Lucas gets up looking in the mirror sighing at the tear stains on his cheeks and he sees Bella on his bed sleeping

' she must have heard me crying in my sleep.' he thinks as she wakes up and looks at him

" Are you ok?" She asks and he nods running a hand through his hair

" Well we should get ready for school." She says and she leaves letting him get dressed

*When he gets to class*

The teacher looks at lucas entering the class

" You must be lucas swan." He says and Lucas nods

" You can sit next to Mr hale." The teacher says and Lucas does as told before noticing his pale skin and he immediately thinks back to his family's death

The man known as Aro looks down at the boy his pale skin sparkling a little

" There are more of my kind some don't drink human blood." He says

Lucas sees jasper staring at him with a confused look and the bell rings and Lucas storms out of the classroom getting flashbacks of his family's death and he runs into the bathroom and slides down the wall tears streaming down his face before noticing a girl with blonde hair looking down at him

" Shit I must be in the women's bathroom." He says making the girl chuckle and he notices her pale skin

" Are you gonna kill me like your kind did to my family?" He asks and the girl looks at him confused

" Vampires killed your family?" She asks and Lucas nods and she helps him up

" I'm rosalie hale." She says and he nods again as she walks him out of the bathroom and into the cafeteria

" Sit with me and my family." She says making him smile a little

" Ok." He says and grabs some pizza and Quickly kisses bella on the head

" I'll sit with you tomorrow." He says making her nod while he waits for the cullens to walk in and when they do he sits beside rosalie and emmet

" This is Lucas swan." Rosalie says and edward reads his mind

Who were the people with the red eyes? Are these people the animal blood drinkers Aro was talking about?

" You know Aro Volturi?" Edward asks and Lucas nods

" His friend cauis killed my family." He says and jasper frowns wanting to immediately hug him but he shakes off the feeling

" I remember it all to well. I walk inside and see cauis above my sister's body blood on his mouth and he walks towards me but the man named Aro stopped him." He says

" I'm sorry that happened." Jasper says his accent making lucas blush

" It's alright." Lucas says before noticing edward looking at his sister and he notices his black eyes and images of cauis floods his mind and he whimpers and curls into rosalie's side as the bell rings
