Ells' POV
As soon as the gates opened, the first thing that caught my eyes were the colorful Magic robes. Every corner of the place was hurdled with people. There were so many kids and teens gathered from all over the world sitting at tables of 5.

Me and Wendy walked upto one of the empty tables, and sat down. There were menus there. It seemed like dinner was going to be served soon. Sweet! I was starving!

A few minutes later, a girl with black hair, gathered into a ponytail, came and sat down with us, chewing some gum in her mouth.

"Sup." She said, looking at us with a really uncomfortable glare. Something about her just gave me the shivers...

We just sat there. The black hair girl continued to chew her gum, while Wendy sat there patiently.

"So, what's your name?" I finally asked, breaking the silence between the three of us. She chewed some of her gum, swallowing it, before responding.

"Violet, Sector 3."

"Oh, that's cool! My name is Ells, and this is Wendy!" I said, as Wendy waved hello.

I took a closer look at Violet. Along with her black hair, she had dark night sky eyes, and had that look of "punk" written all over her face.

Two more people walked upto our table and sat down. They both had black hair, and mysterious bright brown eyes that could stare into your soul. Very magical looking, if I do say so myself!

"This place has absolutely no cell phone service! How am I supposed to post to my music.ly fans?!" The older one said, her phone high in the air to try and get some cell service.

"Crystal, we're deep into Earth's core. I don't think your gonna get any cell service down here. Also, I think our phones are supposed to be off." He said, glaring at Crystal annoyingly, who wasn't paying any attention whatsoever.

"Sorry about her. Sometimes she doesn't see through her own head. My name's Astrid Sticks, and that's my older sister, Crystal. Say hello Crystal." He said, nudging her shoulder.

"Hi." She said, sounding like a zombie, hypnotized by her cell phone, as she typed away.

"Hello Astrid," I said, my cheeks light pink, "My name is Ells Ender. That is Wendy Kay, and that's Violet." I said, pointing to each of them as I said their names, Wendy smiling, Violet chewing another piece of gum she got from her pocket.

"Well, it's nice to meet you, Wendy, Violet, and Ells. I hope all of us can work well in the games!" He said, with a bright grin. He seemed pretty cool!

All of a sudden, a big black bird swooped down from above. It landed on the stage. It then jumped high into the air, as it transformed into Mrs. Kuro.

"Welcome to the Magic Trials!" She said with a warm smile, as the kids and teens began to applaud, including me.
