Backstory: Ichiro Sasaki, the Long Descendant of Goku, is a growing saiyan who has yet to achieve his full potential.  His mother, Hanako Sasaki, along with the rest of his bloodline, has perished to the evil Granolah and his army of angels. Ichiro has deprived himself of defeating Granolah, and in hopes of doing that, he joins the time patrol. Although never meeting goku face to face bc of his passing in age 725 (now age 868 in current timeline), Ichiro tends to want to live up to Goku's legacy and strives to be like him.
