Seek help
Talk to someone
To make your life more worth it
Wow, to think I would do two author notes in one day. (I promise this is the last time) I know you hear this so many times, see help if you are depressed, have anxiety that you are losing sleep, or think that hurting yourself is the only option. Trust me, it's not. Go to a therapist nearby in your local area, talk to an adult that you can trust, find friends that will listen to you, trust me on that last part. The truth is that anxiety will always come to you when you least expect it, but if you have people that genuinely care about you, they will be at your side, even if you think you are strong, it's ok to be vulnerable, cause like I said, if you surround people that care about you, they won't judge, and will support you.
