The Mechanics of Average Cyborgs

Cyborgs, human citizens with added parts due to an accident of any sort, have a variety of metal parts to think about. The average cyborg, however, has a metal arm or leg, with the abilities to move like a normal human limb (one that must be oiled and cleaned of rust often). Metals that cyborg parts consist of include: steel, Lunar silver, and titanium. Lunar silver and titanium being the most strong metals, they are very expensive; the middle class cyborg can only achieve for a steel part.

Few cyborgs have complex wiring built in their heads, and it all goes down to the cost their caretaker was willing to spend whilst they were under surgery--

Kai: I do not have any connections or conspiracy with the cyborg. I only knew Linh Cinder for a short period of time, during which she was fixing my android. On the night of the ball, I was the most surprised upon seeing her cyborg parts. I would never set all my trust and the safety of my people on someone so dangerous.

Reporter: Rumors are going around that you were brainwashed by her Lunar powers to believe she was harmless. Can you verify this?

Kai: Not at this point, no. I have endured being brainwashed before, and Linh Cinder never seemed to show signs of doing it to me.

Reporter: Apart from the subject of Linh Cinder, why did you choose to announce this, at this time?

Kai: The lives of my citizens are always important to me--and when a huge percentage of those citizens are persecuted for simply having a metal foot, I must act upon that. There was no intended meaning to the time I announced it, but I can see why you're thinking that with the upcoming ball and alliance with Luna.
