Violet's POV
So, since we are all awake, Simon decided it was the perfect time to continue traveling. Why? Because it was the most logical thing that came out of his computer-coded mind.

No offense, but sometimes I just don't understand him. Who cares about logic? In my opinion, you should do what's right. Like letting me sleep! Why?!

Anyways, so we were all out of our transformations. But, what bothered me the most was Ells. She didn't transform for her strong energy. She just... has it. This is not right. Not what I remember.

"Guys, start looking for something out of the ordinary. We are close. Really close." Simon said, stopping us. I looked around, looking around for anything important. Every step I made followed the crunching sound of leaves.

"See what, you idiot? There's nothing but trees!" I said to him, giving him a cold glare.

"And more trees, and more trees, and more—Ahh!" Ells screamed, falling into a hole that was hidden in the autumn leaves that covered the ground.

"Ells!" Simon and Astrid yelled back, as they looked down the hole with a look of pure shock.

The rest of us looked down the hole, as we heard Ells hit the ground with a thud. At the same area we heard her fall, purple pieces of ancient magic flew around, quickly disappearing into the darkness. Then, there was silence.

"Is she dead?" I asked, my voice echoing through the darkness of the hole.

"Of course not, Violet! I'm A-OK!" Ells' voice said in the darkness, making an echo back to us. Then, I heard a fire being lit. I looked down to see Ells, a flame in her hand.

"Oh, thank goodness!" Astrid said, smiling brightly. Pfft, you don't even know if she's been abducted yet, and your already assuming the best.

"Are you ok?" Simon asked, Astrid giving Simon a look that I give to just about everyone. It's the I-want-to-kill-you face.

"Yeah! I'm fine! But, you guys need to come down here and see this! It's huge!" Ells' voice echoed back to us, as she walked around, the flame making light of the place.

We all kind a looked at each other awkwardly.

"So... Who's going first?" I asked, as they continued to stand motionless.

"Umm..."

"Thank you for volunteering, Dimitry." I said, as I pushed him down the hole. His eyes wide, he landed on the ground, flat on his face.

"Wow, my eye is feeling so much better." He said sarcastically, obviously upset in me. He got off the ground, dusting himself off.

"Stop wining, you baby." I said, smiling a little. He can be such an idiot sometimes...

"Ooo... Is that a smile I see, Vi? I've-"

"Hunter's next!" I said, pushing him down the hole too. But, the magic of pure water went down to his shoes, cushioning his fall.

"So, which lucky soul am I going to put down the suspicious hole next?" I asked, a huge, mischievous smile on my face.
