"I couldn't tell you," He said walking around the house until he walked in a room with a large television. There was a couch parallel to the TV with a matching two seat off to the side facing the television. Underneath the tv was a row of many video games.

"Do you like to play video games?" Daxton asked grabbing the television remote off a glass table. The table was spotless which was hard to believe as Daxton said he lived alone. He doesn't seem to be a clean person.

"Yeah. I like to play video games, though I don't own that many," I said turning towards Daxton. I may have been a girl who wore dresses, skirts, and other feminine things, but I also wore male type clothes and loved video games. I also played football when I was younger but quit as I weren't aloud to play with males anymore. The females who played weren't as fun to play with as they were never into the games. They were more of just trying out the sport. After quitting I never tried to play again, I couldn't even if I wanted to as I haven't played in a few years so I'd be behind.

"Well what do you want to play," Daxton said slightly grinning, probably thinking I suck at video games and he would beat my ass.

He then started naming all the video games he had. The video games ranged from old ones to new ones, competitive to team type ones, and trashy ones to amazing ones.

Daxton then named my favorite game. A game I played against Kelvin when we had free time. I always beat him at the game when we played.

"That one," I said grinning, I was very confident that I would easily beat him in the game. I always beat Kelvin so Daxton won't be a challenge right? Plus I have played it for like a year and a half.

After playing for about an hour and a half I had only won a handful of times, while Daxton won over 20 times. It was definitely fun though and surprisingly Daxton didn't seem bored when playing with me. I still couldn't tell if we were actually like friends. He said he accepted being my friend, but he has never befriended a female.

From the corner of my eye I saw Daxton move this head to his side. Curiously I looked over at him to see why he looked over to his side.

Daxton grabbed his phone and I saw someone was calling him. His phone said Maria on it. He looked annoyed and answered the phone.

I could hear the girl on the other end of the phone, "Hey baby," The girl sounded so happy.

"Hey." Daxton said smirking now.

"I was wondering if we could hang out?" The girl who was, I think called Maria— if Daxton actually knew the name of the girl— asked happily.

I remembered him being a player, him looking annoyed when she called, and then smirking. Smirking when she said hey baby.. I think he's playing this poor girl, this poor girl is gonna get heartbroken.

"Yeah no. Look Maria we are breaking up," Daxton said smirking. He was happy to crush this girls heart. I honestly hoped he would get heartbroken.

I wanted him to get heartbroken yet i wanted to be friends with him. I didn't really want the title of being his first female friend, I just thought he would honestly make a good friend for me. Yeah he hurt girl's hearts but I still think he would make a good friend for me.

"Wha— MY NAME ISNT EVEN MARIA! ITS ALEX!" The girl screamed into the phone. My ears hurt from the scream and the phone wasn't even up to my ear.

"Who is Maria then?" Daxton said scrunching his nose. He looked genuinely confused.

"I guess one of your other hoes!" The girl screamed while sounding like she was crying. She hung up before Daxton could hurt her more.

"Why do you play all those girls," I accidentally said out loud. Daxton wouldn't give an actual answer to that question.

"There just so gullible," Daxton said smirking. He said that as if i wasn't a girl.

I rolled my eyes at his answer. Some girls maybe fall for his tricks, not all girls do, not everyone is head over heels for him and stupid.

"You should probably get home now," Daxton said putting the controllers away. I was surprised he actually cleaned up.

"Do you think you could drive me home?" I asked looking at his back. He drove me here plus I don't even have a drivers license.

"Can't you walk home?" Daxton asked turning around to look at me. I didn't even think of walking home. But when i thought of it, it seemed that he drove the opposite way I do to go home, well Kelvin drove us home, same thing.

"Well I live at," And then I said my address to him which was stupid. I didn't want his stupid ass knowing where I lived.

"Fine ill drive you, but only because its like 30 minutes away," Daxton said looking a little surprised when he realized I lived apparently 30 minutes away.

The drive home was quiet. I had my backpack in my lap and I went on the phone because Daxton wasn't talking. Kelvin sent me many messages worried about where I was. I texted him that I was at a friend's house and that I'm now on my way home.

"Make sure not to tell anyone that we are friends or hung out," Daxton suddenly said. The first thing that came to my mind was, he was trying to play me.

"Why?"

"Because I said so," He answered. It was a stupid answer. Like hell I cared what he wanted.

"And what if I do?" I say looking at him wanting an answer. I mean if I bothered him enough I would get an answer right?

He looked at me with a look saying "don't test me" or "you're pushing the limits."

"Fine," I said sternly, mad at the fact that he doesn't want to anyone to know that he hung out with me. That just makes me feel so suspicious.
