Felix POV...

I slowly opened my eyes to see Pythor still curled up next to me. I got out of bed and in doing so I woke up Pythor. "Good morning, Felix '' Pythor said getting up so he was standing up. "Good Morning" I said "how did you sleep?" Pythor asked as he yawned, "Good, maybe because of not being alone" I said, stretching my legs. I then heard a growl from Pythor's stomach indicating that he was hungry. "Do you want to get some breakfast?" I asked Pythor," yes, please, I'm starving " Pythor said, I nodded before picking him up gently and opening my door and went downstairs into the empty living room. "Where are your parents, Felix?" Pythor asked looking around the living room " they are away on vacation" I said walking into the kitchen, I put Pythor on the dining table. I opened up the freezer and pulled out some frozen pancakes and walked over to the microwave. I opened up the microwave and put the frozen pancakes in.

A couple minutes later...

The microwave beeps indicating that it was done cooking the pancakes. I opened up the microwave and took out the plate that had the steaming pancakes on it. I put the plate on the table and cut it up into small pieces and put them on a smaller plate along with some syrup. Pythor slithered over and picked up one of the pieces and examined it. He then took a bite and immediately gobbled up the piece then grabbed another piece and started to eat fast, I giggled "never had pancakes before?" I asked, Pythor looked up at me and shook his head. I then went back upstairs to my parents room, where I opened one of their small dressers that contained small clothes. I found a small white robe and a small black and purple belt with two Silver snake heads on it that I got from a old toy that my parents got me awhile back, 'this can be something for Pythor to wear' I thought descending the stairwell. I then walked into the kitchen to see Pythor slouched against the pepper glass, I could tell he was stuffed because he happily massaged his stuffed stomach. I walked over and sat down at the table, "I see your stuffed'' I said, setting down the white robe on the table in front of Pythor, I then said "here, it's going to get cold today, so here is a pair of clothes". "Thanks" Pythor said, slipping the robe on and putting the belt on across his waist.

I looked up at the clock, "I have to go to school today" I said getting up and was about to head out when Pythor said " and I will be coming with you". I looked over at Pythor and nodded before gently picking him up and putting him in my pocket before grabbing my book bag and walking out the front door.

Time Skip...

I had finished all but one class which was math, my absolute favorite. While Mrs. Clinton was teaching, I felt like I was being watched by something not human. I then looked out to see something purple slip away out of sight. 'What was that? Was it looking at me? Why? I thought. I just shook the feeling away and continued to do math.

Kapau POV...

"That wass to close, the kid almost ssaw me" I said to Krait,Zugu,Eyezor,Sleven,Chope and another Cultist named Apolis who were all hiding in the bushes outside the school. "Tell me something, Kapau" Zugu asked, I turned to face his snout. "Yeah?" I asked "you two managed to break us out of Kryptarium just to sstalk a child?" Zugu said confused "because thiss kid hass Pythor and we can use him as leverage to set Master Chen and the remainder of the cultistss free" I said Zugu nodded understanding. "Why do we not just break the window and grab the kid?" Sleven asked, I looked over at him and said "because if we just break the window and grab the kid then we will have the ninja on our tailss". "SSo what are we going to do?" Zugu asked confused, I looked over at him and said, " We will follow the boy to his home and at night when he'ss fast asleep, we will take him" Everyone nodded as we waited.
