The doctor was staring in shock when the one called govoner came out of the dresser  he had dirty blonde Hair and hazel eyes and was dressed like a biker (always wanted to dress like a biker) the govoner spoke " how is this posible i was lead to believe bessie was the last of its kind (any pjo fans comment if u get the bessie reference) unless " he looked directly at the doctor "impossible a time lord here how is this even posible " he looks at the doctor closely "Hmm how unless youre the one they mentioned the unpredictable one what was youre name the dictator no That's not it the doctor That's it "  he starts moving examining the doctor " not exactly what i expected but cant always get what we want can we " he stopped moving  and looked around " nice design on the ship though doc but I prefer old Bessies design any day " he moved back to the dresser "sorry to shock and run but I have a appointment with a friendly lion something about a witch in a small dimension and four human kids "before the doctor could reply the govoner and his companion got back in their ship and disappeared
