Percy's POV

I woke open from my dreamless sleep with someone's head on my chest and brown hair everywhere. At first, I was tempted to get Riptide, but quickly realized it was the woman I loved, Artemis.

Not wanting this moment to end I closed my eyes falling back asleep with a smile on my face.

I once again woke up with Artemis on my chest but this time she was awake tracing my jawline with her thumb.

When we made eye contact we both smiled and leaned in and kissed not as much as last night, but with equal passion.

"Percy we need to talk about..." Artemis leads on. I look away not able to meet her eyes.

"I don't want you to go," I say truthfully.

"Good." I look down at her in confusion. "I don't want to go back either. I want to stay with you." She says with a smile then starts laughing.

"What's so funny?" I ask with a raised eyebrow.

"Who would have thought that I, Artemis the-how do you say it "man-hating Goddess"-would want to be with a man."

"I certainly never thought you would. And never, ever would have thought it would have been me." I say with a smile that would rival Apollos.

"So does that mean we can go home?"

"Home?"

"Yes, Water Boy. As in Clearwater." She says.

"Alright then. Let's go home."
