Thoughts race through my head. 

" I know this is all a shock to you, but we will keep you safe"

Yea right. I think.

" Now we are going to inject you with the memory transmitter. You may experience side effects such as rash, dehydration, dizziness and in some cases death. But thats highly unlikely."

I flinch as she inserts the needle at the nerve in the back of my neck.

" Good advise do as we say. Your memory will be back slowly but in a week tops you will have it all." She looks at her neighbor" And so will we." she whispers with a smirk.
