Devyani Singh Raizada ( Nani ) POV:

Standing on the first floor looking at the living room, Devyani Raizada's face lost all the color. In her 80 years of life she has seen so many up and downs but she stood as strong as pillar and supported her family. Seeing once joint family shattering into pieces she felt her heart breaking into millions of pieces. She was a middle class girl completed her primary school in a small village in lucknow, she was once beautiful girl married at the prime age of just 14 years her husband Ravindranath Singh Raizada belonged to an upper middle class and was a zaminder. Her life was filled with love, trust and faith. They were blessed with 2 children's Ratna and Manohar. Ravi was very fond of his princess, he made sure every wish of her was fulfilled. Both their children were obedient and respected them. When Ravi got a proposal for Ratna from his best friend Alok Malik, he made a mistake of marrying Ratna with Arvind without any background check.

Life was still good, after Ratna, Manohar was married to Manorama who was an orphan with younger sister working in their home. Ravi respected his son's wish and married him with Manorama. He also arranged manorama's sister's Rajini's marriage with his accountant Raju whom he treated as son. People say happily ever after exists but in her life it was just a myth. After an year of Ratna's marriage Alok Malik was dead and from there Raizada's life has bared an unending list of sorrows. Arvind blackmailed Ravi for their property during Ratna's pregnancy, he pushed his own wife from the stairs resulting in miscarriage. Arvind was alcoholic, gambler and womanizer, till Ravi signed his property he made sure his wife had slight accidents which was caused by him unaware of all the conspiracy happening behind her, Ratna lived a life full of lies and deceit. Devyani was proud of her son and daughter-in-law who signed of the property without any hesitation. Raizada's shifted to Delhi and from there life was moving in slow pace. Ravi died due to heart attack. She stood as a hard pole and took care of her family and cleaned every step of a temple to earn little money, though her son was against her working, she did what ever till her body gave up.

When Ratna gave news of Anjali' impending marriage, her heart has burst with happiness she wanted to bless her only grand daughter but lack of money made her to step back, but the day Arnav and a depressed Anjali knocked her door looking all weak and knowing her daughter's death due to her son-in-laws deceit, she cried her heart out cursing her only daughter's fate. She took them with open arms both Manorama and Rajini loved all the children's equally. Anjali was thir special child she was pampered and made sure her wishes were fulfilled how much ever it made them to earn little money for that. But the way the 14 year old Arnav emerged from rags to riches, her old eyes still teared up.

She also knew that Arnav in some way received little to no love from them. Though they welcomed him, it was him who actually supported them. When Kushi was married to Arnav she has seen the changed that little girl brought in him, the way they married made her upset but still she was satisfied that he married her rather than gold-digger's who always want to work their charm in her chotey's arms. She always prayed to god to never write Ratna's fate to her other children but may be she has failed. Anjali's fate was similar like her own mother. But she doesn't want her grand daughter to take the step which her mother took and for that she knew what she has to do. She will make sure everything will right this time and will make sure it happens. Wiping her tears she went to prayer room only to see her other grand daughter-in-law praying rigorously, wishing something.

After arrival of everyone she will make sure that the 3 couples will lead a happy life and this was her promise to herself and Devyani was not the person who easily backs away from her promise.

Manorama Singh Raizada (Mami) POV:

Manorama was not the women what she presently shows to the world. She was once a kind, sympathetic and selfless soul, her father has worked under Raizada's after the demise of the parents, when no one came forward to take in the orphan sisters it was Ravindranath and Ratna welcomed them and treated them as the family members. Manorama knew Raizada's since birth, though she wasn't interested in studies but made sure her sister has taken higher education like both Raizada siblings. Before, Ratna's marriage life was peaceful and happy. She fell in love with Manohar but afraid due to their difference in status again Ratna was the one who came as a cupid made her parents agree for marriage. Ratna never treated her as servant but took care of both the siblings as another sister she never had. When Manorama's sister met with an accident with no life revival, it was Ratna who gave blood as those days poor were seen as untouchable. Manorama, in her heart gave Ratna utmost position even before the god. When Raizada's wanted to give every penny they earned to Ratna as dowry, it was manorama who made her understand. Ratna was the one who named her son as Akash, whenever she visited, she never differentiated her sons but treated them equal to Anjali and Arnav.

When Anjali and Arnav came to Delhi after loosing everything and knowing Ratna's death, she has undergone into major shock, but seeing both the siblings she vowed to love and protect them. Manorama took care of Anjal at the best, because for her it was Ratna in the form of Anjali, she always beleived that god has given a chance to serve Ratna the way she took care of them. Mano even forgot that she has a son when it comes to Anjali. She always asks Akash to take care of his glass doll of a sister like a princess. Manorama never liked the way Anjali married Shyam, because he was sickeningly good and his too sweet talks made her remember Arvind, but still she didn't show her disapproval too. When Anjali refused to her sasural, she backed it up because Shyam was poor orphan and somewhere she couldn't bear if something happens to Anjali in her absence. When Akash wanted to marry Payal she openly refused and wanted her son to marry rich women, she feared if by any chance fate played the same role of what happen to Raizada's, then she couldn't stand to support them. But at the end she bend infront of Arnav's wish, she knew that the negligence showed to Akash may show in future, her insecurities were piling up and when she saw Payal giving the same which she couldn't she started to degrade Payal. Manorama evolved herself from a mere servant to the aunt of Asia's no-1 business man, her sister was good at studies so she helped her husband in office matters to and Mano also wanted to be seen as sophisticated, rich english talking lady but failed and now a laughing stock of high society. Many of the people always backtalk about her fearing her nephew but basking under her lavish kitty party. Everything in life was going good before the arrival of Gupta's in the family and she believes it was because of them their future is in chaos. She always know about Shyam's character but was silent thinking about Anjali, she tried to hide the skeletons which were unknowing opened up and seeing Anjali right now, her sadness, frustration was on peaks. If their princess wants Shyam then she will get. She will do anything for Anjali, even if it mean's her other children's life. Seeing Payal crying in-front of god, she don't know why but felt the actual storm is going to hit the family hard. Manorama saw her husband was hurrying out along with NK before she could stop she got to know the storm has already hit them badly.

She was too dazed and shock and before anyone can realize she has lost her conscious.

I know there is no arshi in this part bear with me till I, establish the actual base of the story.
