Jan has gone to the market today, because she needed to get out of the house for a bit and there was nothing left to eat but the unmarked cans of beans in the cupboard. Zurich is left to care for Mindanao, who has just puked on himself after being burped. Zurich takes him to the sink in the kitchen to wash him.

Zurich - Alright, now hold still.

He puts the water on.

Mindanao - Ech!

Zurich - No, hold still!

Mindanao - Eeech!

Zurich - Is it too cold? Here...

He puts the water on warmer, but Mindanao is still squirming.

Zurich - Oh, come on! Doesn't that feel nice, to get clean?!

Mindanao - Waaaaaa! Aaaaaaa!

Zurich is terrified of potentially hurting the child, so he quickly turns the water off and takes him from the sink. Ottawa, who was watching, comes over.

Ottawa - If you stop doing what you're doing every time he squeaks, you're not gonna get anything done...

Zurich - But he was really starting to cry!

Ottawa - Yeah! Wet fur is unpleasant! But he still needs to get clean! He isn't a Flareon or a Glaceon yet, so he has no excuse to not be bathed.

Zurich - I'm probably not doing it right...

Ottawa - Just bathe him like you'd bathe yourself, but more gently... Wait, where is he?

Zurich - wut

He looks down to see that Mindanao has managed to crawl out of the sink and down the hall. Lansing sees him as she's walking.

Lansing - Oh! I don't think you want to be there, my little friend...

She acts to pick him up, but he begins to cry as soon as she touches him.

Lansing - Oh! Sorry! Sorry! I didn't mean to hurt you!

Lansing, too terrified of hurting the child, just minds him and makes sure not to step on him. As Mindanao goes down the hallway, he finds Evelyn and Berlin playing together.

Berlin - Hello! Do you want to play? We're playing tag!

Mindanao cocks his head to the side, not sure of what's going on. The two older Eevees, too old to play with such a young creature, but too young to know any better, assume he does.

Evelyn - Don't worry, all you have to do is touch another person! Here, tag! You're it!

She pokes him on his forepaw, and he begins to cry again.

Berlin - Evelyn! Now look! You probablly broke his arm! You have to be gentle with babies! Like this!

Berlin proceeds to poke Mindanao on the other arm, causing him to bawl.

Berlin - Oops! Sorry! Sorry! Look, you can tag me!

Mindanao goes over and pokes Berlin, then Evelyn, and they stand back and let him, not wanting to hurt him and get in trouble. Then he leaves. Down the hall and out to the living room, he finds Tokyo, who is doing Mario Kart Wii Time Trials. He notices the little Eevee, and, remembering that Zurich had gone looking for him earlier, reaches out a feeler.

Tokyo - Here, you can sit with me!

Mindanao begins to back away from the creepy looking creature that's reaching at him with its tentacles, and his eyes begin to tear up.

Tokyo - Oh! Don't cry! Don't cry! Please don't cry!

He begins to swirl his feelers, and Mindanao calms down and comes closer.

Tokyo - There you go. Its gonna be okay.

Tokyo wraps a feeler around Mindanao to keep him from wandering off, and as he sits, Jan comes in from market with her groceries. She puts them in the kitchen and is about to head down the hall to check on Zurich, when she notices that Tokyo is holding one of the Eevees next to him in the living room. Not having the whole situation, she pounces on Tokyo with her fangs bared.

Jan - You MONSTER!! I OUGHTA RIP YOUR THROAT OUT!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MY CHILD?!

Tokyo - Oh grief! Get off! He was... Ach! Don't kill me!! AAAUUGH! SOMEONE HELP!!

Zurich runs to Tokyo's voice, and finds Jan gnashing at his neck as he tries to hold her off with his feelers, except for one of which is wrapped around Mindanao. Zurich quickly jumps to help Jan.

Zurich - You ABDUCTED HIM!! YOU CANNIBAL!! YOU FAIRY DEMON!! I OUGHTA TEAR YOU LIMB FROM LIMB!!

Jessie quickly comes to see what's going on, and gently takes Mindanao from Tokyo's feelers before he is crushed by his parents' enraged attacks.

Jessie - Alright Mindanao, let's get you cleaned up...

She takes him to the sink, and, remembering the unpleasantness of water that he felt before, he looks up at his aunt and begins to whimper.

Jessie - Don't give me that.

He immediately stops, and manages to forget that he wasn't supposed to enjoy being washed. Soon, he is cleaned, and Jessie takes him back out and dries him off. She brings him to her room and curls around him to keep him warm until his parents are finished.

Meanwhile, Tokyo is still fighting for his life, pinned beneath the two Umbreon parents, when London and Amsterdam come in. They quickly lift Jan and Zurich from Tokyo, as they continue to thrash and reach for Tokyo, who is laying down, exhausted. Eventually, the Umbreons are also out of energy, not because it was depleted (it had been depleted long before) but because their initial rage had worn off.

Jan - You... You... Villain... You monster... I oughta...

Tokyo - I was trying to tell you, I didn't...

Jan suddenly builds up a burst of energy and escapes Amsterdam's grasp.

Jan - DON'T EVEN!! I SAW YOU!! YOU HAD HIM TANGLED UP!! YOU HAD FOUL INTENT, I COULD SEE IT!!

Tokyo, unable to summon his strength so easily, quickly finds his neck being squeezed in Jan's jaws, and dangerously close to being punctured by her fangs. Woken up by the commotion, Jessie takes Mindanao back out to the living room.

Jessie - Guys!

Jan, holding Tokyo by the neck in her mouth, turns to look at Jessie.

Jessie - Look, he's fine...

Jan drops Tokyo on the floor again.

Jan - Oh... Well... I'll be keeping a close eye on you, Tokyo, because next time you go for one of the children...

Tokyo - What did you think I was doing?!

Jan - I won't let such a foul creature live again...

Tokyo - What?! I'm not... One of those!! That's terrible!! I would never do that!!

But no one listens to him, and they all leave him to be embarrassed and to feel uneasy.
