Yuan**

Whenever I sat near my window I look far away,
Are they okay? Were they sad without me.
That time that I got my self in trouble, an idea came to me.

What will they do if I am gone.
I ask too many questions that I didn't know if I can get a nice answer.
 I thought they might look for me and show me care once again.
For the past days I linger near our house and my rented place. But no one check if I am fine.
The only one I saw near the house is the cat. she left messages for me that I secretly read
.For a month I was there walking back and forth. But there is no clues that my family looks for me. Until I ask the landlady to put the apartment on least.

I am desperate for their attention. The Mom that I once have, The dad that I loved so much and the brother who is there for me.
But days past no one ask for me. The next thing I know is that they hold a funeral for me.
Rumors that I killed myself and my brother who pursue the girl I once loved.
I don't believe in rumors that's why I linger a little longer. Until a girl came to our house with a dazzling dress came.
I know who she is. I missed her.. When I tried to come near her she called Ren on her phone.
When Ren told her that I was gone I heard Yu and Ren talking.

"Who is she?"
"My girlfriend."

At that time, I felt killed with words. I slowly turn my back to that home and didn't even tried to looked back.
I was hurt, not just my dad and mom. But also with the most trusted brother I have. I was betrayed.
I don't have anyone. I hate them to make me feel like this. I got to the point that my hatred can't be justified anymore that I don't need to tell them I am alive. For the past year I wrote books, Books about me and them.

"Yuan! There is someone on the phone. She said, she bought the last copy of the books that shouldn't be for sale."
"What does she want?"
"I don't know I told her I can pay the refund but she didn't want the money and ask to meet you instead."

She gave the phone to me to talk to the customer. Then she gone out to look for Sam.
Sam is one of our staff. After I got into an accident a year ago I struggle big time to go away from home.
Then I met Mina who once took me for a strange cause. Her life is almost the same as mine so I found a companion from her. Then when my first book released, we established an office and a little business. And Sam is a student that we hired in the process.

"Hello? This is L .Y"
 "Hello! Mr. L .Y! This is Shen Yu from MRPublishing! I have the last copy of your book. Can we talk tomorrow as an alternative of the refund? I promise I will bring the book back to the store."

The cat has found me huh, I know that she had the books.
 Its me who sold it to her. Yes. The store that she is visiting for sometime is mine.
I also saw him on the streets on the 1st year anniversary of my death trying to take her life once again. That time I got a little Deja vu from what happen 1 year ago.
When I saw her I want to hug her as I see her eyes with tears falling out. I want to tell her that I am here.
But I can't. I am afraid of being contact with people of the past. So I tried to run as fast as I can so she can't see me. I thought that, that will be our last encounter.
But I almost slip out when I saw her in the store. She seems shocked too. I thought she would figure it out but I kind of smile about this girls dumbness. I ask her again her name while smiling .

"What was your name again?"
"I am Shen Yu, Mr. L .Y. Please have a talk with me, It will be an honor for me."

I giggled in the office when I heard her. This cat is really dumb.

"Cat...." I called her.
"Yes sir?"

 After some pause she kind of surprised on herself.

"What did you called me?."
"It looks like the Cat found me.."
"Wait, who?? Your voice... Are you??...."
"Hm.. What? Did the cat forgot me? Its me.. Yuan.."

If I want to thank someone that is her. I feel sorry for not answering her messages and letters 1 year ago.
I saw her worried about me and she is the only one who really tried to look for me. I felt guilty for hiding away to her so I felt that I can trust her.
I ask the cat to keep it a secret and hang up the call. Then Mina entered the room with Sam.

"You sure its okay to tell her?"
"Tell who boss?"

I just nod as answer to her. Although I am worried I still trust Shen Yu in keeping this secret.

"You look like an idiot Yuan."
"Wow! Its the first time I saw boss smiled."

Me? I look at these two with confused eyes. Me? Smiling? I look at the window once again as I smiled bitterly.

"I wanna trust her. But I can't meet her."
"If she ask to meet , Mina you can go."
"Sigh... Alright."

Then they both get out of the room. I want to trust someone is kind of scary for me. I don't want to end up running away once again. I can't endure meeting anyone that time. Please... I hope the cat won't sell me out to that family.

Shen Yu***

"Hey where is your boss?"

The staff there just look at me weirdly.

"If you are looking for Boss. He's not here."
"I got these books to return to."

I show him the books and he looks at me coldly.

"I see, so you're the one that made the boss sad. He got scolded harshly you know."

He grabs the books in my hands and walk away to return it to the shelves. He's kind of weird. He got that look that I've seen in funerals. I hope he's okay. I look for books to read. As I wait for Yuan's reply to my messages. I ask him to meet me to talk about the next book.
I need to get him work with us so I can stay on my job. Since there are no romance novels here I just get a book on the far left corner of a shelf. But the book doesn't have any cover. It's also in dust that makes it real old. On its first page it says that the book is not for sale also.
At first I thought its Yuan's book also but there is no author. As I read the pages I feel like disappointed on its content. It doesn't a bad story or a scary one at all. But its a diary of someone who turn it into a book.

Each pages were all hatred to someone. As I browse its content I feel its someone I knew.

"I'll leave the demon that pretends an angel with its wings on. As I look in the sky its feathers became ashes of hatred and disappointments."

This part is somehow a part where the author is going to cry in a street. I continue on reading it.

"It's not that I don't want to move after the rain. Its just make me realized that no matter step I take, won't matter anymore."
"I don't want to wear clothes that were drenched with the rain, It will be heavy enough to make me walk forward."
"I don't want to wear shoes that is too wet, It makes me feel disgusted on every step I take."

This book is about someone who takes a very emotional path. As I continue reading it, it made me feel sad and uncomfortable. Why does this store have this kind of book. After I finish reading it I stare on it for awhile. Then a girl walks towards me. She has a longs dazzling hair. When I look at her she has a very fine tone and a very fine voice.

"Are you Ms. Shen Yu?"

I stand up as soon as she raised her hand for a handshake. She smiled at me beautifully with a graceful manner.

"I am Mina Yanagi. I am the personal manager of Mr. L..Y"
"Ahh! Yes, I am Shen Yu from MRPublishing."
"Sorry but Mr. L .Y can't be here so he ask me to come."

I kind of feel sad about it, I thought I can see him again. I thought that this will my chance to see him. Its not that I want to be with him but since I know what Yuan has gone through, I wanna hug him and tell him that I am here. I can be on his side. But it looks like, he got a very mature lady on his side. I wanna ask her if she is just a work mate or there is something going on with Her and Yuan, but I don't know how.
I ask her about my purpose and even showed her the contract that my company gave for Yuan. While she is reading it, I take a peak on her. She is very beautiful. I can say that even I as a girl is nothing compared to her. Her detailed look, her charm, her elegance even while reading almost make my heart skip a beat. I hold my self as I feel jealous towards her. I feel like I am someone very normal compared to her.
After reading the contract she look at me and sip on her coffee. She look at me curiously and try to look at me very carefully.
I kind of felt nervous since she has this intimidating look.

"So when did you knew Yan-Yan?"
"Yan-Yan?"
"Yuan."

So he calls him Yan-Yan.  I felt a pinch in my heart on how she calls him. I wish I can call him like that too. She looks at me while waiting for an answer.

"I call him an owner since a year ago."
"Owner?"
"Yes! A year ago he calls me a Cat after he saw me on the streets. I kind of felt a master attitude from him. He even let me taste his food and let me sleep on his room."

As I tell her this I smiled bitterly. I missed the times that he calls me a cat, I wanna hear him again.

"WHAT??"

I was surprised on her reaction. Her eyes were open wide as she looks at me for confirmation or with something. She almost slipped her coffee so I gave some tissues to her.
"You! Ta..ta..ta..taste Yuan's food? even let you to sleep on his room? wait.. what about him? Also he calls you a CAT? A CAT????"

I nod as an answer to her. Her eyes that looks like checking on me became eyes that is happy to meet me. She holds my hands like someone who is close to me. She is ELEGANT!! BUT NOW I THINK THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG ABOUT HER.
She ask me too many questions about Yuan. But of course I didn't told her about Yuan's family. She just laugh while I was telling her my story. Then all of a sudden she gets up from her chair and smiled widely to me. She even raised her hands for a handshake again.

"I will make sure that Yuan will cooperate on your publishing house. Trust me!!!"I held her hand and thankfully shake. I did it!! I REALLY DID IT!! I saved my job!!!"Also..."She look at me seriously with a smile on her face.

"Its an honor to meet his cat."

Then she left without saying anything. I sat on the chair as I felt the satisfied with our conversation. I DID IT! I called my boss to tell him that L.Y has taken the contract and I am waiting for his answer.
I never got any reply from my boss. Then a call rings my phone.
Its Mom.

"Hey Mom."
"What kind of attitude is that? Where are you right now?"
"On a book store."
"I got a blind date for you. He's the son of your fathers friend. So make sure to meet him."
"AGAIN?"

Why does my beautiful day getting destroyed by this annoying news. I just ended the call without arguing with my Mom. I don't want to have a fight with her since she is always persistent with this kind of thing. Then she sent a message.

"If you didn't meet this one. I'll make sure to storm at your door and bring them all."

I rolled my eyes as I shrugged her message. I didn't know how to handle my mom. She is really annoying, why do I have to be in a marriage where I don't even love the guys he introduced. It really frustrates me. While I am having a tantrum on my own the staff put a glass of orange juice on my table.

"Family problem? It sucks."
"My mom just set a blind date to me. I don't even.... huh?"

So he even eavesdrop on his customer huh? I wanna vent all my frustration on him but its not even worth it. I look at the juice and ask him using my eyes if what is that.

"Its on the house. My boss told me to give this to you."

Boss? Who? Yuan look alike? I look at the counter to check if its him. But there is a new face on the counter.

"Is that your boss?"
"Yep! That is Boss Sam. He is the manager of this store."

Wait? Boss? I thought the guy I met last time is the boss here?

"I thought the guy who I met last time is your boss."
"Oh! That guy manage the books that should be displayed and sold here."
" I see, but where is he now?"
"That guy often goes here.

When just drop by to see the books that arrived then go on his way.
So that guy is just a manager huh. I sipped on the juice that he brings and look at his boss. He doesn't look like someone who is old enough to be an owner of a store.
He looks like a student to me.
After drinking the orange juice I walked to the counter to thank that owner.

"Hi! Thanks for the drink! How much should I pay? I ordered 2 coffees earlier."
"Its already paid. Don't worry about it. You are Ms. Shen Yu, right?" he asked.
"Yes! And you are?"

He extended his hands for a handshake as he introduce his self.

"Sam! I manages this store. Thank you for returning the books. I already scolded the guy who sold the books and the refund was already settled."

So he scolded the Yuan look alike. I felt sorry for the that guy. I wanna apologize to him also and I think he wanna say something when I purchased the books that time.
But thanks to that I found Yuan and I saved my job.

"So where is the one who manages the books? I wanna apologize to him."
"He's not available right now but I can call him if you want, but please don't expect too much."

Before I even agree to Sam my boss called me. 
Right! Since I have a great news I can boast it so i can save my job.

"Hey Boss! I got a great news for you! I gave the contract to Mr. L . Y and I am currently waiting for his answer."
"Awesome! Hm. But right now I need you to pass that project to someone."
"Huh?"

With a confused tone I felt like I need to curse whoever wants to take this opportunity from me. This is my life line on this job and now he just want me to pass it.

"You see, Mika.. is a big fan of L . Y. When I told her that we might get his next book she wants to take over the project."

WHAT?? HER DAUGHTER? THE HELL! Its me who found Yuan!
