I had made it home, my Parents weren't home because they were on vacation leaving me here all by myself.

I had just finished eating dinner alone at the dining table, I then walked up the stairs into my room, I set my bag on my night stand and got into bed. I then cried myself to sleep not noticing that a pair of bright glowing fusia eyes watching me from inside my school bag.

Pythor POV...

I watched the little boy cry himself to sleep. I felt so very sorry for this kid and he looked cold, he only had a small blanket to keep him warm, I slowly unzipped the zipper and slithered over to the edge of the night stand before jumping onto his bed. I slithered over to the kid and curled up next to his chest, giving him more warmth from my small body could give off, I was about to fall asleep when he started to move.

Felix POV...

I slowly stirred awake because of this new found warmth nearby my chest. I opened my eyes and looked down at my chest to see a small white Serpentine curled up against it! I quickly got out of bed scared out of my mind. I was about to run away when "Calm down little kid, I'm not going to hurt you" said a male voice in a nice British accent. I slowly walked back over to my bed to see the small serpent standing up staring at me with a soft look in his fusia eyes. "You won't?" I asked " A Anacondrai's promise" he said, my eyes widened "y-your a Anacondrai?!" I said shocked "yes, I'm the very last one" he hissed. "Who are you?" I asked "Humbly, I am Pythor P. Chumsworth'' he said bowing, "and who might you be, hatching?" Pythor asked as I sat down next to Pythor. "My name is Felix P. Barnes, why are you here?" I asked "earlier today I saw what happened to you and those bullies, so I decided to climb into your bag" Pythor said. "Now please get back into bed, I will watch over you" Pythor said, I climbed into bed and pulled up the covers. Pythor slithered next to my face, he rubbed my cheek gently with his purple claw and said "and one more thing" "yeah?" I asked "I'll be your friend" Pythor said as I fell asleep
