Thanks for the date. I had fun, when we weren't chased around town.

You returned the smile.

Y/N: I had fun too.

Akali then did something surprising for the second time that day. She reached up, and kissed your cheek.

Akali: We should do it again sometime.

You stood there for a moment before you smiled.

Y/N: Sure. Sounds like a plan.

Meanwhile, the other three were seething in jealousy.

Ahri/Eve/Kai'sa: How did she already get futher than me?!
