Nya POV~
I woke up by Jay shaking my shoulder vividly. As I sat up, I could feel that my body was really warm and sweaty.
I looked at Jay with a concerned face.
"Jay I think I have a fever" I stated in a whisper.
"Yes, I felt your head while you were sleeping, we need to take you to the hospital" Jay stated as he started packing our bags.
I couldn't think straight, my body felt like it was in fire. I slowly got out of bed and went to the guest room where Kai was sleeping. I gently knocked on the door and walked in. I noticed that Kai was still sleeping. I walked over to his bed and gently shook him. As I touched his shoulder he jolted up and looked at me.

Kai POV ~
I sat up quickly once I felt someone touch my shoulder. I look over to see Nya sweating and Jay yelling throughout the house wondering where his wife was.
"Nya are you alright, you look like you are sweating" I asked
"No I have a high fever so Jay is packing our bags then we are going to the hospital" she stated
As soon as she said that, I quickly stood up and gave her a hug. I then walked out of my room and went to go help Jay while Nya went to go take a shower.

Jay POV ~
I started packing as soon as I woke up Nya. After I got Nya bag packed, I looked over at the bed to find that she was gone. There was no time to start looking for her so I started yelling her name as I started to pack my bag. I then heard my bedroom door open wishing it was Nya but as soon as I turned around, it was Kai.
"Hey Kai, do you know where Nya is" I questioned worriedly.
"She jumped in the shower really quick" Kai stated.
"Do you need any help packing" Kai questioned
"No I'm fine but can you help Nya after she's done with her shower" I asked
"Yea sure" Kai started

Nya POV ~
As I was done with my shower I felt a little better but I was shaking. Not because I was cold but because I was scared. I was scared that if I lose this baby, then I won't be able to have any more kids. Me and Jay have had a few conversations in the past about making a family. Jay said that he had always wanted a family with me and honestly I do too.
As I walked in the kitchen to get some food, Kai was already making bacon, eggs, and toast probably knowing that I won't eat until awhile.
"Hey Kai, you didn't have to make this for me" I stated
"No it's fine, I kinda figured that you would be hungry" Kai stated.
I then saw Kai look down at my hands which were shaking. He then walked over to me and calmed me down.
"Hey its going to be ok, we are all going to get through this together ok" he stated.
I then started to cry onto his shoulder as he rubbed my back
"Stupid hormones" I stated as Kai laughed
"Why am I making jokes at this time"i questioned myself.
I then heard someone else walk in the room.
"Well when all hope is lost, a good laugh is all you need to stay positive" Jay stated as he walked into the room.
I then let go of Kai and gave Jay a kiss.
But the I sat down and ate my breakfast.

Yes I was nervous about going to the hospital but I felt in the moment that there was a need to be happy. It's as if God or the baby didn't want me to be upset.

We are now on the way to the hospital as I'm really nervous. We called the hospital before we left and they said to go through the emergency entrance.

At the hospital~
Kai dropped me and Jay at the emergency entrance. Jay helped me walked because I felt warm and really dizzy. We got to the main desk and we told them what we were here for and then they gave us a room.
As soon as were entered the room, Kai was followed right behind us.

Jay POV~
We arrived in the room and there are nurses left to right, hooking Nya up to machines and sticking needles into her arm, giving her antibiotics. I could see the fear in Nyas eyes as they do an ultrasound on her and the baby.
I stood by her side holding her hand and kissing it multiple times.
As they scanned for a heart beat, they couldn't find one.

I could feel Nya's hand shaking within mine. I saw I tear drip from her eye. I wiped away her tear with my free hand and placed a soft kiss on her forhead. We looked back at the doctor to see a concerned face.
"What's wrong" I asked worriedly.
She gave a little pause before answering...
"I am so, so sorry"
