Loki and I had a scheduled coffee date, and we met at our favourite establishment. Once acquiring our beverages, we found a free table in an area that was quiet (well, quieter over the din of the patrons) so we could hear each other talk.

As we began catching up on things with each other, it soon hit me that I had forgotten to share a post on one of my Facebook group pages. I took out my smartphone, explained to him what I had to do, "I'm sorry, Loki," I said, with my index finger on the touchscreen, quickly pressing the appropriate areas to copy, paste and then to type some text, "I'm almost done."

Loki had a curious look in his eyes as he watched me intently putting together the post.

"Who is... Terrence Meyers?" he asked.

"He's a recurring character I always look forward to seeing on a TV show called Murdoch Mysteries," I replied.

"Ah, I've recently become familiar with this form of entertainment. What kind of character are they?"

"He's... someone in the employ of the Canadian Government and considered Canada's first spy. He deals with matters of National Security."

"So, he is based on a real person?"

"No," I chuckled, "In any case, it's the performance of Peter Keleghan, the actor who portrays him, that makes me eager to watch." I thought for a moment, then from my purse, pulled out my earbuds and plugged them into my phone, "here, Loki, let me show you."

I pulled up the YouTube application, then handed the phone and earbuds to my friend - as well as pointing out the volume control for his comfort level. I clicked on a few clips for him to view. It was rather sweet seeing Loki having the earbuds in his ears and watching his reactions to the clips of Terrence Meyers.

"Ooh... I like him," Loki said, with a captured smile.

Suffice it to say, I'm really looking forward to watching this MM episode tonight (and so is Loki)!
