i have met someone new!

they are nice

and kind

and friendly.

they have become my friend!

it feels refreshing

calming

pleasant.

they say they need help!

i will help

pray

and hope for them.

they say i have helped!

i feel accomplished

happy

content.

i will remember them!

and how they helped me.

but will it last? 

can i hold onto them?

will they accept me?

or throw me to the side like everyone else?
