Katharina's POV

*Valedictorian speech towards the end*

".....After these 4 torturous years of going through puberty, drama, fake people and trying to find out who we are as an individual...pure torture if I may add.

We finally made it thank you to the teachers who made learning fun. To the substitutes that substituted when are teachers couldn't stand us." They break out in laughter I smiled and continued.

"Guidance counselors and deans who heard our petty drama and actually took the time to listen. Our annoying parents who we love, who forced us to wake up every morning."

I flinch inwardly knowing my parents could have cared less if I went to school.

"We thank you for helping to shape us into the people we are today. Where would we be without your caring guidance and love for us? So I stand here glad to say, Congrats Class of 2013 we made it."

The room erupted in cheers and I hear my best friends screaming the loudest and chanting my name. I smile as I make my way down the stairs.

I look across the auditorium and see my "parents" beaming saying, that's my daughter to everyone near them. I roll my eyes thinking, how typical my "parents" love to brag about me.

As I walk back to my seat I scan the crowd looking for my boyfriend, Tyler. I spot him but he has his head bent down talking to Jessica whose face is blushing beet red. I turn just as she lifts up her head and my blood is boiling.

How dare he sit there and flirt with another girl as his girlfriend finishes her speech. But what if he wasn't even flirting with her... he does consider her as a sister.

F*ck my self-conscious always thinking rationally. This is what happens when your too nice I can hear my friend Zoey saying it in this exact moment.

I make it to my seat and on instinct, I turn and look towards Zoey and she's giving me a look. I have a feeling she noticed the exchange too.

But what I also saw, was understanding and of course rage and knowing her she'll tell the guys and they'll all be ready to go all apeshit on him.

I shake my head letting her know not to say a word to them. She nods but gives me a stern look letting me know that she'll have a long talk with me later. I roll my eyes and turn back to face the stage as the Principal finishes the ceremony.

"Thank you Katharina for that wonderful speech..." he starts off. I start to zone off and think what my parents are going to say when I tell them the news when I get home.

I sigh loudly and everyone turns towards me. Shit, I forgot that he was still talking. At that moment I blush brightly and whisper a quick sorry and try to refocus on the graduation.

"Although this year is just drawing to a close with celebrations in full swing there is already a real sense of anticipation about all our futures and I guess all there's really left to say is...

Well done, Class of 2013. I wish you all the best for the future" he finishes. The auditorium starts to rumble with screams, shouts, and tears from all the students, parents and teachers.

Yess my girl is so smart and beautiful why she looks like that girl from vampire diaries though creepy much but what's up with her man I oughta punch him in his throat listen to your girl. I already can't stand that Jessica girl.
