Robert Stone was worried when he looked over at his son and his guest. His guest, Allie, was fine as she was eating dinner, but his son, Billy, was poking at his spaghetti, which was his favorite food, as he propped himself up with one arm. Robert didn't want to worry Allie, but he knew he needed to ask.

"Billy?"

"What?" His son snapped as he glared right at him, surprising Robert, since he knew that Billy was a quiet, happy and mostly agreeable boy.

"Are you OK?"

"Fine, I'm fine." The boy insisted as he continued poking at his spaghetti.

"So, have you found anything since the medallion?" Allie asked before putting some food in her mouth.

"We actually just found a large library full of old books that you can't find anywhere else. Urban legends, journals, and books that could change the world for the better."

"That's awesome. I'd love to see it some time."

"I'll take you tomorrow." Robert smiled just as the pair heard a crash as the two turned.

"Billy!" Allie screamed as she laid her hand on Billy's shoulder, while he was moaning and holding onto his stomach while laying on the ground before the girl turned to his father, tears running down her cheeks. "What's wrong with him?"

Robert was in shock. He already lost his wife, and he remember when she had been diagnosed with cancer. He could NOT lose his son. He quickly placed Billy on the couch before calling a doctor to get over there.

Allie was holding Billy's hand while the other was wrapped tightly around his waist.

"I-it's gonna be OK, Billy. Your dad is calling for help, then you'll be OK. I promise."

"A-All-Allie." He let out in a painful groan, making Allie hold his hand tighter as she buried her head into the couch just as a man, unrecognizable to the girl came in.

"Who are you?" She asked.

"I'm Doctor Vasquez. I'm here to see Billy Stone."

Allie nodded as she squeezed his hand tightly one more time before leaving as she looked at Robert, who was getting his jacket, due to it being chilly as she got angry.

"Your son is in danger, where are you going?"

"I saw a book while digging up the library about old viruses and sicknesses. Since you traveled back in time with him, I'm wondering if he has a virus."

"No, stay with Billy. I'll go get the book."

Robert nodded as she grabbed a helmet and got on Billy's motorcycle before driving to the dig site.

While she was gone, Doctor Vasquez came out of the room as Robert prepared himself for the worst, asking.

"How is he?"

"It's not good, Robert. He has traces of a extinct snake's venom in his system. The antidote is long gone, and I'd say he had about a week left."

Robert nodded as he refused to let tears run down his face.

"What are the symptoms?"

"Attitude changes, fever ranging in 101 to 105, shakes, burning and stinging pain in the area where the victim is poisoned, hallucinations of the past going differently, dizziness and rashes on the poisoned area."

Robert nodded as Doctor Vasquez started packing up, saying.

"I'm sorry."

Before leaving just as Allie ran in, Robert turning to her.

"Good, you got the right book." He smiled out of nervousness as she asked.

"What did he say?"

"Billy got poisoned by a extinct snake."

"When Cobra was holding him captive over the medallion, he must've poisoned him."

"Wait, when did this happen?" Robert asked, confused as Allie waved him off.

"I'll explain later. Point is, I know what snake it is. The Nightrattle. EXTREMELY deadly when put in your skin, traces can kill you in a few weeks."

"Well, what's the antidote?"

"Olive oil, mint leaves and a ground up Nightrattle's tail."

"How are you gonna get the tail?"

"I have to go back in time again and get it." Allie told him, standing up.

"No, I'll go."

"Someone needs to stay with Billy. Plus, I've gone back in time before, so I know a few people who can help. I'll be back before it gets really bad." She told Robert as she grabbed the medallion, slipping it on her neck before saying. "I'm gonna go say bye to Billy real quick."

Robert nodded as Allie went into the living room, holding Billy's hand as she sighed.

"I know you are in a lot of pain right now, but I'm gonna get you some help. I...I love you." She whispered, kissing his cheek before leaving and saying in front of Robert.

"I wish to go back in time."

Robert could only watch as the girl disappeared in front of him.
