Chapter 15 Dilemma
Lace's P.O.V
The green forest surrounded Midnight and me. The dark green vines curling around each tree and free piece of earth. Letting my anger out I stomped on one of the vines that grew too close to me.
"You sure that they'll be alright?" Night asked, worry lining her words. I shrugged.
"Not sure, but we are the ones standing between them and these vines. Their lives depend on us. We've got to help them." I responded. I bucked a few vines near me, "Besides with your magic and my wings we got this."
Night smiled at me before sending an ice blast at a few nearby vines. The green things froze in their tracks before I kicked them; shattering them. Our attack raged on not letting the forest win. My ambition to protect my friends and Night's will to not give up made our plunge into battle fierce. I'll conquer any force that tries to take my friends.

Chilli's POV
Spell doesn't good. Her normal pale gray coat looks sick and messy. I gave a weak smile to Pixel. She returned it with an even more sad smile if it was possible. Then out of the blue she started to laugh.
"Why are you laughing? Spell could be dying for all we know?!" I yelled in worry.
"It's just so funny," Pixel choked out while wiping away a small tear that'd formed, "I mean she moved here what less than a week ago, and we're all out here trying to save her tail. I mean we barely know her!" She exclaimed. Tabby held her hoof to her muzzle to hide her snicker. I grinned and laughed too.
"Guess- y-your.. Right!" I said between my laughing.
Time passed, and no one had returned yet. I started to get antsy. Getting up I began to pace around the small area when Night and Lace arrived.
"Hey, we gotta get this mare up and moving, fast!" Lace yelled before stomping on a nearby vine.
"But Cookie's not back yet! We need water." Tabby said with worriedly. I shook my head. This wasn't good. What are we going to do?
