72). Quintet Reforms and the 3 Hallows

Y/N POV

I woke up a while later in the night to the smell of burning wood. I was sleeping with Hermione next to me but being an Animagus, my sense of smell was heightened. Hermione was still asleep and very calm as her body was on top of me. I gently rubbed her back, kissed her forehead and carefully took her arms off me so I could see who was outside, either Harry or Lana. Before I left, I brushed her hair off her face and whispered in her ear, "Love you, Belle," and a small smile grew on her face as she felt my hand and rubbed it before I left.

I grabbed my shirt, slipped the sleeves over my tank-top and buttoned it up as I walked out to find Lana near the fire with a makeshift stove. She saw me walk out and hugged me as soon as I got close to her. "Hey, Y/N," She said as she stopped and put her hands on my neck. "How are you feeling now? Are you still sick? Hermione told me you had a fever of sorts, you feeling better?"

"Yes, yes, Lana, I'm okay now," I said as I calmed her down. "You don't have to worry."

"Which is why I should worry!" She said in an equally worried tone. "You're my brother, my twin at that! You're going to be married soon, and hopefully, a father to Anne! You know I care about you."

"I know, sis," I said as I hugged her again. "I love you too. Hey. where's Harry anyway?"

"He's taking watch," She said. "He has Hermione's wand, since his broke in Godric's Hollow. He might still be in there. Could you find him?"

"Yeah, I can go and find him," I said as I took my wand. "I'll be back in a few."

"Be safe," She said as she hugged me and I kissed her forehead. "I will."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I walked into the forest until I got to a frozen lake, but it the water was making small ripples and waves. I looked into the lake and found Harry struggling in the water and I walked around to help him, but the person I least expected had got there first.

Ronald Weasley.

"What the hell are you doing here?!" I said to him as he pulled Harry out of the water, but he also had something else with him too. The Sword of Gryffindor.

"And also, how the hell do you have that!?" I asked again.

"It was you!" Harry said to Ron as I conjured a towel for him.

"Well, yeah," Ron said. "Bit obvious, I'd think."

"And the doe," He said. I was so confused, what the hell. "That was you as well!"

"No," Ron said. "I reckoned it was you."

"Are you both idiots?!" I asked. "Harry, yours is a stag and Ron's is a dog. Also, what the fuck are you talking about?"

Both of them explained what had happened. Somehow, a doe patronus had come and guided Harry to the Lake with the Sword of Gryffindor. Along with that, the Horcrux was trying to drown Harry. As we looked at the locket, it twitched.

"See that?" Harry said to us. "It knows. It's afraid." He looked at us. "One of you has to do it."

"What? No. Harry," Ron said as he shook his head. "That thing's bad for me. I can't handle it. I'm not making excuses for how I acted, but that thing affects me more than it affects you or the others. It made me think stuff -- stuff I was thinking anyway, but it made everything worse."

"Oh, so what?" I said in annoyance. I was still pissed at him. "You want to put that on me too? That I destroy this one as well? Punished as Grindelwald's grandson then?"

"No, that's not what I'm saying --"

"Then do it," I said harshly. "If that's not what you're saying, then do it. And why are you here? Why did you come back?" Ron didn't answer and stayyed quiet as he gripped the sword.

"I'll have to speak to it in order for it to open," Harry continued. "When, it does, don't hesitate. I don't know what's in here, but it'll put up a fight. The bit of Riddle that was in his diary tried to kill us."

We both nodded as Harry sweeped the snow and laid the locket down, as if it was a trap. "On three. One..." Ron readied himself with the sword as I pulled out my dagger, in case some Snatchers were around.

"Two... three." Harry said before he spoke in Parseltongue. "Take me inside..."

The doors of the locket opened and a eye was lurking inside, exactly like Voldemort's.

"Stab it, Ron," I said as I looked around. "Now." But Ron was trembling as he still held the sword and a voice hissed from it.

"I have seen your heart and it is mine..." The voice hissed.

"Don't listen to it." I warned him.

"I have seen your dreams, Ronald Weasley," the voice continued. "And i have seen your fears..."

"Ron, don't listen to it!" Harry said. Ron still did nothing.

"Least loved, by the mother who craved a daughter. Least loved, by the girl who prefers anyone but you..."

"Ron..." I said worriedly. "Stab it!" The eyes turned scarlet and flashed, leaving two figures, ghostly images of Lana and Sam, the American Ravenclaw Prefect.

"You were about to ruin everything for me," Riddle-Sam hissed at him. "We both know Lana prefers me rather than you."

"Who could look at you beside Harry Potter?" Riddle-Lana said. "What are you ,compared with the Chosen One...?"

"Ron, it lies!" Harry yelled. "Stab it! Stab it!" Then another ghost figure came out of the locket, this being a version of Harry and I.

"Your mother confessed that she would have preferred me as a son..." Riddle-Harry hissed. But Riddle-Y/N charged at me.

"We're monsters, you know that," He hissed. "Why would Hermione even love us? Why would she agree to marry us?"

But I didn't falter. Voldemort didn't scare me. "Cause she cares about me," I emphasised to the ghost. "She loves us for who we are, not the title bestowed upon us." The ghost snarled and tried to attack me, but it disappeared. Ron was still petrified.

Cause these versions of Lana and Sam were kissing each other.

"Do it, Ron!" Harry yelled. "KILL IT!"

Ron had finally snapped out of it and brought down the blade onto the locket, making it shriek in pain as the ghosts turned to dust. It became quiet as we all stood there, like a bunch of morons in a circle. Ron dropped to the ground as he gave me the sword while Harry picked up the locket to find Riddle's eyes gone and walked over to us.

"After you left," He said. "Lana and Hermione were furious, but Lana was also upset. She's like my sister."

"I know, and I deserve it," Ron said, which shocked me. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry I left, sorry for saying you both have no family or no father."

"You've sort of made up for it," I said as I looked at the sword. "Getting this, finishing the Horcrux."

"And saving your life," Ron added to Harry.

"That too."

We all stared at the locket, now destroyed and out of the way. "And just think of it," Ron said. "Only three to go. Also, Y/N... what'd I hear about you getting married?"

"Oh uh... yeah," I grinned to myself. "A while after you left, uh... I proposed! And Hermione said yes. We're getting married after we graduate."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dawn came around as we trekked back to camp with Ron and I spotted Hermione and Lana having the broth that Lana prepared for breakfast. As we got in their sight, I put the sharp end of the sword in the snow and said, "Hermione!" as she looked up, smiled and ran to tackle me in a hug and kissed my lips.

"Everything all right?" She said as she placed her hands on my cheeks.

"We're good," I said as she hugged me closer to her body. "And we brought an old friend."

Ron came into Hermione and Lana's sight and smiled slightly. Hermione looked confused, but Lana looked pissed as hell as she laid her eyes on the ginger. She stared at Ron as he raised his hand and smiled, saying, "Hey..."

And then... Lana got even more pissed at him.

She walked over to him and punched him. "Wo -- hey -- ouch!" Ron said with each punch.

"You -- complete -- arsehole, Ronald Weasley!" Lana raged. "You crawled back here after all these weeks and say, 'Hey?'?" She looked around for her wand everywhere and turned to us. "Where's my wand? Where's my wand!?"

"Oh my," I said to Hermione. "I haven't seen her this mad since Umbridge."

"Harry, let me use Hermione's wand!" Lana said.

"How come he's got Hermione's wand?" Ron asked but Lana looked at him sternly. "Never mind why he's got her wand -- what is that?" She said as she laid her eyes on the destroyed Horcrux.

"And exactly how is it you have the sword of Gryffindor?" Hermione asked us.

"It's a long story," Harry said but Lana was still mad. "Don't think this changes anything."

"No, of course not. I only destroyed a bloody freaking Horcrux! Why would that change anything! Do you know what it was like for me to hear those words coming from you! To see you doing those things --" Ron said before stopping.

"See me doing what things?" Lana huffed and asked. "What happened out there?"

"Longer story," I said.

"Look, I wanted to come back the minute I'd left," Ron said. "I just... didn't know how to find you."

"And how exactly did you find us?" Hermione asked him.

"With this," Ron said as he pulled out the Deluminator. "It doesn't just turn off lights. I don't know exactly how it works, but Christmas morning I -- I was sleeping -- in this little pub-- I'd given some Snatchers the slip the night before, me being a blood traitor and all -- anyway, I was sleeping when I heard it...?"

"It?"

"A voice," Ron said before looking at my sister. "Your voice, Lana. Coming out of this."

"And what may I ask what I said?" Lana said.

"My name. Just my name," Ron said. "Like a whisper."

Lana stood there, watching him speak and actually blushed. "So I took this and I clicked it and this tiny ball of light appeared. And I knew." Before he could go on, I stopped him for a moment. "Okay, okay, we believe you," I said. "No need to go further into it."

Hermione POV

Night came around and we were all in the tent, warming up with a jar of bluebell flames. Harry and Ron were talking with each other about the Deluminator thing, while Y/N and I were snuggled together with a blanket. I was laying down the back of my head on his chest while he wrapped his arms around me and hugged me tight.

"I've always loved it," He said in my ear. "The fires you always make. Keeps me warm just by thinking of it."

I smiled at him and kissed him. "Thank you, Love. And can I say I love it when you pull me closer when we're sleeping together. And the little kisses you give, including the ones on my neck."
"Yeah, me too." He said. "I need to tell you something."

"Yeah?" I asked.

"Lana and I were thinking about it," He said. "And we think that you, Harry and Ron go to see our uncle Xenophilius."

"But -- but what about you two?" I asked. "Where are you two going?"

Before he could answer, Lana walked in and saw us. "We need to talk," She said.

"All right," Ron said, but Lana ignored him.

"Harry," Lana said to grab his attention. "I think you, Hermione and Ron should go and see Uncle Xeno."

"Sorry?" Harry asked. "What about you and Y/N?"

"That's what I was gonna say next," She said. "Y/N and I talked... and we're going to Numenguard Prison."

"Wait..." I said as I looked at Lana, then to Y/N, and then to her. "You're going to --"

"Yep," She said. "Y/N and I are gonna meet our grandfather... Gellert Grindelwald. He knows the symbol well enough so at the crack of dawn tomorrow, Y/N and I are gonna take Fawkes to get there fast."

"But we don't know where the next Horcrux is," I said. "But I guess, you going to meet him would be a good thing to know about it."

"I think Lana's right," Ron said. "I think us three ought to go and see Lovegood."

We all agreed on it and we all went to bed. Before Y/N and I went to bed, I laid on top of him, shared a kiss with him for a few minutes and we hugged each other before heading off to sleep.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The next morning, Y/N and Lana were getting everything ready for Numenguard and I was helping Y/N get his supplies ready. But I kept checking if he had everything before they left.

"Do you both have enough water?" I asked.

"Yep." Y/N said.

"Enough clothes to keep you both warm?"

"Yes." Lana said.

"Your wands?" I finally asked.

"Yes, Hermione," Y/N said as he placed his hand on my cheek. "We have everything, we doubled-checked, triple-checked and even quadruple-checked. We have everything, no need to be worried."

"I know, I know," I said to him. "It's just I don't know if I can handle going there without you. You're my fiance now, I have more reason to worry. I love you too much."

"And I love you more," He said, calming me down with a kiss and looking at his sister. "We'll be back as soon as humanly possible. I told you I don't want to live another day without you."

I smiled and reached in to kiss him. After we did, I walked to Lana and hugged her and she returned it as she rubbed my back.

"We will be back soon," Lana said reassuringly. "I want to make sure the bride and groom are there on the wedding day."

"Of course," I chuckled. "You still want to plan it, yes?"

"Hell yes, I do." Lana smirked as Y/N summoned Fawkes. As Fawkes flew through the air, I kissed Y/N one last time and said, "Come back to me."

He kissed me back and replied, "Always will, Love,". He and Lana took hold of Fawkes' talons as a burst of white light emanated from them as they disappeared off to Nurmengard. A few hours after they left, the three of us decided to apparate to Xenophilius, who would be my uncle-in-law soon. I knew the name, "The Rookery" and soon enough, we arrived a few meters away from the rook-shaped home.

"Luna should be home for the holidays," Ron said. "And from I heard from some of the Order, Anne should be there too. Xenophilius is supposed to take care of her while Addison deals with the Death Eaters there." That gave me a bit of relief that she was safe. Maybe if we did see her, maybe I can ask if she wants to be adopted by Y/N and I.

As we arrived at the entrance, the sign was nailed to the door reading out, "THE QUIBBLER. EDITOR: X. LOVEGOOD." I knocked on the door three times while Ron said, "Keep off the dirigible plums." Harry and I looked at him with confusion as he pointed to a sign with the same warning. Just then the door opened to reveal the same man I met a few months, just barefoot and seemed busy with something else.

"What is it?" He asked me.

"Who are you?" He asked Ron.

"What do you want --" He then asked Harry, but he watched in shock as he saw him.

"Hello, Mr. Lovegood," Harry said. "I'm Harry Potter. We're friends of your niece and nephew, met you a few months back?"

Mr. Lovegood didn't say anything. His eyes drifted to Harry's scar. "Would it be okay if we came in? It won't take long, sir. I promise."

Mr. Lovegood nodded, but not before noticing the ring on my left ring finger. As he let us in, we saw all of what the Rookery has to offer. Quibbler copies were hung on the wall as a wooden printing press was in the center of the room, chugging out new copies as we spoke.

"Excuse me," Mr. Lovegood said as he ushered us on some seats. "I'm very sorry about that. I've been very on edge with the Quibbler recently as you can see." He was right, loads of issues were hiding in every nook in the room. Some notable ones were:

MUGGLE MURDERS RISE, DOZENS DIE AS DEATH EATERS ATTACK.

HARRY IN HIDING, WHERE IS THE CHOSEN ONE?

LOVEGOOD TWINS WANTED FOR MURDER OF DOLORES UMBRIDGE.

YOU-KNOW-WHO CLAIMS ANOTHER VICTIM: QUIDDITCH WORLD CUP CANCELLED AMID DEATH THREATS.

"I've heard of my niece and nephew for that murder," Mr. Lovegood said. "My dear Luna told me about that Umbridge woman. Suffice to say, I am glad she is longer here. Which brings me to ask, if you don't mind, Mrs. Granger," He said as he turned to me. "Where did you get that ring from? It looks very familiar..."

"Oh, yes," I said as I fidgeted with the ring. "Y/N proposed to me. He said this was the ring your brother gave to Addison all those years ago. And I said yes, of course."

Mr. Lovegood shone a small smile. "Ah, my brother, the romantic," He said sadly. "Not a day goes by that I don't think of him. But I congratulate you and my nephew on your engagement. My most humble regards. So what brings you all here?" He asked us.

"Well, sir," Harry began. "We need some help."

"Ah, help, I see," Mr. Lovegood said as he cleared away some things. "Yes, well, the thing is, helping Harry Potter, rather dangerous these days..."

"Aren't you the one who keeps telling everyone it's their first duty to help Harry?" Ron asked him.

"I have expressed that view, yes. In the past. Would you excuse me one moment. I shall return shortly and, um, try to help you..." Lovegood then rose from his seat and dashed from the room in a hurry.

"What's going on here?" Harry asked.

"He's mental," Ron said. "Let's face it. Luna's always good value, but she's nutty as squirrel poo."

"Ronald, The Lovegoods are a unique family," I defended. "And now, come to think of it, they will be my in-laws soon enough." But something caught my eye as I looked at the wall.

"Do you see that?" I asked the boys.

"Well, yeah, of course,' Ron said. "It's massive, isn't it?" He went to go near it, but I stopped him and Harry from going near it.

"No! Don't go near it!" I said as they stopped. "It's an Erumpent horn. It's a Class B Tradeable Material. Y/N told me about them in 3rd year. It's in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, page 28. The Ministry of Magic classification is XXXX."

(A/N: I actually looked in my copy of it to find this. Just to show Hermione was indeed interested in Magical Creatures.)

I didn't need to be a Legilimens to know they're thinking I'm mental.

"Yeah, all right," Ron said as Mr. Lovegood returned with a tray with four cups.

"May I offer you all an infusion of Grudyroots?" He asked us. "We make it ourselves." Now that I think of it, I didn't see Luna or Anne anywhere. Where could they be?

"Where are Luna and Anne, sir?" I asked. "I remember you were caring for Anne when she was not at Hogwarts?"

"The girls?" Mr. Lovegood asked. "Oh, yes, they'll be right along. Now how can I help you, Mr. Potter?"

"Well, sir," Harry said. "it's about something you were wearing around your neck at the wedding. A symbol..."

"You mean this?" Mr. Lovegood said as he removed his pendent to reveal the same symbol plagued everywhere.

"Yes! Exactly. What we wondered, sir, is, well, what is it?" Harry asked.

"What is it? Well, it's the sign of the Deathly Hallows, of course."

"The what?" We all asked.

Lana POV

We appeared in a library of sorts with a window overlooking the mountains. The mountains looked jagged, as if something blew it up.

"I see you saw what Aurelius did many years ago," A voice called to us as we rapidly turned to find an older man staring at us. He had white hair and mismatched colored eyes. He also wore an overcoat and a small smile on his face. "I've been expecting you both to come." The man said as he walked around the room and looked down. "I assume you know of me and how I am related to you both?"

"You're Gellert Grindelwald," I said confidently. "And we are your grandchildren."

"How correct you are," Grindelwald said as he walked down the stairs.

"It is a pleasure to get to see my grandchildren, Y/N and Lana for the first time in my life."

"How do you know our names?" Y/N asked as Grindelwald approached us.
"I told you, I've been expecting you," Grindelwald answered. "I do apologize, you have to suffer due to my actions many, many years ago. I do regret them so much. I took so many lives, all in a so-called spirit, 'For the Greater Good.' What nonsense that was."

"Gellert?" Someone in a French accent said through the walls. "Who is there? Albus hasn't visited in years and --" A older woman walked around the corner, laid her eyes on us and gasped. "Are they --"

"Indeed they are, Vinda," Grindelwald said with a small smile. "Our grandchildren."

Vinda broke into a small smile and came over to us to see us clearly. "My goodness." She said. "How did they get here?"

"With Fawkes," I answered.

"How is Albus?" She asked. "He hasn't visited in quite some time."

"You don't know?" Y/N asked.
"Know what?" Grindelwald asked.

"About him," I said. "He... Albus Dumbledore was killed a few months ago."

The two looked at us in shock. "Albus..." Grindelwald began. "He's dead?"

"Yes, Severus Snape killed him," Y/N answered as Grindelwald swore.

"This hurts more now," he said. "Albus and I... we were like brothers... more than brothers. Knowing he's dead pains me."

He ushered us to sit as he had done himself. "We came here to ask.." Y/N said. "What do you know about this symbol?" He took out the journals and placed them all to show it to him.

"The Deathly Hallows," Grindelwald said. "Doesn't that bring memories. Albus and I searched for them before our split. We heard of them from the Three Brothers and sought out to find them."

"Really?" we both asked him.

"Indeed," He answered. "If I may recall the story..."

There were once three brothers who were traveling along a lonely, winding road at twilight. In time, the brothers reached a river too treacherous to pass...

But being learned in the magical arts, the three brothers simply waved their wands and made a bridge. They were halfway across it when they found their path blocked by a hooded figure.

It was Death and he felt cheated, for travelers usually drowned in the river. But Death was cunning. He granted each brother a wish for their cleverness. The oldest, who was a combative man, asked for a wand more powerful than any in existence. So Death fashioned one from an elder tree on the banks of the river.

The second brother, who was an arrogant man, asked for the power to recall others from Death. So Death plucked a stone from the river.

Finally Death turned to the third brother. A humble man, he asked for something that would make him disappear. And so it was that Death handed over his own Cloak of Invisibility. Death then stepped aside and the brothers went their separate ways...

The first brother traveled to a distant village where, with Elder Wand in hand, he killed a wizard with whom he had once quarreled. Proceeding to an Inn, he bragged of his invincibility. But that very night...

... another wizard crept upon him as he lay sleeping. He took the Elder Wand... and slit the brother's throat for good measure. And so Death took the first brother for his own...

Meanwhile, the second brother journeyed to his home, where he took out the stone and turned it thrice in hand. To his delight, the girl he had once hoped to marry before her untimely death appeared before him. Yet soon she turned sad and cold, for she did not belong in the mortal world. Driven mad with hopeless longing, the second brother killed himself so as to join her. And so Death took the second brother...

As for the third brother, Death searched for many years but was never able to find him. Only when he had attained a great age did the youngest brother shed the Cloak of Invisibility and give it to his son. He then greeted Death as an old friend and went with him gladly, departing this life as equals.

As Grindelwald finished, Vinda brought tea for us. They must have not had company for many, many years. "Albus and I, as I said, we sought out for the Hollows," Grindelwald said as he took a piece of parchment and a quill. "The Elder wand..."

He drew a straight line on the parchment, and then a circle around it. "The Resurrection Stone..." and then enclosed it in a triangle. "And the Cloak of Invisibility. Together... they make one master of Death. But I had only found one..."

"The Elder Wand," We said as he looked at us.

"Unfortunately, that is no longer in my possession," Grindelwald said. "Albus took that rightfully from me after our duel in 1945."

"Wait..." Y/N said. "The Elder Wand was under our noses the whole damn time?"

"Yes, it was," Grindelwald said. "Dumbledore has it, does he not?"

"It's in his coffin," Y/N said. "I know, because I put it in there."

"Then no-one must know about its whereabouts --" Grindelwald was interrupted as a few whooshes came around from the corridor. "We don't have any unexpected guests, do we?" He said without looking back.

"We didn't come with anyone," I said.

"No matter," Grindelwald said as he rose with Vinda. "You must leave. Now. If it is Tom, then we will not tell him anything. It was a pleasure to meet you both. And I am very proud you did not turn like me."

"Regardless, we both are," Vinda said with a hug to both of us. "Make us prouder and defeat him."

We both smiled as Fawkes flew and apparated us away. Through the dark shadow and distance we covered, we could hear what was going on.

"Tell me..."

"Tell me, Grindelwald..."

"Ah, Tom. I knew you would come one day. But surely, I no longer have what you seek."

"Tell me, Grindelwald..."

"Tell me where it is."

"Hehe."

"Tell me. Who possesses it?"

"The Elder Wand. I will never tell you where."

"Of course... Dumbledore..."

The last thing we heard...would haunt us for the next few moments.

"Avada Kedavra!"

Gellert Grindelwald and Vinda Roiser knew no more.

Voldemort killed them.

Harry POV

"Mr. Lovegood," Hermione said. "does the Peverell family have anything to do with the Deathly Hallows? That was the name on the grave with the mark on it in Godric's Hollow. Ignotus Peverell."

"Ignotus and his brothers Cadmus and Antioch are thought to be the original owners of the Hallows and therefore the inspiration for the story." Mr. Lovegood said to us as he looked at the tea kettle. "Ah, but your tea's grown cold. Excuse me, I'll be right back." He rushed back into the kitchen as we all looked at each other.

"Let's get out of here once he's back. I'm not touching this stuff, hot or cold." Ron said.

But I was lost in thought. "Which one would you choose if you could?" I asked. "Of the Deathly Hallows?"

"It's obvious, isn't it?" Hermione said.

"The Wand," Ron said.
"The Cloak," She answered.

"The Stone," I said as they looked at me.

"You're supposed to say the Cloak, but who wants to spend all day being invisible. Dead boring if you ask me. But an unbeatable wand!" Ron said.
"Its owner grew drunk with power and was murdered," Hermione said. "And if Grindelwald was the thief, Addison, Y/N and Lana may have a right to the Elder Wand."

"Yeah, but imagine what a short wicked life you'd lead." Ron added.

"Why the Stone, Harry?" Hermione asked me.
""Well, you could bring people back, couldn't you? Mad-Eye. Dumbledore. Sirius. Anybody." I answered.

"But according to the story," Hermione said. "They don't want to come back. It's all rubbish anyway. There's no such thing as the Deathly Hallows."

"But I have one," I said. "The Invisibility Cloak my father left me."

"There have always been cloaks --" Hermione said before being interrupted by Ron.

"Not like Harry's," Ron said. "to bring home the ones the Ministry confiscated from petty thieves and the like. They always got holes or tears. Harry's is different. It's perfect."

"And I think I've actually held the Resurrection Stone in my hands," I said. "that night in Dumbledore's office when he showed us the ring he'd destroyed, the Horcrux. It had a symbol on it. Now I think it was the mark of the Hallows."

Mr. Lovegood came back with the tea and handed it to us, a little nervously, I might add. His hands were shaking...

"Mr. Lovegood, thank you, sir --" Hermione said.

"You forgot the water." Ron said bluntly.

"The water?" he asked.

"For the tea?" Ron asked.

"Did, didn't I?" Mr. Lovegood said. "How silly of me."

"No matter, sir," Hermione said as she stood up. "We really ought to go..."

"No, you mustn't!"

"You're my only hope," He confessed. "They were angry, you see, about what I'd been writing, so they took them. They took my Luna..."

"And Anne," Hermione said as her voice cracked for a moment.

"But it's really you they want..." He said to me.

"Who took them?" I asked worriedly.

"Him..." he said. "I didn't want to give them, but they gave me no choice... Surely you call him You-Know-Who. But his real name of course is..."

"Voldemort."

"No!" Ron yelled as figures appeared in the sky and ropes of light struck inside the home as we all hit the floor running. The printing press exploded, raining Quibbler copies everywhere, but Mr. Lovegood didn't signal them. Instead, he ducked to us.

"I know you will save them," He said to us. "I reckon I should throw them off for what they did to my brother. Be brave like him, Addison and the twins. Please find them..." he then walked away and lead them off.

"Ron, Harry!" Hermione yelled. "Take my hand!" We managed to grab hold of her hand before Ron took the teapot and threw it on the Erumpent horn, causing it to explode as we apparated away.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Moments later, we arrived in a clearing and had a rough landing on the ground. I groaned as I sat up and Ron was looking around. "That treacherous old bleeder! Is there no one we can trust!?"

"They've kidnapped Luna because he supported me," I said. "He was just desperate."

But Hermione was hyperventilating. "They took Anne... They took Anne... cause of Y/N. They want to lead us to them."

"Hermione, they should be back from Numenguard right?" I said. "Y/N's gonna be pissed and Lana will be too."

"I'll do the enchantments," Ron said as he rose his wand, but realized who was watching us.

Snatchers. And one of them was the one from the Ministry. Scabior.

"Hello, beautiful," Scabior said to Hermione.

Just then, another burst of light appeared in between us and the Snatchers, revealing Y/N and Lana with Fawkes before the phoenix disappeared.

"Son of a bitch," Y/N scowled as he removed his wand and his dagger as the Snatchers backed away. The twins sent a couple of spells towards the Snatchers as they ran to us and teleported away from them. Since both were tired, we could only apparate a few miles away from them.

As Y/N took Hermione and I, he fell down and his face began to morph as Hermione got the idea. She pointed her wand at me and shot a spell to my face as I fell and my face became blotched and morphed. I fell unconscious for a moment with another strange dream until I woke up.

"They exist," I said. "The Hallows."

"About fucking time, mate," An Irish voice said next to me as I turned to find a bloke with curly brown hair and no recognizable features.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"Really?" The bloke said. "Did Hermione's spell hit you that hard!?" He leaned in and his face morphed again to a familiar one.

"Y/N?!" I said.
"Not that loud!" He said in his English accent. "They know my face, so Lana and I changed mine to hide."

"From who?" I asked.

And now my question was answered.

A one-eyed Fenrir Greyback walked to us as Y/N's face changed again. He shoved Ron to the ground and stripped us of the wands. However, as Fenrir got to Hermione, he felt her as Y/N got the urge to stab him in his other eye.

"Don't you fucking touch her!" He yelled, but Fenrir punched him in the face and continued to punch him.

"Stop it!" Hermione yelled.

"Your boyfriend will get worse than that if he doesn't behave, lovely," Scabior said as he turned to me. "What happened to you, ugly?"

"You're the ones that are fucking ugly in the first place!" Y/N yelled at them.

"What's your name?" I felt the lumps on my face as he stared me down.

"Dudley." I said. "Vernon Dudley."

"Check the list," Scabior said. "And you, ginger?"

"Stan Shunpike," Ron said.

"Like 'ell you are," Scabior scoffed. "We know skinny Stan. Try again."

"Weasley," Ron croaked. "Barney Weasley."

"Weasley, eh?" He scoffed once more. "Wouldn't be related to that blood traitor Arthur Weasley, would you?"

"Piss off!" Ron yelled. Arthur Weasley's ten times the wizard you are!"

"Worth ten times you if I can find him. Wasn't you that tipped him off, was it?" He said before turning to Hermione. "How 'bout you, lovely? What do they call you...?"

"Penelope Clearwater," She said. "Half-blood." Scabior stroked the nape of Hermione's neck and smelled her. "You smell like vanilla, Penelope," He said. "I think you'll be my favorite."

"Well, now I know who I'll kill next," Y/N said loudly to him as Scabior turned to find him free from his bonds and so was Lana.

"Hey, Fenrir fucking Greyback!" Lana yelled. "Remember us, you son of a ugly bitch!?"

"How am I supposed to remember you?" Greyback growled. "Never seen you both in my life?"

Y/N grinned. "Well now, you do," His face morphed again and so did Lana's. As Fenrir got a good look, he growled again before Y/N muttered, "Argentum Faucibus." Fenrir advanced to Y/N, ready to kill him, but fell as he got closer to him. Lana watched him and kicked him in the head as he scratched his skin with the other Snatchers.

"You're all mostly werewolves right?" Y/N asked. "What I just did was make anyone not a werewolf taste like silver. You can't bite us or come closer to us. As this piece of shit just did, he's suffering now. Akin to an allergen. And just so you know... there's no countercurse. Cause we invented it."

"Then perhaps anyone else can take you," a voice said as we looked and saw Nathan Rosier creeping and peeping as the werewolves were still in pain. "Stupefy!" He cried towards all of us as Y/N and Lana were knocked out cold and the rest of us were too.

"The Dark Lord will be very pleased." He grinned as I blacked out.
