Dimitry's POV
I walked closer to the wheat, dead and broken, and sat down, placing my hands on the ground.

Hunter cupped his hands together to make an O on either side. He placed his mouth on one end, and began to blow.

Trickles of water came out from the other end. He blew harder, and his contraption became a hose. He watered all of the withered friends of wheat.

That's when I closed my eyes, and began to focus, deep within earth core. The water was being sent off to the wheat, and, with the extra boost from Hunter, the week grew beautifully.

As Simon threw the splash potion at the villagers watching, I noticed Ells look at the tree contently. It was a distance from here, so I couldn't exactly see her features fully. But, there is one thing I did see.

She quietly said something, and then kissed the tree. Then, she ran off to join the rest of us, as the villagers shook their head in confusion from the splash potion.

"W-What just happened..?" The first man said in confusion. The other villagers all seemed just as confused.

"We fixed your tree!" Ells said, smiling proudly. I smiled proudly, too. This was a success.

"Welcome to the Aika Hotel!" The lady said, as she showed Ells and her friends their reward.

"Wait, this is our reward?" Simon asked confusingly, as she nodded to his question.

"You guys can stay here as long as you like! But, not to long..." she said, her ponytail moving around as she talked.

"What do yo-"

"don't worry, you'll be just fine. I'm sure you'll make it feel right at home!" She said, giving the magicals a cheeky smile, as she handed them the room key.

"Hope you enjoy your stay, heroes!" She said, as Ells sped-walked to the door, before shutting it quickly.

"Well, that was awkward." Violet said, as she took off her cloak and put it in the closet, conveniently near the door to the exit.

Tell me about it. It was like she was locking us in here for good." Dimitry replied, turning on the sink, looking into the clear, reflective water that shimmered with his reflection.

He looked, and thought to himself, "what kind of people have we become?" He quickly put his hands into the water and started washing his face.

"Man, I'm exhausted." Ells said, collapsing on the bed, closing her eyes.

"you should be. You guys used a lot of energy, without the use of transforming." Simon said, as he sat on one of the chairs.

"so, wait. What happens if we don't transform?" Astrid asks, as he walks out of the restroom, sitting on the other side of Simon.

"well, if you don't transform, you'll have the powers of any normal magical being. By transforming into the guardians that you are, you get an extensive amount of energy from the past guardians. If you don't transform, while still using a lot of magic, it could be damaging, and result in death." Simon says to the group, as Ells and the other went silent.
