Nicole, Max, Alex and Penny had been friends since they started school. They had stayed by each other for the past 10 years. In two days it would be their graduation day. They were all sitting in Nicole's room talking about what would happen after graduation.

'' What happens if we don't stay in touch?''Penny asked.

'' We are going to stay in touch no matter what.'' Alex replied.

Penny looked up at her friends and smiled. She was o glad that she had made some friends. When she first started going to  school she had no friends. When Nicole, Max and Alex walked up to her she felt like she had finally made some friends.

''Hey guys, look at this.'' Nicole spoke, sitting infront of her laptop.

Max, Alex and Penny all got up off their bean bags and walked over to where Nicole was sat. On Nicole's laptop screen was a page with a news story pasted on it.

Alex read the headline''Teens go missing in the forest''.

''That's the second time teens have gone missing in the forests on the out skirts of town'' Nicole stated.

Penny and Nicole locked eyes. They had lost a friend called Ally to this story. She went out with her boyfriend Michael and they never came back.

''They are now saying that this place is haunted'' Alex read off the laptop screen.

''Let's go find out'' Max stated.

''What?'' the others yelled.

''We could see if the story is real.'' Max reasoned,''we could find Emily and Michael.''

Penny, Nicole and Alex looked at each other before looking back at Max.

''Ok,'' they replied in unison.

''We will go tomorrow after school.'' Max stated.

Penny, Alex and Nicole were all thinking the same thing, what is the worst that could happen if we go during the day.
