Camp Part One
The son was setting and soon Vanzilla stopped on an abandoned road surrounded by forest.
"Mom..Is everything okay?" Lori asked.
"Everything is fine. I just stopped so we can camp for the night." Rita said.
"But what if there's any of those things out there?" Lola asked.
"We'll take turns keeping watch as the others sleep for the night. Come on..we need to rest and eat something." Rita said as she exited the van followed by everyone else. So far, they lost one person yet they knew at any moment this could change. Things were so dangerous now and it didn't help that they were being hunted by any number of things walking or in some cases sniffing around.
"Lincoln...Do you think that things will go back to normal?" Clyde asked.
"Yes. Lisa could make a cure...if none of my sisters kill her to make her pay for what she caused. I don't know what to do to make the others give up revenge against her and focus on letting her start an cure to stop all this madness." Lincoln said.
"Must be hard. But I'm a little afraid about what's going to happen to the people changed into those things out there. Don't get me wrong a cure is great, but I'm still going to be alone since my parents..." Clyde said before Lincoln hugged him.
"It'll okay. You can live with us once this whole mess is over." Lincoln said as Clyde started to hug back just as the Loud sisters were busy setting things up for the night. Bobby was hunting for food with Ronnie Anne while Rita was sitting on the side thinking of her husband and father.
I wish that they were still with me.
Rita was taken out of her thoughts when Lisa sat down next to her and sighed.
"Lisa...What are you doing here?" Rita asked.
"The others don't want me around and they keep blaming me for dad's death." Lisa said.
"What? Your father's death wasn't your fault." Rita said.
"Is it? I created this whole thing and caused multiple deaths. Deaths that are on my hands. I always thought that I was going to change the world and I accomplished it in the worst possible way." Lisa said.
"Listen Lisa, you're not to blame for what happened. And you're not responsible for all of those deaths especially not your fathers." Rita said causing Lisa to hug her. Rita slowly smoothed her daughter's back and vowed to talk to her daughters. They shouldn't blame everything on their sister because if they fall apart now...
None of them will survive without her there.
