We reached the house. Nope mansion. The mansion was a three story house. It was huge and had a long driveway at the front and the grass was neatly trimmed. Max took out my suitcase from the back and began to lead the way. At least he had that much decency. There were two Guards at the entry of the house. The inside was more beautiful and spacious than outside. There was huge hall to my right it led to where I think would be the kitchen. There were stairs that led to bedroom I guess. Overall it was great .

"Done looking at the house?" Max asked me and I blushed nodding my head. He led me up the stairs to a room in which I would be staying. The room had a king sized bed, a walk in closet and balcony. It had white walls and you could see a beautiful view from the balcony.

"This is your room.You will staying in here if you need anything then ask me ok?"He clarified. Just when he was about to close the door."Hey where is Xavier?" I asked. Before he could answer another voice replied.

"Missing me already?" There leaning against the door frame stood the mafia King, Xavier Knight looking devilishly handsome. He was wearing black jeans with a white tee and had a stupid smirk on his face that I so badly wanted to wipe out. He's hair was wet and neatly tousled. I wanted to run my fingers through them. He looked very edible.

Edible? What's gotten into me? Snap out of it Hazel. I realised that I was staring at him for too long and he was smirking knowing that I was ogling at him. I cleared my throat.

"No I was just casually asking him.By the way, I have an important question."

"Shoot." He dug his hands into his pocket. I watched as his biceps muscles flexed following his movement.

"Why did you choose me ?"This question has been bugging me for a Long time.

"You don't have to know about it just do as much as you are told to do." Snapping at me, he turned away slamming the door shut in the process leaving me stunned at the sudden change in his behavior.

This guy is bipolar.

I decided to take a shower and wore a pair of jeans with a cute pink t-shirt and went downstairs. It was 5 in the afternoon. Since I did not eat anything before, I decided to go to the kitchen to find something to eat. A delicious smell hit my nostrils as I went near the kitchen and there stood Xavier near the stove shirtless in all his glory. His muscles were flexing as he moved and I could definitely eat him up now. He was messing with my hormones badly.

Noticing my presence he turned and smirked."Like what you see babe?" I blushed at his nickname and he just grinned. Suddenly my stomach growled and i sat at stool near the counter.

"What are you cooking?" He didn't answer but took two bowls and served one for me and the other for himself. I noticed that it was spaghetti with meatballs. My mouth watered at the sight and I dug in. The corner of lips lifted a bit as he took notice of my state.

"What? A girl needs food. I am hungry." I exclaimed and continued to eat.

"So what do we need to do about this Darren?" I asked him.

"We will talk about this tomorrow.You had a Long day. Go and get some rest."I nodded and cleaned my dishes and went to my room. I changed into my pjs and laid on the bed. The bed was soft and comfortable unlike the one I had back home. Just as my head hit the pillow I fell into a dreamless sleep .
