"Good work everyone! Since this is the first day of the release we can celebrate later. Also Lu-Lu!"

"Yes sir L.Y?"
"Check some bookstore if the book was displayed. Mina will come with you."
"Yes sir!"
"And cat! Go to our bookstore and check if the new book was displayed. Marco was not at the shop right now. Please help Sammy."
"Okay!"

Its been a week after Yuan finished 2 books. The first one was released today and Lu-Lu is so excited since its her first personal work. She's been smiling all day that everyone of us feels happy for her. While the manuscript that Yuan gave me, still don't have any titles. although the corrections are already complete. I always ask Yuan about it but he was asking me too if I can suggest any title.

So the release was quite delayed. Yuan even asked me if its okay if the book that Lulu managed can be published first.  Its okay for me since I have also this manuscript to be worked on.

After the meeting, I saw yuan gone back to his seat. he closed his eyes and let the sunshine falls into his bare skin. I was looking at him while admiring how cool and how peaceful he is. 
It feels like he doesn't have any problem going on in his mind. Before I knew it I lean on my hands as I looked at him. How come a guy like him whose very kind and very handsome encounter such problem in life.

I wish I was there by his side when he was in his most down moment. I wish it was me who encountered him and dated him. I won't be persuaded by his mother or left him down there all alone. 

"I told you to go to the store Cat! Quit starring at me."

While I heard him talk, I saw his eyes slowly opened up, and directly looked at me. We still have this eye to eye encounter that make me nervous.  I couldn't answer him and just stare at him.
Then he closed his eyes again and tell me something I can't even imagine that he will say.

"You can look at me all you want later after the store closed. I'll just sleep here and rest. I am tired. I'll feed you later with meat."

My eyes almost pop out. He will let me stare? What is he an artwork? I started packing up somethings and stand up to go to store. But before I go out I peak at his face once again. I saw him...... I saw him smile.
Those smile that I once saw when I met him. That smile without bitterness and sadness. I smiled widely as I go to the shop. 

When I got to the shop there is a ton of people ordering and reading there. I saw Sammy panicking because of the people. I hurriedly got to the counter to get their orders and get the payments. When Sammy saw me he mostly calmed down. 

"That was a ton of people!! Why did Marco have his off right now." Sammy complained.
"Yuan said there is an emergency! I thought you know about it."

I looked at Sammy and saw him sigh. I think he's just worried about his friend. I looked at the reading corner and the new books are popular! 

"These people are people who Yuan helped once."
"Help?"

He just nodded and point to a woman that is reading Yuan's book.

"that woman was almost hit by a car. Yuan helped her and give her Yuan's book. Then she just visits here and reads regularly."

I looked at the woman he pointed out. She was cute. She has this long black hair that matches the shaped of her face. She has this calm vibe that make her shine even while reading.

"Here gave this Orange juice to her tell her its on house."

Sammy gave me a glass of juice told me to gave it to her. As I walk towards her I saw her reading Yuan's book. When I placed the juice in front of her she looked at me and smiled. WOW! SHE REALLY IS BEAUTIFUL!

"Thanks!"
"Oh that one is on house."
"Thank Sammy for me then!"

I looked at her as she continue reading. 
She really is someone whose beauty is hidden. She didn't even wear any makeup! She just pure simple. Its already afternoon when I get back to the counter and saw Yuan entering the store.

"Boss is there any problem?" Sammy asked.
"No, just gonna meet someone."

He looked at me and then raised his hand as a sign pf saying high. But what really shocked me is that I saw him smiled for the second time today!. Is it my lucky day? I smiled at him as he walked towards me. When he came near he lean towards me while smiling teasingly. 

"Don't smile like that. You look like an idiot."

Then he walks towards the lady in the reading section.
He sit there and they talk something I don't understand. I was looking at Yuan while he smile at her. They both laugh, giggle and smiled at the same time.  I wanna gossip. I secretly walks towards them while pouting but before I came near them Sammy catches me and brings me back to the counter.

Its almost evening when they get up from there. It seems that Its time for them to go home. RIGHT JUST GO HOME. 

"I'll wait outside then." Then lady said.
"Okay."

What! They already talk inside. They'll be together outside too?
No NO NO NO NOOOO!!!! When I heard that I quickly get my bag and ready to go outside.

"Cat, help Sammy close the store. Make sure that everything is okay before you go home."

"WHAT!.. I mean.. okay...."

I just bitterly frowned and put my bag back to where it is.
I looked at him as he walked outside the store. 
Okay Shen Yu! Lets focus on work! Don't think about romance.

"All doors Lock Sammy!"
"Alright time to go home! Shall we have dinner together? I'm kin of hungry."
"I lived far away from here so I might be late for the bus."

After we closed the store I rushed back home to get my reward. But while I was excitedly going home I stopped and frowned. Right... Yuan is with that girl. There might not be anyone back home. I sigh deeply then go to a convenience store to buy some foods. 
When I got home I put the foods I bought on the table. I entered my room to change my clothes and when I got out I saw Yuan holding a pot while glaring to the foods I brought. 

"I might kick them out of the house you won't take them away.."

I stared at him for a few minutes before I reacted. He once again glared at me and looked at the fridge giving me a sign to put them there. When I opened the fridge I smiled and feel excited. I thought he won't be here for dinner. I thought he won't keep his promise this morning to me.

I went back to the table and sat there waiting for him so we can eat together. I stared at him dreamily while imagining many things. I smiled like an idiot while I look at him.
The moment we done eating he sit next to the window. Like how I saw him this morning, he was like an artwork that captures my eyes. The light that the moon struck down where shining on his face. 

I came a little closer to see his looks more nearer. Those fine closed eyes, long eyebrows, pointed nose and the little bit sadness in his looks makes me want to hug him.
I sat near to him as I looked at him.

"I know I promised you that you can look on me more. But.. isn't it quite.. awkward.."

He opened his eyes and looked directly towards me.
The moment our eyes met, I whispered silently.

"I like how you look at me, I don't want you to look like this to others."
"Huh?"
"Nothing!"

I stopped looking at him when my phone rang.
Its the dog. I stepped a bit far as I answer it.

"Hey Ren. Its already late. What do you want." 

"SHEN YU!! YOU WORK FOR A PUBLISHING HOUSE RIGHT?"
"Hey don't shout. And yes I do. why?"

"FOUND A BOOK! AND ITS FREAKING ABOUT YOU!"
