Third Person's Perspective:

The night set out in the sky above as the moon rises from the horizon. The moon light highlight the inside the cell where Asura is being held for the past week.

He's stomach growled while sitting in the bed. He's been waiting for his dinner when an alarm set off the halls of the tower. He stood up to inspect what going outside the window.

He got a perfect view of the city bellow him. Then one by one the lights that give life to the massive city went off. Confusion filled his head then an explosion erupted in the ground floor of the tower.

The tower shook as Asura tumbled on the floor. He can't see a thing then the emergency red light went on. He quickly stood up when he heard a lot of screaming and foots stomping on the ground outside the tower.

He realized when the power in the city went off it also deactivated the force field that cover up the city leaving it open for anyone to attack. It seemed that the field in his cell is deactivated as well so he looked outside the hall.

He surveyed that area for people. He heard a lot more screams so he made up his mind to ran in the red lighted hallway to find his way out.

Asura's Perspective:

I ran through the hall filled with cells that look new. I passed a lot of windows as I ran. The hallways seemed to be similar in every detail.
Then I heard a crash of breaking glass.

I looked behind me to witness some giant tentacle things piercing every window I passed. I ran faster as the crashes seemed to get loud. I round up the corner in time as the tentacles crashed the wall.

I quickly ran to the stair case. "(Boom!!!)" An explosion erupted from outside. The building shook as I loose my balance on the stairs. I tumbled down the straight staircase.

"Ah!!" It hurts. I tried to regain my composure as I was slumped in the end of the stairs, before the tentacle thing get me. I looked to see the things rushing towards my fallen body.

The tentacle things wrapped my body as it still ascending. In a sec I felt my body crashed hard on the wall behind me. "Ahhh!!!" The wall broke by the force of impact. I saw the out side of the building.

Only the light of the moon that illuminate the area where I am. I looked around to witness the damages of the tower as it lit up with flames. The grip of the tentacle things are loosing up.

I then look down to see that, I am of what seemed to me be four story high in the building of where I am at. I tried to navigate where I'm hanging at as I struggle to not let go.

The tentacle things raised themselves with me then it motion a swipe that broke my grip from holding on the things. It sent me flying to  the sky. I then start falling feeling the air pressurized around me.

I could see the ground getting closer as I fall. 'Shoot I won't survive thing fall!!!" I panick as I closed my eyes awaiting for my death. I waited but it seem that the ground is not coming.

I opened my eyes seeing that I am surrounded with the familiar green lighting. "Asura!" I looked down below me to see the familiar grey wolf pup holding up his hands that glowed in the dark.

He's with some of the guard squad the secures the area of the tower. Seichi lowered me down the ground. The force field pop as I made contact on the dirt floor below. I look up to see Seichi slump to the ground.

I rush to him as the guards hold him to not fall. He seemed exhausted for some reason. I asked the guards of what is happening in the city. They explained that some one is sabotaging the system.

They informed me that every guard squad in the area is securing the safety of every people that live in the main city. One of the guards got a inter call informing him that some one destroyed the life source of the tower clock.

It seemed that loosing the life source that make this city alive caused it to malfunction and disabled the field that cloak the entire city from any danger.

"(Boom!!!)" Another explosion erupted from the tower that took our attention. Seichi gained his composure. The look on his face seemed to show fear. He then spoke to informed us to move.

"Squad A and B! Round up the center part of the city. Clear every citizen that lived there.  Double now! We don't have much time to evacuate them as the tower is about to fall" Seichi screamed to his intercom.

He look at me then threw something. I caught the heavy thing and it seemed that its my bag. I looked at him again to confirm any hesitation for his decision.

" Now, I need to solve this chaotic problem that came after a week that really is a pain, but I need your assistant to execute that" he said looking like an adult giving instruction to a child.

"Are you even a kid or some kind of adult because I certainly be sure you'd be one" I retorted to him as he give me the serious look.

"This is not the time for a chat. We need to reduce the damage that the tower would create to the central part of the city before it fall. We need to level the tower as much as we can to stop the powerful force" he stop then continues again.

"That glowing light on the top of the tower is an orb of mischief power. Power that holds the entire city for it to not crumble to the depth of destruction" he said then a wave of fire flew everywhere.

I took my gun out of the bag and set the energy level to medium. I used the gun to blast the fire away to make a path for us. It seemed that we're at the back of the tower. We ran around the the tower as I grabbed my prototype boots.

"Wow! That gadget of yours is.....remarkable to it's extent" Seichi said as he and I lead the squad to central part of the city. "You said to concentrate, right?!" I replied to him that made him pout.

When we made it to he central part, I could see the people that are running in panick. Some of the guards have secure the other citizen yet there are still that is in need of safety.

Seichi ordered the guards we have to handle the situation. I look at the direction of the tower a hundred meters away from us. I felt the ground shake then another explosion erupted from everywhere.

Then the houses and buildings around us lifted from the ground by some tentacle things that I encountered recently. The roots threw the crumbling buildings to my direction. I shot some of them but not enough to shield myself.

Green lights erupted in front of me. A force field shield me from the falling building. The buildings disappeared like a bubble that pop from it's existence. I then saw Seichi heaving for air.

I rush to him again and scold him to not push to his limits because his body won't sustain it. I looked at the tower when I heard a screeching noise. The similar tentacles like things grew outside and inside the building.

The tentacle things breach from below of the tower. More tentacle things got out from the inside of the tower breaking in half. I can't move for some reason. It seems that I am still in shock then something hit me in the face.

"(Slap!) Focus! First we need to save some lives then we bring back this bastard to pay for his crimes!" Seichi shout at me. I stood up to take my stand beside Seichi.

This would be another fight and this time is to save those people that I hate the most. "Seichi, remember that this could cause our lives as well" I said to him as he nodded in reply. We then ran closer to the tower as it starts to swayed.
