Rainbow Dash sat quietly in her room staring at the sapphire, she watched as it sparkled and glistened in the water.

Rainbow: What is this for? It's so pretty though

Once she heard the door open, she hid the sapphire in her bag. Her dad came in to talk to her.

Rainbow: What do you want, dream crusher?

Dad: Sweetie, someday, you'll understand why I did what I did.

Rainbow: Understand? Understand the fact that you crushed your daughter's big dream? Would you do the same to another person?

Dad: Rainbow, that's not the point.

Rainbow: Then what is the point, Dad?

Dad: The point is that you disobeyed my orders!

Rainbow: Dad, what proof do you have that the humans are dangerous?!

Dad: They killed your mother!

Rainbow: No they didn't, they had no idea she was in front of the ship!

Dad: Yes they did! Otherwise, they wouldn't have hit her and she would still be here!

Rainbow: I saw them, they had confused looks on their face and were shocked when they saw Mom laying there dead! They were guilty!

Dad: And why should I believe you? You know humans are dangerous

Rainbow Dash led her dad to a mirror

Rainbow: Look at us, Dad! By calling humans dangerous, you're calling us dangerous!

Dad: What are you saying, Rainbow?

Rainbow: We're part human! Why would a human harm us? Because we have tails? Because we live underwater? I'll have you know that I'm friends with Soarin Skies who's human and he's never treated me like that!

Dad: Why are you still talking to him?!

Rainbow: Because I know by heart that he's the nicest guy I've met! Unlike you who prefers to keep me locked away forever! Have you ever stopped and thought about what I might think of humans? No, have you ever tried to get to know a human? No, did you think about how they might feel if you're calling them villains? No! You're a very selfish king who doesn't even use his brain!

Unfortunately, Rainbow's rage overcame her.

Dad: If this is how you're gonna be, then I don't want to see you again!

Rainbow: What?! You're gonna kick me out just for having a dream?! What would Mom say about this?!

Dad: Your mom's not here, now get out!

Rainbow: No!

Dad: GET!! OUT!!!

Rainbow Dash reluctantly left her home with all her possessions.

3 cold months passed, Rainbow Dash had nowhere to go, she was left alone. What her father did was completely pointless and she knew one day that he would regret getting rid of his only daughter. She was right, his heart was only growing colder and colder each time she talked about humans and this needed to stop. But she couldn't do anything about it because she was banished.

Rainbow: Dad, you're gonna regret this, you already lost Mom, why do you wanna lose me?
