𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐃𝐑𝐀𝐆𝐎𝐍 𝐀𝐑𝐌𝐘

Grimmel's airship hovers over the sprawling armada, flankedby the swirling cloud of dragons. Below, dragons are being loaded into cages. Cloudjumper,Skullcrusher, and Grump are among them. Agitated, they snarl at the prodding soldiers. "Watch yourselves!" A soldier jabs Cloudjumper with a spear. "Move it!" Cloudjumper growls, threatening to attack. Above him,Toothless sees this and roars at him. Then, with you still in Grimmel's harpoon sights, Toothless barks acommand: "Just do as they say." "That's right, Alpha. No surprises." grimmel says. Cloudjumper begrudgingly complies but swats the soldierwith his tail as he resigns himself to the cage. More dragons land and are forced into cells.

Dressed in dragon armor, the Gang peers over the cliff's edge at the armada far, far below. Their wing-suit flaps areunfurled. Ruffnut gestures to hers, incredulous. "So... jump off the cliff? In these?That's the best you got?!" she says, and hiccup turns to her. "No. You guys are the best I've got." tuffnut smiles and starts a sentence, but his sister cuts him off, and he glares at her, indignant. "Ruffnut! That was my line." hiccup's voice bullets over their bickering, and they leap in turn, spreading their wings andgliding through the air. Grimmel throws a lever, lowering Toothless to the deck below.He struggles in the net, yowling back at you. The soldiers prepare to receive Toothless as he thrashes withincreasing intensity. Toothless roars at the soldiers that surround him. They jumparound, nervously brandishing spears. Grimmel chuckles.

"Aw, you didn't think I'd hand you the Night Fury?" the white-haired man pauses and then smirks. "He's mine to kill." Griselda growls, "That snake." 

"I intend to finish what I started.Best of luck controlling themwithout an alpha." Hiccup calls, "HOLD ON, TOOTHLESS!" and his dragon's s head suddenly turns, looking hopeful. Grimmelturns, alarmed. He spots a distant speck through the clouds that encircle New Berk, hurtling toward him. Five others appear, furtherstill. Hiccup, gliding from the heights of the toweringisland, wings extended. Astrid and the Gang follow screaming battle cries. The Twins collide sloppily. Tuffnut clingsdesperately to Ruffnut as she kicks him. Snotlout weaves, wildly out of control. Fishlegs flaps his little wing-suit flaps, trying to stayaloft with the extra weight of Fishmeat in his backpack. Grimmel whirls the mounted harpoon cannon, aiming at thesquadron. But before he can line up the shot, Hiccup careensinto him, knocking Grimmel from his position on the airshiparm, sending him flying as the cannon spins on its gimbal.

Grimmel tumbles mid-air and grabs a rigging line, graspingdesperately as it breaks his fall, leaving him swinging. "Toothless!" Toothless lights up delighted. He roars to dragons: "NOW!" Thedragons break away from the soldiers below, taking to theair; on his command, Cloudjumper, Skullcrusher, and Grumprace back toward the island. Hiccup collides with a billowing sail, cushioning his impact.He sinks his dagger into the canvas. It tears as his weight pulls him down toward the deck below. Astrid and the Gang stick polished landings alongside him. "Perfect timing!" he calls and smiles. A hoard of soldiers rushes toward the group as they form behind Hiccup. Except for Snotlout, who is danglingfrom the rafters by his cape again. "Game faces!" hiccup asks, and only shoutout answers with words saying, "Yeah! What are you waiting for? Getin there!" The gang draws weapons and charges into the fray, meeting thesoldiers head-on.

Above them, Toothless struggles against the net that holdshim, ripping his muzzle apart with a ROAR. GRIMMEL looksdown, suddenly concerned, as Toothless aims. Grimmelleaps out of the way as Toothless' blast destroys one of theairship's arms, sending it spiraling. Grimmel clings to thefalling airship and whistles a command to his Deathgrippers. Below, Astrid battles a soldier on a gangway. He dodges herblow and corners her, raising his sword for the kill, when... "Heads up!" ... Hiccup cuts a nearby rigging line, releasing a sail boomthat sweeps through and sends the soldier flying off thegangway. Astrid beams at Hiccup. "thanks," she says, then look up and yells, "Look out!" Astrid throws her ax toward Hiccup, who dodges as it whizzespast and takes out a soldier who was about to stab Hiccup. Relieved, Hiccup smiles back at Astrid. "Thanks." In a romantic moment, they approach one another in slow motion. Astrid grabs a canister from Hiccup's belt, bites offthe wax seal, and tosses the gas-spewing canister like agrenade to the deck below. Hiccup lights his Dragon Blade andhurls it into the gas cloud. Soldiers panic and flee as ... KABOOM! A fireball erupts, framing our enamored couple.

Astrid whites for Stormfly and points to Hiccup, then tothe sky. Stormfly swoops in and plucks Hiccup, carrying himtoward... the airship is engulfed in flames, dropping steadily as theDeathgrippers struggle to keep it aloft. A freed Deathgripper rams Stormfly, knocking Hiccup out ofher grasp. Hiccup rolls and dives through the airship'sinferno to get to Toothless... "I'm coming, Toothless!" ... As Grimmel shimmies down the chain to you.  Hetwists a vial of venom into your bridal, subduingyou into obedience. "You still think he cares aboutyou?! Let's see who hefollows." He releases a latch, springing you from your restraint. You fly off, groggy and obedient, carryingGrimmel on your back. Toothless watches, raging and struggling against his ties.Hiccup races to free him. "I'm sorry, bud! For everything!" Just as the flaming airship crashes into the sea, Hiccuppulls the release latch, freeing Toothless.

They explode from the epic splash, pulling a comet trail ofsmoke. The attached Deathgrippers are dragged undersea withthe airship as Hiccup and Toothless tear off in pursuit ofGrimmel and you. "Now, let's go get her!" The remaining Deathgrippers head after them.
