Over the next week, the WWE had us film the episodes of Raw, and Smackdown that would be aired for the remainder of the year. Ashley and Andrade met us in the lobby as Mercy and Becky spent most of the morning packing and laughing as they joked about what would be a good surprise for me for Christmas. They did keep it kind of quiet so I wouldn't ask any questions. Which didn't really bother me at all.
We headed to the lobby and met up with Ashley and Andrade. Then went the dining room for breakfast, then to our rental cars and headed to the airport  to catch our flight to Boston.

On the flight, Mercy, Becky and I talked about how fun it would be to have Mercy's family, cousin, Mary Quin and of course Ashley and Andrade at the house. Sasha was excited for her parents to see our new place not to mention her cousin Calvin. Better known as Snoop Dogg. I was excited to see Mary again after all this time. So was Becky. Ashley and Andrade just sat in their seats and giggled and chuckled amongst themselves.

Becky and Sasha started talking about going shopping for everyone's presents. Especially a special one for me.

2 hours later, our flight landed in Boston and we grabbed our carry on luggage and grabbed the remainder of our bags from baggage claim. Then headed to the rental car desk and I rented a 2019 Dodge Ram quad cab and put all our bags in the back and closed the tailgate.
"So, when is mum is supposed to be here?" Becky asked.
I looked at my phone. "Uhh, she arrives in 6 hours and fifty minutes." I looked up a moment. "Which means she'll be here at eight or nine tonight." I looked to a smiling Becky and Mercy.
"And we'll come and meet her with you Becks." Mercy smiled.
"Thanks, guys." Becky grinned. I got I'm the driver's seat as Becky and Sasha sat in the front with me as Ashley and Andrade had the backseat to themselves.
We met Erick and Isabella at the front door of me and Mercy's home.  I got out after parking the car and made a mad dash for the door so I could unlock it for them then I walked back to the truck and opened the tailgate.
And we unloaded everything into the house. When Becky, Ashley and Andrade along with Mercy's parents saw the inside of our home. Jaws were hanging open much to Mercy and I's enjoyment. "Okay. There a room for everyone so. Just peruse and meander through until you find the perfect one." They all walked around until I approached Becky. "Hey, Becks." She smiled. "I, can't begin to tell you how happy I am that your here."
"Ha. Two to three weeks ago you would have been happy to see me writhe in agony." Becky said.
"Your not wrong." I smiled as she elbowed me in the ribs. "But, I think that our little ceasefire. Should have happened years ago."
"I agree. But as you know we're both stubborn and bullheaded." She sniffled as I wrapped my arms around her.
"Again. Not wrong." I chuckled. "The one thing I'm really happy about. Is that we are still friends."
"As am I Daniel." She hugged me tightly as we pulled away from each other. She then went up to the second floor to look for a room to stay in.
When Mercy and I headed to the kitchen to get lunch started, Erick and Isabella came into the kitchen and I grinned. "So, find your room okay?" I asked.
"Yes we did." Erick grinned.
"That's great dad." Mercy smiled.
"Do you guys need help?" Isabella asked.
"No. We got this mom." Mercy told her.
"Okay." Isabella smiled.
They headed to the living room and  soon Ashley came into the kitchen and said, "Well Pamela won't be coming. Her family have roped her into playing host for their Christmas party this year."
"Ooohhh, well so much for a Four Horsewomen Christmas reunion. Ah well. At least three of the members will be here." I smiled as did Ashley and Mercy.  Becky came downstairs as Mercy and I were getting the table set for lunch.
"What's for lunch?" She asked.
"Well, me and Daniel made shepherd's pie." Mercy smiled.
"Ohh. It's been a long time since I had that." Becky grinned.
I went into the kitchen and retrieved the pan that had the shepherd's pie and brought it into the dining room. Andrade came down not long after Becky did. We all sat down and talked as we ate lunch and once we were done.  Becky, Mercy and I cleared the table and washed the dishes as Ashley and Andrade went to the parlor along with Mercy's parents and chatted with them.
"Well, if I know mom and dad, their probably the ones responsible for Calvin coming." Mercy chuckled.
"Well, I don't blame them for being overprotective." I told her. "And they've actually done me a favor. And before you ask. I will say it's a surprise. Just for you, Mercy."
"Can't wait to find out what it is, baby." Mercy grinned. "And I'm certain you'll enjoy your surprise that Becky and I have for you." She smiled as I kissed her cheek as I continued to dry the dishes and put them away.
"I'm sure I will, Mercy honey."

At eight thirty, I put on my jacket and met Mercedes and Becky at the front door. "So, you ready to face your mom, Becks?" I asked.
"Oohh. Ready as I'll ever be." Becky giggled.
"Well, I'm ready to go baby." Mercy smiled as she came up wearing her buckskin jacket she wore during our entrance at TLC.
"Well, I'm ready as well. Ashley,  your in charge until we get back!" I yelled.
"Okay!" She replied.
Mercy, Becky and I went out to the truck and got in, buckled up, I started the engine and headed to the airport.

When we arrived at the airport to pick up Mary. Sasha and Becky got out of the truck first and I followed suit and went in with them and went to the terminal where we met Mary who had just got off the plane. "Momma." Becky smiled as she hugged Mary.
"Oh, ho, ho Rebecca." Mary smiled as she embraced her daughter.
"Hey Mary." I grinned.
"Ha, ha, Daniel. My favorite of all my daughters boyfriend's. Although you are an ex. But I still love you like a son." Mary said which made me tear up a bit.
"Daniel, are you crying?" Sasha giggled.
" Of course not. Just got some grease stuck in this cyborg eye of mine." I replied making Becky, Sasha and Mary laugh.
"Same old Daniel. Always knows how to make us laugh." Becky grinned.
"And you must be Mercedes Varnado." Mary smiled as she hugged Mercy.
"Yes, I am." She grinned as Mary pulled away.
"Taking care of Daniel?" Mary asked.
"Yes. And he's also taking care of me." Mercy answered as she slid her right arm around my left.
"Good to hear that Daniel hasn't changed much." Mary said as I grinned.
"Agreeed." Becky told her.
Then Mercy got a text from her parents. "Well, we have one more person to pick up." I looked to Mercy. "Calvin's flight just arrived. So we have to go and make sure to welcome him and pick him up."
"Okay, Mercy." Becky helped her mom with her carry on and went with her to get the rest of her luggage from baggage claim as Mercy and I went to meet Calvin at his gate.

When we arrived at Calvin's gate. Mercy ran up to him and hugged him. I smiled as I walked up, "Good to have you at me and Daniel's home for Christmas, Calvin." Mercy said happily.
"Good of your parents to invite me." He said in his usual laid back way.
"Well, Calvin. This is my boyfriend. Daniel Boyce." She introduced me.
"The Iron Fisted Outlaw." Calvin smiled.
"Yes, sir." I greeted.
"None of the sir, bro. Just Snoop or Calvin will do." He grinned.
"Okay, Snoop." I shook his hand as Mercy slid into my right side as we headed to baggage claim to get the rest of his luggage since he had his duffle bag with him.

Once we got his luggage, I found Becky with Mary waiting by the truck and I opened the tailgate and we loaded Mary's and Calvin's luggage and loaded up the pickup and headed to Mercy and I's home.

Once we arrived back home, Isabella and Erick were out front as if to welcome Calvin themselves." I was the first to get out of the truck followed by Mercy, Becky, Snoop, and Mary. And once I unlocked and opened the tailgate and Calvin grabbed his things with Erick's help as I helped Mary with her luggage. Becky and Mary went to the room closest to the kitchen. And Calvin took the room above the front door. Once Calvin and Mary were settled into their rooms. Mary and I made steak and potatoes soup for a late dinner. And it didn't take us long to do so as we had it cooked and ready by at least eleven o'clock. We all had a bowl before everyone decided to turn in for the night. But Mercy and I washed the dishes and put them on the drying board so we could put them away first thing in the morning.

Once we turned off the lights and locked all the doors and windows on the ground floor we headed to bed.

When we were changed into our sleepwear, Mercy got in bed first and I followed. She rested her head on my chest as I turned off the light and put my phone next to hers on the bedside table and kissed her forehead.
"It's nice to see that Calvin approves of you." Mercy grinned.
"Mmm, for now. But I feel I still need to convince him that I deserve you." I told her.
"Well, I'm certain that you will convince him of that baby." She smiled.
"Thanks, Mercy honey." I smiled.
"No problem baby." I grinned. Mercy looked up at me and kissed me before we closed our eyes and fell fast asleep.

The next morning, which was the morning of December 23. I was woken up by a kiss on the lips from Mercy, I opened my eyes and smiled at her as she did the same in return. "Morning, baby."
"Mmm, morning Mercy honey." I grinned as she kissed once more.
"Today we go shopping for gifts for everyone." She said excitedly.
"That's right." I smiled. We got up and changed into some casuals and headed downstairs, knocking on doors, waking our guests up for breakfast as I knew Mary was probably hard at work cooking breakfast for us all. Mercy was the first into the kitchen and right as I had predicted. Mary was behind the stove cooking breakfast for everyone. "Need help, Mary?" I asked her.
"No, I'm okay dear." She replied. I held up my hands as I knew it was no use to argue the point of helping her once she said she was okay. "Thank you, dear."
"Anytime, Mary." I smiled.
"So, mama. What's for breakfast?" Becky asked Mary.
"Daniel's favorite. Ham and eggs, bacon, and sausages." She grinned.
"How did you?" I started then looked at Becky. She smiled.
"Becky told me before you two came for a visit in November of 2017." Mary grinned.
"The European Tour we were part of that year." I slapped my hand against my head.
"The one before I stopped talking to you at the beginning of 2018." Becky frowned.
I approached her and hugged her like I used to before we started dating. "Becks. What happened between us, you not talking to me, etc. Is in the past. It may take me a little longer to forgive you for not telling me about our son. But I like to think that I'll get over it one day. But let's just try and move on as friends. You'll find someone new. I have." Mercy walked up as I let go of Becky and slid into my arms with her back to me. "So I know you'll find someone who will love you and care for you."
"Like you did." She grinned at me and Mercy. I nodded. "Thank you, Daniel." She smiled as I kissed the top of Mercy's head and grinned at Becky.

After breakfast and clearing the table. Everyone headed to their rooms to change for the day of shopping. Once Mercy was out of sight along with Becky, I walked up to Mary. "I know your going to stay here and take care of the dishes." She chuckled. "Is there anything special you want me to get for you while me and the girls are out?"
"I wouldn't mind some more yarn or thread for some needlepoint." She replied.
"You got it." I grinned.
"Oh and Daniel." She added.
"Hmm?" I hummed in reply.
"What you told Becky. Really made her day." She said.
"I know." I smiled. "And I do think she'll find somebody better."
"As do I, Daniel. As do I." She smiled
"Well, I'll get you the yarn and thread." I told her.
"Thank you, Daniel." She grinned.
"No problem." I replied. I soon headed upstairs to change for shopping and once I was ready, along with Mercy. We met up with Becky, Ashley and Andrade.  Calvin, Isabella and Erick said they would take their car to do their shopping.

While the girls went their way. Andrade and I went ours. I stopped by a jewelry shop and got a very special ring for my special girl. Andrade came in and looked around at a gift for Ashley. When I found the perfect ring for Sasha. I started looking for something for Becky. I felt that she deserved something at least from me this Christmas. I saw a silver necklace with a pendant in the shape of a B. So I got her the necklace and after paying for the ring and the necklace. And after Andrade made his purchase. We went to the fabric and crafts store to get Mary her thread and yarn as I promised. After that we just went to a sunglasses kiosk among other places. We soon ran into Isabella, Erick and Calvin. Andrade talked with Calvin as I pulled Erick and Isabella aside.
"Okay. I have been back and forth about asking this. But do I have  your permission to marry Mercedes?" I asked.
Isabella and Erick looked at each other and they both looked at me. "We haven't seen her this happy in a long while." Isabella said.
"And you have done nothing but show us that you are more than capable of taking care of our little girl. And as much as I want to say no. We." He looked to Isabella. Who was all smiles as well. "Give you our permission to marry Mercedes." I shook their hands and we returned to Andrade and Calvin. And once we reached Andrade and Calvin. I took Calvin aside and he smiled.
"Hold up, man." He said. "I think I know what your going to ask."
"And what would that be?" I asked smiling.
"Well, aunty only cries or gets teary eyed like that." He pointed to Isabella as I looked to her. "When it comes to Mercedes. And those aren't tears of pain or anger. Those are tears of joy. Which only means that you asked for their approval or permission to marry Mercedes." He grinned. "And I can't really think of anybody better than The Iron Fisted Outlaw to take care of her and protect her. So, with that being said. You definitely have my approval to marry my cousin Mercedes." He shook my hand as I was just stunned. He laughed a bit at the shocked expression on my face.
"I was prepared to try and convince you to give me your approval. I wasn't expecting this interestingly immediate as it were approval." I grinned.
"In all honesty. Mercedes called me a few weeks ago to tell me she's found the one. And I'm not in the habit of not trusting her judgement." He explained. I nodded in understanding. We soon returned to Andrade, Erick and Isabella.

After we all got done shopping for presents for everyone and had lunch in the food court. We headed home. Calvin, Erick and Isabella took their car, Ashley, Andrade, Becky, Mercy and I took the truck back home.

We unloaded everything and found Mary in the kitchen working on dinner. I walked in with the bag from the fabric and crafts store. "Here is your thread and yarn as promised, Mary."I smiled.
"Thank you, Daniel." She grinned.
I then went upstairs to me and Mercy's room to take a shower and change.

While I was drying off from my shower Mercy smiled as she came into the bathroom. "Well, only one more day left until Christmas, baby."
"And I'm sure you'll love my present for you." I grinned as I started getting dressed.
"And I'm sure your going to like the surprise me and Becky have in mind for you." She smiled evilly.
"That I have no doubt." I said as I finished getting dressed and extended my right hand after she put her left into it. I pulled her in for a long passionate kiss.

We went downstairs for dinner and found Becky helping her mom with setting things out for dinner. There was butter potatoes and country gravy, a mixed green salad and meat loaf. Dinner started and I looked around the table. Isabella and Erick were talking with Mary. Ashley and Andrade were talking with Becky, Mercy and Calvin. I enjoyed seeing all of them interact with each other. Mercy noticed me smiling and just looking around. She put her hand on his and he closed his hand around her fingers.
"You okay, baby?" She asked.
I grinned and kissed her, then said, "I'm fine, Mercy honey."
Then Isabella asked, "What's the plan for tomorrow?"
"Well, we have to get a tree, sing some Christmas carols, and I would say share our favorite Christmas memories." I said laying out a plan for the next day.
"Sounds good to me, D." Snoop replied.
"Alright." I grinned.
He continued to talk to everyone at the table and after dinner, Mercy, Becky, Ashley, Mary and I cleared the table.
When Mary tried to say that she would take care of cleaning and drying the dishes. Becky convinced her that it was up to me, Ashley and Mercy to wash, dry and put away the dishes but, Mary did put away what was left over from dinner. And went to the living room with the bag of thread and yarn.

After the dishes were all, washed dried and put away. Ashley went immediately into the kitchen and sat in Andrade's lap. Becky sat next to me and Mercy on the love seat as Mercy sat in my lap. We talked with everyone until it was about eleven o'clock. Then we all headed to bed.

Mercy and I slid into bed after we changed into our sleepwear and cuddled up close together. "Mmmm, can't wait till Christmas. So me and Becky can give you, your surprise." She grinned.
"And I can't wait to see what it is." I smiled as I kissed her. We turned off the light, closed our eyes and fell fast asleep.

The next morning, we got an early start on eating breakfast, then once breakfast was over, we went to a couple of tree sellers in town and found one that was perfect for my living room at a Fire station parking lot. Mercy and Becky hugged me tight after me and the boys loaded it up and we all headed to the house to set it up.

Once we were back home. Mary, Isabella came out to greet us at the door as Andrade, Snoop and I carried the tree into the house and set up the tree in the living room. I then made my way to the room under the stairs and retrieved the Christmas tree decorations. And with everyone's help decorated the tree with everything in the box, lights, glass balls, etc.
When it was close to finished. Mercy passed me the angel.
"So that's where it went." Becky said.
"That's right. That's the angel that we put on top of our tree when we were dating." I smiled.
"That's right." She grinned.
"Mercy, would you like to do the honors and put that baby on top." Mercy smiled wide.
"I would indeed." I bent down low enough as she got on my shoulders and Becky handed her the angel. Then Mercy put the angel on top of the tree. We then went outside to make snow angels and had a little snow ball fight. I was also along with Andrade, white washed by our girlfriends and Becky. After all the outdoor fun. We headed inside where Mary had cups of hot chocolate waiting for all of us. As we dried out from the snowy fun. We sang Christmas carols. Then shared our favorite christmas memories and stories. Of course we had leftovers for dinner which may not be appetizing to most. But to us we enjoyed it all the same. All we did was reheat the butter potatoes and country gravy and the meatloaf and we ate in the living room and just continued to tell stories of our favorite Christmas memories. Becky reminded me, Ashley and Mercy of a Christmas when were in NXT and we were all living in a three bedroom apartment together. Her, Mercy, Pamela and Ashley. Pam couldn't go home due to her family going to see realatives on the east coast, and on top of that. She couldn't afford it. Becky was in the same boat. She wanted to go home to Ireland for the hoidays. But like Pam. She couldn't afford it. Same for Ashley and Mercy. I had no family left to speak of but we made the best we could out of our bad situation. We were a close knit family since than. But she said, "I somehow forgot how well, we all were together. But now that I'm away from Seth and friends with Pam, Ashley, Mercedes and Daniel. I feel that love we shared in that old apartment in Orlando." I grinned as did Ashley and Mercy.

Once we all washed our own dishes, dried them and put them away, we all headed to bed. Mercy grinned as she said, "Tomorrow is Christmas, baby."
"Yes, it is, Mercy honey. And it will be memorable for both of us." I smiled.
"Mmmm, I love you, Daniel." She said as she kissed me.
"And I love you, Mercy honey." I replied. She rested her head on my chest as I turned off the light, we closed our eyes and fell fast asleep.

CHRISTMAS DAY,
The next morning, Becky, Mercy, and Ashley woke everyone up like children would their parents. I smiled as Mercy and Becky shook me awake. "Good morning to you too, ladies." I chuckled as I stretched and yawned.
"Merry Christmas, baby." Mercy smiled as she kissed me.
"Merry Christmas, Mercy honey." I kissed her back then looked at Becky. "Merry Christmas, Becks."
"Merry Christmas, Daniel." She grinned.
"So what's the plan today, baby?" Mercy asked.
"Well, I was going to say talent show, but that would put things in you and Calvin's favor." I smiled. As did Mercy and Becky. "So I think a snowman building contest, maybe a snowball war?" They both grinned at the idea of the snowman making contest.
"I vote snowman building contest, Dan." Becky said.
"I agree, baby." Mercy smiled.
"Alright. Then after you all can do as you please until," I looked at the clock on my bedside table. "530 this afternoon. Then we'll have dinner and open presents. Then go from there." I got up and Mercy and Becky went downstairs for breakfast. While I changed into some clean casuals.

Once I was changed and was barely reaching the dining room for breakfast. I kissed Ashley's cheek, high fived Snoop, kissed Becky's forehead and Mercy's lips. I sat down and we all began eating breakfast and talking about what the plan might be for the day. I told them that there would a snowman building contest after breakfast and if there was still time, they'd be able to do whatever they wanted until 530 PM. Then it would be dinner, then presents and off to bed as I was sure some of them had an early flight home. They agreed on the plan.  And just continued to talk to each other.

After breakfast, we all cleared the table, me Becky and Mary washed, dried and put the dishes away. Then when everyone was ready and bundled up, we headed out to start the snowman building contest. Mary was the judge and sat comfortably on the back patio in a rocking chair. Ashley and Andrade were their own team. Me, Mercy and Becky were also our own team. Isabella, Erick and Calvin were a team as well. We all took our time getting the snowmen built and made sure they were at least bearably great or perfect. Mary got up out of the rocking chair as we all put the finishing touches on our snowmen. Mercy, Becky and I had the basic snow man, stones instead of coal for eyes and mouth, branch pieces for arms, a small stick for a nose. She smiled at ours.
Isabella, Erick and Calvin's was a little more interesting. Pebbles for eyes, a pen for a mouth, a quarter for a nose and sticks for arms.
Andrade and Ashley's was very flashy. A couple gold rings or eyes, one of Ashley's hair clips for a mouth, one of Ashley's diamond ear rings for a nose, and as you may have guessed. branches for arms.
Mary smiled and said, "All of you should be proud of yourselves with the snowmen you built. But I'll have to go with, Isabella, Ericks and Calvins."  She smiled. "Now if you all will excuse me. I need to get Christmas dinner ready and check on the turkey that I've had in the oven since before breakfast this morning." She walked into the house and went into the kitchen. Andrade and Ashley also went inside and went up to my study, opened a couple books and started reading. Calvin went to his room and started writing some lyrics down. Erick and Isabella went into the kitchen to help Mary with Christmas dinner. Mercy, Becky and I just relaxed on the couch and talked about what was possibly going to happen at Royal Rumble. But I wanted to make sure of one thing. "Becks." Becky looked at me. "Mercy and I would like you to move in with us. Here in Boston."
"No. I'm alright guys." She smiled. Mercy grinned as she leaned on my right shoulder.
"Okay, I'm not going to argue with you. Lord knows I know that is a losing battle." I chuckled as did she. "But please, if ever you feel that you need a place to stay. Just come to us. We'd be more than happy to have you here."
"I will you guys. And if I have any problems with Seth, I'll most definitely call  you guys. Even though I can handle myself." She smiled.
"We know you can Becky. We're just worried about you that's all." Mercy smiled.
"I should be the one worried about you, Mercedes. Being all alone in this big house with Daniel for another week." She grinned.
"I'm pretty sure I'll be okay." Mercy smiled as I kissed her the left side of her forehead.
We soon resumed our conversation about what possible storylines will be in store for us.
Pretty soon we could smell the dressing, the pumpkin pie, and the cooked turkey all throughout the house.

At 530 pm. On the dot. Isabella, Erick, Mercy, Becky and I helped Mary  put out the food for Christmas dinner. Which included chive potatoes, turkey gravy and of course cranberry sauce. Once everything was set on the table. I approached the bottom of the stairs. "Dinners ready guys, come down and get some!" I yelled.
I sat at the head of the table since it was my home with Becky on my left and Mercy on my right. Isabella and Erick sat next to Mercy, Ashley and Andrade sat next to Becky. When Calvin came down he sat next to Erick. And Mary sat next to Andrade. I tapped on my glass and everyone looked up to me as I stood up behind the turkey.
"I'd like to start with saying how happy Mercy and I are with all of you being here in our home for our first Christmas. Now, I know the tradition is that the head of the household gets to carve the turkey, but for at least this year. I'm going to actually give that honor to someone who needs a little cheering up." I picked up the knife and the long two prong fork and twirled the knicfe a bit. "Becky. If you please?"
She smiled as she walked up next to me and gently took the long two prong fork and knife from me. Then carved the turkey. I grinned as I watched Becky smile as she carved the turkey as everyone passed up their plates for a slice or two. I put my hand on Mercy's left shoulder making her grin. Once everyone got their slices of turkey, Becky sat down in her seat and I sat in mine. Everyone enjoyed Christmas dinner. Then Isabella asked, "Hey, Daniel." I looked at her. "Where do you see yourself and possibly Mercedes in a year?" She asked.
I looked to Mercy and said, "Married, possibly with a couple of kids." She blushed and smiled. "Quite possibly both of us holding Championship gold." I added.
"Thats actually pretty good." Isabella grinned.
"Thank you." I smiled as we continued to eat and talk with each other.

After dinner, Mary, Becky and I cleared the table and Erick, Isabella, Calvin, Ashley and Andrade went to the living room. We put the leftover dressing, chive potatoes, turkey gravy, turkey in the fridge as there were no cranberry sauce left along with no pumpkin pie left. Once the dishes were washed, dried and put away along with the glasses. Mercy, Becky, Mary and I joined everyone else in the living room and got the opening of the presents started.
Forty five minutes later, every present was opened.  Mary got my new 'Iron Fisted Outlaw' T, along with Mercy's new 'Blueprint Boss' T. She loved them, and Erick and Isabella got their new crystal champagne flutes that Mercy and I bought a couple days after TLC, Calvin got his new Snoop Dogg knuckle dusters with the outline of the words Snoop Dogg encrusted in diamonds. Ashley and Andrade got a crystal rose that Mercy and I had their initials engraved a week before Christmas break began. Then Becky got up and said, "I have something very special to give." She grinned as Mary smiled. "Now, this was supposed to be Seth's but since we're done. I thought that another special man could use it." She pulled a large rectangular box and handed it to me. I looked at her and she had tears in her eyes. I held up a finger.
