The moon shined through the dark night followed with vast wind blowing through the trees. In a modern house lived a family of four. In the house the kids and parents were nestled in their beds until they were awoken by a loud bang of thunder. Beth,jumped out of bed and ran into her Mom and Dad's room.
"MOM I CAN'T SLEEP!"Beth yelled in fear.
"Go back to bed!You can make it through the night,"Beth's mother said. Beth stomped to her room,she jumped on her bed,and just sat there. The storm stopped,but she still couldn't sleep,she wanted to do something. She wanted to explore in the forest behind her backyard,her parents never let her go back there. She pushed the silk curtain away and pulled open the cream colored,wooden window ,trying to figure out how she would get down. The side of the house glistened and a bright green vine with little leaves attached appeared. She was shocked,she climbed down the vine and started running to the forest,without making any sound.
