After the visit to Gringotts, Zephyranth sent a message to the potion maker to request a potion to reverse a curse that makes an adult a baby, it would take a while to get the reply.

Naturally, Verde was surprised that this society did not use technology as it would be shortened out by magic.

Now they were back in the mansion as Zephyranth had decided to prepare dinner as Verde decided to get familiar with the place that would now be his home.

Huh, being a scientist, always thirsty for knowledge made him a wanderer. He never had a place to settle.

Then he looked at his left hand. His ring finger now bearing a wedding band with the same symbol as Zephyranth's ring. He would gain other rings to signify his status as Zephyranth's husband and Lord of the families soon.

He never gave marriage a thought, being focused on his work.

Now he was married to a beyond wealthy woman, a powerful Witch actually.

At dinner, Zephyranth actually made some small talk. For starters, she had no interest in her own fame, then he remembered she mentioned a prophecy which meant she didn't become a hero by choice.

She also didn't get along with her mother's relatives. Apparently her aunt Petunia was always jealous of Zephyranth's mother Lily who had magic but not her, and that her beauty and wit caught the eye of Zephyranth's father James Potter, who Petunia learned was a noble's son.

That jealousy grew as Lily and James had Zephyranth while Petunia had her son Dudley but an accident left her infertile and she couldn't have a daughter.

After the deaths of her parents, Zephyranth was basically their slave until she was 11 when she learned she was a Witch and that she learned that her relatives lied that her parents were no-good drunks that died in a car crash but that they really did love their daughter.

Ironically last year, Petunia and her husband Vernon died in a car crash while Vernon was intoxicated. The last time she saw them was three months prior when she was an honored guest at a charity event hosted by a prominent corporation and Zephyranth was a major contributor.

Neither of them could believe that Zephyranth was alive and well and looked like a million bucks while they aged poorly. Though they assumed she was possibly a trophy wife or escort for someone, they got a shock when the host of the event came to her calling her Dutchess Potter as he offered champagne, thanked her for her share of donations and said he noticed men following her. And she merely sighed saying they were leeches after her father's family's money after all.

Verde chuckled at that. If that's not karma at its finest, he doesn't know what is.

He then told her a bit about himself, and how he got involved in the Mafia as an outsider as a youth.

Honestly, he was a "accident" but his mom still loved him while his dad was a workaholic. He had a better relationship with his mother before she died when he was 14, and his last name was actually his mother's maiden name. When his father's business went into debt, he took what he could and ran off as his father started drinking.

He was found by a Mafia scientist who was impressed by his intelligence and took him in as an apprentice as he rose to fame as DaVinci's Reincarnation, and controlled his Lightning flames.

Then Verde mentions the meeting of the Strongest Seven and the Fated Day, as he was somewhat bitter about it, especially towards Reborn.

Already Zephyranth didn't like how this Reborn was portrayed. He sounded like a bloody arrogant Casanova and she wouldn't agree to team up with him in a mission. Heck she'd pair up with Verde if she was there.

She also didn't like how the ritual sounded. It was similar to an old Forbidden magic, Cursed by Betrayal. Situations vary, but they ended up with the victim being slowly drained until their deaths.

Telling Verde this, he became more suspicious of the Pacifier he bore.

Though he had to stifle a laugh when he heard what Zephyranth called Reborn.

(Meanwhile in Italy, a hitman baby sneezed revealing his hiding place and Dino found where he was, making him grumpy.)

After dinner, Verde supposed as husband and wife they had to share a bed. For now, they had time to procreate and be comfortable with each other.

As Verde got dressed for bed and Zephyranth took a bath, Cayman crawled over to him.

"Hmp. Guess this is where we'll stay. Thankfully, Zephyranth made a sleeping area for you as well."

Cayman wagged his tail as he got into a fluffy pet bed just his size and sighed in happiness.

Above Caymen was a snowy white owl, but Verde could tell it was very intelligent.

"I see you met Hedwig." Zephyranth said as she appeared in her nightgown. "She's been my companion since I was 11. Very protective too."

"I can tell." Verde said as Hedwig looked at him with a judging gaze before tucking her beak back into her chest to sleep.

"Can you tie hair?"

Huh? What?

"In my dad's family, on the night of marriage, the husband tends to the wife’s hair. Just brushing is enough too." She said holding a hairbrush.

This cemented it. Other than his experiments and Caymen, he will have to take on responsibilities as a husband.

Oddly, brushing his new wife's hair was calming, like he was tending to a cat with how soft it was.

This is the start of his life as Lord Potter-Black-Flamel-Peverell.
