Why isn't Brooke here? We're supposed to ride together. I called her.

"Thank you for calling me.Brooke Ross. If this is one of Austin's friends calling because he didn't awncer call him back. But if this is my bullies I hate you."Her voice mail said.

I sighed. Why won't she just tell me who's bulling her?

"Oww. John stop!!"Brooke yelled. I ran that way.

"Shut up! You know Austin will kill me if he found out that I'm one of your bullies."John growled.

My girlfriend Jaylee stepped up and slapped her. All of my friends by all I mean John,Jaylee,Ben,Troye,Mick,and Killie started to beat her. I was frozen in my spot. Then out of no where a girl came out of no where.

"Let her go!"She growled in a Australin accent. Wow she far from Australia.

"What are you going to do?"Killie asked. The girl ran at her and tackled her to the ground. Then she jumped up.

"Let her go!"She growled. She's about 5/4. She has grey/green eyes. Her long black hair in a emo cut. She has snake bites. She's freaking scary. John dropped Brooke and Brooke ran to me. The girl had them all pressed to the lockers.

"Do you see that girl?"She asked. They all nodded.

"She's like 13. You all are 17. If you ever touch.. No if you even look at her I will be back. You never know where. You've bullied her for 3 years and I'm tried of it. So stop. Got that?"She growled. They all nodded. She walked away and disappeared before Brooke or I could say anything.

I looked over at my 'friends'.

"Jaylee,you and I are done. As for every one else. I'm with the girl. If you touch or even look at Brooke I will kill you." I said.

"Come on Brooke." I said picking her up.

/At home/

I walked in mom and dad where fighting.

"So that's it. Your going to leave me with Austin and Brooke and just up and leave?" Mom yelled/Cried/asked. Dad just looked at her.

"No I'm taking Austin with me you can keep the disappointment Brooke."He said. Right when I said that our older brothers the twins Jake and Dallas.

(A/N they are in college so they won't be in this story a lot but they will be.)

"You did not just call Brooke a disappointment."Dallas said.

Dallas is older by five minutes.

"What are you going to do Dallas?"Rick(A/N There dad.)laugh/asked.

Dallas lunged at Rick. Jake picked up mom who was on the ground crying.

"Pack yours and Brooke's stuff I got moms." He said. I ran upstairs with Brooke who was crying. I put her on the bed. I heard a thud. The house went quite.

"Get out I sware if I find out you went near or if they even see you.I will kill you."Dallas said. The. The door opened and mom,Jake,and Dallas walked into Brooke's room.

"Get in the car. Y'all are living with us." Dallas said.

"Oh honey you don't need to do that. We can find a hotel."Mom said. Jake looked at her.

"Mom your 45. You have a 17 year old son and a 13 year old daughter. Your also in hiding from a ex-husband who is out to hurt you and Brooke. You need someone with you at all times. Even if Dallas and I have to go to work our roommate Zak will protect you. We've already talked to him. He dosent care."Jake said. Mom started to cry.

"I love you guys."She cried hugging us. She looked at Brooke.

"Honey about what your dad said. Your not a disappointment you are my baby girl.Your brothers,our family and friends,and I love you."She said. Brooke looked at us. We all hugged.

"It's late and it's been a long day. Everyone bed now."Mom demanded.

"I'm going to stay with mom. Dallas,Austin watch out for Brooke."Jake said. We nodded. Jake and mom walked out.

"Goodnight guys."Brooke said.

"Night Brooke."Dallas said.

"Night sis."I said.

I was laying there then finally darkness to over me......
